Highly recommend Dr. Roof. Very professional and on time and budget. Crew was friendly and did a great job and total cleanup. Had one small problem I noticed afterwards. Marks were made on the brown gutters from the ladders. Called and they sent a man out with matched up paint and good as new. Would definitely use them on my rentals when the time comes.

My experience with Dr. Roof was very positive. Mine was a small job, but it had some complexities due to the structure and history. The sales and ops people spent a lot of time with me figuring out how to best do the job to accomplish a top-quality roof at a bay-front location. I was on-site the entire time and can say that the workmanship was excellent. I am very happy with the "fit and finish."

Dr. Roof has been taking care of our roof for several years. Living close to the beach, every winter we get a lot of abuse to our roof. Every spring Dr. Roof sends a team of competent experienced workers out to bring our roof up to code!

My carport had areas of dry rot in the roof and the posts.The crew were prompt, knowledgeable, and professional in replacing the rotted areas. The company quickly corrected an oversight in the finishing of the work. They also promptly responded to my questions before and during the work.

Super happy with the installation team they did a fine job on cleanup and were very efficient during the installation. The person that came out to inspect the installation and sign off on the job found a couple of minor problems. The installation team was back on site within 48 hours to correct the identified issues. Had a couple of inaccurate items that came up in the sales process but they were abler to overcome these and we moved forward with the project Pricing was a bit on the high side (in my opinion) but in the end we are very happy with the results.

had to replace every vent on a 10yr roof . All had cracked, water damages inside. Was told manufacturing defect by adjuster, all under warranty . BIG NOPE , they put in the plastic, then proceeded to blame heat..... cost me 2000. to have them replace .should have been under warranty.

Overall, did an excellent job we had a couple communication miss haps but all was reconciled promptly . We are very happy with our new roof.

I purchased a house that had previously been roofed by Dr Roof and found that with the costal wind driven rain water was migrating up under the shingles at the drip edge and past the flashing. Dr Roof took responsibility, sent a team out to replace the lower flashing with a longer/taller one and put everything back together at no cost to me.

Amazing experience from start to finish. The team helped with everything about my roof, gutters, and financing. Craftsmanship was solid and the installation was super quick replace everything in just a few days of clear weather in winter! If I had questions, I got the right person on the phone and the right answer fast.

In a recent windstorm, a tarp on my mother's roof came loose. She is retired and my dad passed away last year, so she can't afford repairs.

We are very happy with Dr. Roof. They managed to squeeze us in before the fall rains started. We had a lot of damage to our existing roof and the roofing crew new exactly how to do the repairs. They discussed every issue they found and how they would repair them. Sure the damage cost more than the original estimate, but you have to pay to get the work done, as expected. Both the original estimate and the extra charges for repairing damaged (not seen until the old roof was removed) were both reasonable. Would we recommend Dr Roof? Yep, for their roofing crew, cost, and quality job.

They were quick to give us a fair quote for our gutters. Work happened shortly after. The crew was professional & polite
and fast. We highly recommend them.

Dr. Roof was the only company we got a quote from to find s solution to a problem we had with a patio cover that needed flat roofing material. There was a very tight space to work in, but we were happy with the end result.

Dr. Roof is very professional. From the bidding process to the finished job. They always kept in touch and letting me know how the process was progressing. They would even come out and fix leaks during the process. I have a very large commercial roof with 15 roof top HVAC units. 5 star rating from me.

Replaced eighteen windows, and two exterior doors. Eric, and his coworker displayed a high level of experience, knowledge, workmanship, and good communication skills. Very satisfied with the results.

The guys did an outstanding job. They went above and beyond with fixing an area that the previous deck builders overlooked. These two know what they're doing and did it quickly. Of course it helped with the weather being nice as well. This new deck is much more sturdy. It helps when you have the right tools, material and personnel to do the job right.

Replaced two upstairs windows on the coast side of our 112-year old house in Seaview. I will contact Dr. Roof for our next window replacement projects.

Everyone we worked with were both professional and friendly. The crew installing the roof were always on time and worked when the weather was extremely HOT. They did a great job.

We hired Dr. Roof to rehabilitate our beach house, requiring extensive work due to water damage from incorrectly installed materials by the original builder. Tim, Glenn, Robby & the whole crew pulled together an amazing team to assess & recommend a plan we could all be proud of. They ultimately replaced the roof, siding, windows, trim, gutters, decks & installed appropriate materials rated for a beach environment. Their knowledge of how to do it “right” was invaluable. Managing our project from afar & keeping us apprised of changes & much needed fixes as we removed rotten siding was very helpful as we live full-time 3 hours away. The communication was prompt & everyone was on the same page throughout. The gals in the office were immediately responsive to questions about billing & change orders. The before & after pictures don’t even do justice to how well the final project turned out! I will forever be grateful for the Dr. Roof family for giving us our beach house back to continue creating memories for my family.

We couldn’t have been more pleased with the service we received from Dr. Roof. They were the only company that could guarantee they could do the work within three months. They completed the entire project within 45 days of my initial inquiry. Their customer communication before, during and after completion was beyond outstanding! They always kept us in the loop. The final project was beautiful! Without hesitation, I would recommend Dr. Roof to anyone in the coast considering reroofing their home.

Dr Roof went above and beyond when installing a new roof. All staff were very helpful and professional. Because of an active leak, Dr. Roof actually completed the job in four days after signing the contract. Job well done.

My sister called to get a bid on 3 small approx 2x3 windows in open frame. Some days later an estimator called then came by. He was polite, but "mansplaining" to her, a licensed tile contractor, about how EACH of those tiny windows would be about 2k for labor only to replace. That is 10 times what it should be. It takes about 2 hours, tops, to replace a window. Dr. Roof needs to not waste people's time and tell the truth about their price gouging.

I did appreciate the professionalism and response to my questions. The office staff is very helpful. The product looks good and was happy to have the job completed. The workers did some minor damage to the gutter, putting a hole in it with a tool. There was also some damage to the eve under the gutter. I have metal soffit and there was a chunk of it missing. Overall, I am satisfied with the project.

The craftsmanship was outstanding! Attention to detail and pride in workmanship was evident in everything they did. My drawings and dreams came to life, even exceeding my expectations.

Started the job a day late to finish another job. Then they came in, worked hard while appearing to really enjoy doing the work. Very friendly, and Mike was an awesome team leader. They finished the job early on the expected date. Clean up job was awesome.

They did a good job repairing a gutter but unfortunately the cost was a little higher than I expected. In this particular area of the world there's not much choices so they can charge what they want I guess?

We had Dr Roof install all brand new gutters on our house. They did a great job. Everything was level, and no sign that they had been there because all worh debris had been cleaned up.

Had new gutters installed. I had a complicated section of gutter and the installation crew came up with a solution better than I expected. There was some misunderstanding from the estimate to the installation, however, Dr. Roof's team went above and beyond to resolve the issue. I would recommend them to those looking to get new gutters.

I couldn’t be happier with my experience with Dr Roof. All of the people I met were very nice, extremely polite, and seemed to have the priority of providing excellent customer service. At the end of each day they did an amazingly thorough cleanup of all debris. For any roofing needs I would call them again in a heartbeat. The job was interrupted by bad weather. There were extremely high winds and heavy rain one night. Before dawn I was awakened by the sound of water dripping inside the house, so at 8:00am I called Jeff to explain the situation. He told me that people would be there right away to fix the problem and that he would call me back. He did, and they were there within another 10 or 15 minutes. It was still an extremely stormy day and too windy to be working on a roof, but they went up (always with appropriate safety precautions) and thoroughly secured the roof and solved the problem. I was totally impressed and appreciative of their immediate response. Very professional, terrific customer service and excellent work throughout. Thank you to everyone who worked on my project!

We had leaking from the roof. People at one of the Cannon Beach coffee shops said they had success with Dr. Roof. We stopped by the Dr. Roof office and Kellie came out to our car in the rain (due to covid) to take our information. Gary, with years of experience, came to our house in Cannon Beach the next day and plugged the leaks. Thanks to Dr. Roof for their professional and efficient work.

Complete house siding . I have recommended Dr. Roof to everyone I know from Vancouver WA to Long Beach, WA. They are the best to work with and help with any concerns or questions. I can email or call and I receive a call back within that day. And I always feel like they are here to help me. The BEST!!! Dr. Roof also is working on a window leak. Very professional with many of their employees having vast experience in construction. More than just roof too! Cabinets, kitchen remodels, bathroom remodels, etc... Honestly working hard for their customers! And they have the labor force to get things done in a location know for a lack of qualified labor, they have the most qualified personnel.

Beach houses require a lot of care and maintenance and over time you expect to fix or replace something. I've worked with Dr. Roof multiple times over the last decade and have always been greatly satisfied with their work and willingness to work with me.

Their customer service is refreshing in a time when service seems to be hard to find. We did a complete window change out of our current Ilwaco home and we couldn't be more pleased. Had to have some Sheetrock replaced due to a water leak. Mike & Abraham worked on the project & both were very courteous & professional. Did a good job but took longer than I expected, due to scheduling.

I had new gutters installed and Dr Roof was able to explain the problems with the old ones. Dr Roof was quick and more than that, follow through is great. They call if they’re going to be even a bit late! I’ve contacted them for some additional repair work on the house and so far so good. Great experience.

I have had bad experiences with contractors before but Dr. Roof did an exceptional job at a reasonable price. The crew bosses listened to what we needed to have done and the roofing crew was fast and highly skilled. I especially appreciated the help we got from the office staff in obtaining financing for the job.

We had a composition shingle re-roof done a couple of years ago on our garage and the work was done very well, on time and to the quoted budget. We have had no problems with the installation.

We had a new metal roof installed 2 years ago, everything was done on time and with professional looking finish and clean up. After 2 years the roof looks like it was just installed. My wife loves the look of it and I feel like it will still look new long after I'm gone.
