We contracted with Integrity Construction to replace the siding and windows on our Surfside, WA home. The team was prompt, knowledgeable, and quick to answer any questions. Tom (owner) guided us through the process at every step, including when they located some areas of water damage requiring further repair. During this time, we added new gutters and doors that Tom was able to include in the job. The bid was fair and the work was impeccable. We couldn’t be happier with the workmanship, and would absolutely recommend them to others.

Integrity Construction is much more than a roofing contractor - case in point: they built my VERY custom (as in my own design) home - beginning in Nov 2022 with the clearing of the heavily-wooded lot and ending in Dec 2023 with my finished home ready for move-in. As I was living in Vancouver for almost the entirety of the build, Tom was great about sharing progress - both with calls and photos (most of what I'm showing in this review are pix that he texted to me) - and never hesitated asking multitudes of questions to assure I got exactly the house I wanted... all while Kayleigh kept very tight reins on the budget (communicating at every turn whenever even the smallest overage was happening and why).

Building a custom home requires far more customer involvement than any remodeling or roofing project - but with the right general contractor (i.e. Integrity Construction) the hundreds of steps taking you from start to finish are manageable and relatively stress-free (caveat to that remark: I'm assuming you're going into something of this magnitude with realistic expectations... there will be stress, even if everything goes pretty much perfectly). But, bottom line: I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Tom & Kayleigh Lentz of Integrity Construction - whether you need a new roof (they obviously did mine!) or want them to build your forever home. Thanks again... I LOVE living here! :)

p.s. The interior is just as beautiful as the exterior (if not moreso) - but because I'm now living here I'd prefer to not share that info on this public forum (thanks for understanding).

We were very happy with our experience working with Integrity Construction to get our roof replaced. Tom inspected the roof at our request before we purchased the home (something other contractors on the peninsula declined to do) and provided us with a free estimate. Months later, after we completed the home purchase and were ready to have to roof replaced, Tom stuck with the original estimate price. The crew completed the old roof removal and new roof installation in two days including replacing water damaged plywood and fascia. Roof looks great! I can highly recommend Tom and his outfit.

Integrity Construction was very generous in the time they spent troubleshooting our roof leak. Roof leaks are tricky to diagnose, and there's a lot of trial and error. I really appreciated how many times they went out there to attempt different fixes, and ultimately figured it out. No other roofer would spend that much time on such a small job. Thank you!

I have had Integrity Construction do new siding, new windows, new roof, new fascia, and new gutters. During the process they also repaired and replaced some rotted posts for the post and beam foundation. Working with Tom has been a pleasure. Very accommodating and as his company name says, exhibits a high level of integrity. No surprises when the job was completed and his promise to address any issues that may pop up. I would highly recommend him and his team. His team showed the same level of commitment to doing a complete and quality job.

Update: Integrity Construction added the final piece to our project with the build of a deck. Jared is a real craftsman and did a fantastic job. Tom and his team made sure the whole process from start to finish was a pleasant experience. Most importantly is the commitment to stand behind their work. Very comforting.

Had a strong wind storm that gave us shingles flapping and possible leaks. Tom and his crew we on the spot and replaced the flappers. Great customer service. Will have them replace all the roof shingles soon.

Integrity came by and patched the roof around my chimney and helped to install a satellite. Their guys were kind and professional, and quick workers who got the job done without any issues. I’d recommend them to anyone looking for help with roof repairs!! Tom and Kayleigh were a pleasure to work with!

It’s about time I wrote a review on Integrity Construction, because I sing their praises as often as I can! My wife and I hired Integrity to build a workshop from the ground up and lay a foundation for a greenhouse. We have a number of past experiences with renovations and construction projects (and had learned a lot), and were looking for a positive experience, a group we could count on, and of course, an excellent work product. When we initially met with Tom we provided a design idea and were very open with him that suggestions would be more than welcomed (and probably much needed!)

We couldn’t be more pleased. From the first interaction through final sign-off, Integrity was accommodating, proactive, creative, responsive, and fun! The site was kept clean, the work done with the highest craftsmanship (from framing to roof, sheet rocking, electrical, and finishing) and the recommendations and suggestions made were very much appreciated and spot on.

Probably the best home improvement experience we've ever had! Tom and his crew are skilled, professional, reliable, committed, knowledgeable, careful and inspiring - and the roof they installed is stunning!

The first day they worked from 7:30am through dusk, as there was potential for overnight rain - they tore off old shingles and got everything prepped for weather before they left.

When the project wrapped up, the yard - literally all the flowers and plants - looked untouched! I'm confident that we won't need another roof for a long, long time - but if we ever did, we'd invite them back in a heartbeat. We are very grateful for such wonderful work!

We had Integrity Construction come out to the house to do a leak repair on our roof. We hadn't previously used Integrity Construction - after calling several other contractors that said they would show up and never did, we found Integrity. Integrity Construction replaced six windows for us. Two of the windows were extremely large but they were great at installing them. The windows they put in where exactly what I wanted, they looked beautiful when they’re done, Tom and his crew were done on time, they were easy to work with, easy to talk to and they cleaned everything up. My wife and I had our house resided. All the employees of integrity were very courteous timely hardworking and kept us informed every step of the process. Anytime they were unsure of anything they asked for our feedback. The siding turned out marvelous and we highly recommend integrity for any house jobs you need done.

We had support beam rot and window trim/siding rot and water damage. They replaced the beams, window trim and siding, as well as made sure the gutters were channeling the run off correctly. Great job and high quality workmanship.

You know when you have something you really like you want to hoard it? You don’t tell anyone about it because it’s so good you want to keep it all for yourself? That’s how I feel about Integrity Construction. They re-shingled my roof in Ocean Park in 2021. Tom was straightforward and honest. His quote was thorough, like line item detailed. Kayleigh responded to all my phone calls, emails and text messages, even on weekends! The crew did exactly what Tom said they would do and they were extremely polite. I am so satisfied with the final result I intend to be a repeat customer! So…don’t use them because I have too many things for them to do for me and I don’t want to share!

We had a water leak in our roof that was bad enough to stain the ceiling of our living room. Initially, we had a different company come out to fix the problem. They did some sealing and said the problem was fixed. It wasn't.

Then on the recommendation of a friend, we called Tom at Integrity Construction. He sent two men over that afternoon. They found the leak, repaired some damaged flashing, resealed some suspicious areas, and were done in a couple of hours. No more leak.

His crew was friendly, professional, and obviously knew what they were doing.

When you look for service on your home, you want quality and service. Both of those are promised by any contractor. My experience with Integrity Construction is that they are not just any contractor. Instead of just being promised quality and service, I also received honesty, details that make sense, and consistent communication.

I have owned three homes, and I have learned that quality contractors are busy people, in demand. I have learned that having a small job that needs to be done can make the job less important.

Well, Tom, the owner, and his crew replaced the gutters on my home during the stormiest wintery part of the year, and even though it wasn't a big job or emergency, Tom came over and provided me with many options, gave me understandable work time tables, and made me a very reasonable quote. The work was done quickly, politely, and well by a couple of Integrity Construction crew members. Any time I contacted Tom regarding the job, he responded right away.

Integrity installed a new metal roof for us in Long Beach. The crew did a great job and Tom was great about letting us know when the weather looked like it would cooperate. I would highly recommend Integrity Construction for any work someone might have on or around their home or business. Working with Tom and Kayleigh was above and beyond any experience I have had with any other contractors. They truly showed they cared throughout the entire process - one that had more than its fair share of surprises. They were extremely helpful upfront when we first started our "simple" deck project - working with a new vendor that we wanted to use which turned out to be more difficult than we originally thought. They really amped up their support when our simple deck project turned into a fairly significant remodel due to poor construction from the original contractor of the house. They worked with us to come up with good solid solutions at a reasonable cost to us. They kept us apprised of what was going on throughout the project. And they were very responsive whenever we had any questions. They simply were amazing! In addition, the people that they have working for them are also very professional, very good at what they do, and also very respectful of our property while working here. As much as I hope not to need their services again, if I do I will certainly call upon them and encourage others to use Integrity if they find the need for any construction needs. I also want to give a shout out to their key person on site throughout - Jared - who I would trust on any project I have. He was a rock star when it came to getting the work done, keeping us informed of what was happening and what issues he found. I feel that the work he performed here has made our home much more stable and secure.

We had dry rot on a window that needed repair before winter. They worked us into their schedule in-between a couple of larger jobs when no one else could. They did an outstanding job. They have earned their name in my book. We will be using again for sure. Highly recommend!

Our 1st experience with Integrity was Nov 2019 when they did some Siding for us on our Ocean Park Beach house. Great job Tom and crew.
This fall we called Integrity for a leaky skylight. Tom was out the next day. Long story short. What started to be a small job ended up being a much larger one. On Sept 4-6, 2020 Integrity installed a new roof which included some major structural repair.
They worked hard for 3 days to get the job done. The crew was awesome and the owner Tom Lentz was present and worked right along side his crew. For us this said alot. Wow.
We couldn't be happier. They did a beautiful job. We will be calling Integrity for future jobs. No more getting multiple bids.

Based on the roofing job Tom and his crew just completed for me I would be 1st in line to recommend them. I enjoyed the good humor of Tom and the crew as they worked. When asked they were quick to explain what they were doing and why and when unknown damage was found Tom discussed with me the best options to correct the problem. I noticed several little things that Tom and his crew did to make the roof better that could have been easily passed over. I would not hesitate to call on Integrity Construction for any future work I might need done.

We had Integerity Construction put a new roof on our house and take care of some siding issues also. They were prompt and provided good communication on timing and cost overruns that we knew we might have. The bids were good and the overruns were fairly billed. I would highly recommend Integrity Construction for any work you have on or around you home or business.

Integrity construction did an excellent job on my roof. I have a Victorian home with many steep pitches. It was cedar and quite bad. They replaced the roof, all the way down to the 2x4's, all the plywood was bad too. They also had to replace nearly all of the fascia. They had it done and cleaned up in four days. Very professional, Tom was even right up there with his crew.
Later they came back and replaced a leaking french door with a beautiful new slider that I picked out. I am so very pleased, and will call them first from now on.

This Company is run the way all business should be. They recently treated my roof for moss. The weather had postponed the ability to do the work. I was kept up to date all the way. On our first clear day they were here completed the work cleaned up and explained everything they had done. What to expect and even worried about my dogs getting into the run off. Tom and Jeff did two interior sheetrock jobs. One after I replaced three windows and the other to repair a botched job by another sheetrock contractor. This was done in finished and furnished rooms.
