The estimate process was smooth and trouble free. Gil and Graham of Beach Bear came to clean the gutters and downspouts. They were on site early and did exemplary work. The service was expensive but the job was well done and timely.

Beach Bear is the best vacation rental property management company. We use them for cleaning as well as various repairs. They allow for flexible management which is pick and choose PM or full PM. They cost less than anyone else in the Long Beach WA area and both Cole and Sharon are great to work with. We’ve been with them for a year and I have no complaints. They painted my house and shop turned out beautiful .They are very good about taking care of things that I’m not satisfied with. The goal was to make me happy and they did.

We recently had Beach Bear Property Services give us a bid to replace the siding on the south side of our house and new trim around the windows. Out of the several bids , their's was the best.

They were able to start the job in a reasonable amount of time. Once the job got started, we were all in for a rude surprise. Under the siding they discovered
a considerable amount of wood rot.

Our crew, Josh and David, showed us the damage and explained it was too severe to attach the new siding.

We would now have to have the damage repaired on a Time & Materials rate. Josh and David worked quickly and efficiently to repair the damage and complete the siding. As they moved down the side of the house, another section of rot was discovered.

Instead of a 4 day siding job, it turned into about a three week job after a couple of weather delays.

All in all, we are very pleased with the work they did. The house looks beautiful again. Also, we were a little worried about what the final cost would be. Cole, the owner, gave us a good price on the labor, and we felt the final cost was very fair.

It is always challenging to find quick and reliable services in this beach town. When this year’s deep freeze burst some pipes, the local full service plumbers were weeks out - but Beach Bear was available for quick plumbing repair and got the job done efficiently.

It's no wonder this company has great reviews. From Cole at the office to our tech! Simply amazing. The heat was out at our beach house that is a full time rental, the tech Cody went above and beyond and brought out a space heater the same day that I called to make sure my tenants had heat. The repair was done quickly, communication was excellent.

Beach Bear Property gave me great service! They responded the next day for my hot water heater I had called other plumbing services and was told a week. They called before they came and explained everything to me. Showed me how the new water heater worked, cleaned up everything and took the old tank with them. I couldn't ask for better service. I’ve never reviewed a company that gave me advice that included not hiring them! Having just bought a house, I had a vision of dark lower cabinets and island, and one painted wall in both the living and master bed rooms. I spoke with Cole (?) for quite some time about the job and the budget. He had some terrific advice, shared some knowledge, and was professional, kind, and courteous. While we agreed this was not a job that I could afford to farm out, he left me with the knowledge that I needed to tackle it myself if I choose to. I will hire these guys in a heartbeat, if a job comes up that we agree they are right for.

What a pleasant surprise!
I found Beach Bear through an Internet search and, after doing my due diligence, called Cole. He actually answered his own phone, and in short order, dropped by the house and read through my rather extensive do-list. We were able to get things organized in such a way that the exterior roofing and gutter work, as well as some carpentry, could be completed before the rain set in. Plans for the next project are already underway, and I hope to have Beach Bear handle the maintenance and improvements for my Long Beach cabin on an ongoing basis. Communication was always great, cost was reasonable and everything got done on time. What more could you ask?

I found my roof leaking after one of our first big storms, heading into the Winter months. I had a little panic attack and googled “ Roofers near me”. There were several options, I manage calls and left messages Beach Bear Property Services answered right away. A gentleman named Cole, listened to my concerns and got me the help I needed within a couple of hours. I can’t express the relief I felt with his help. Called and spoke with Cole regarding fixing leaking vents on my roof. He responded quickly and worked on getting to my project the very same day. The staff worked late after normal working hours and went out of their way to get the appropriate materials needed to finish the job, since I needed to go out of town the next day. They took photos of before and after and I was very pleased with their work. Would highly recommend them to anyone.

Replaced a deck cover and some rotting boards on my deck and on the roof cover structure. They did a really good job and were respectful of my time. I got called back, cole showed up on time for the appt and estimate etc. will definitely use them again and highly recommend.

Had an excellent experience working with Cole at Beach Bear Properties. They recently handled the refurbishment of my moms house in Ocean Park. They worked on various projects around the house, which needed a lot of care, including dry rot repair, deck roof replacement, exterior paint and flooring. Communication with Cole during the entire project was above and beyond with updates and photos each step of the way as extensive repairs throughout the property were being completed. Cole & his team repaired my home's foundation after water drainage issues caused one side to sink. The house foundation & support structures underneath required repair or replacement.

The work was completed quickly and there was communication every step of the project. We live in the Surfside area of the Long Beach Peninsula. Cole and Beach Bear have been nothing short of amazing. We have a long list of repairs and renovations to our home and they will be the first ones we call.
Their communication has been consistent whether it is good news or not so great news. Recently we have had our bathroom remodeled, our garage drywall repaired and painted, new gutters put on, and our deck was completely gone through and made safe and beautiful. Having someone with knowledge in a coastal area has been invaluable.

I was shocked by the transformation of my yard, the Landscaping was fabulous and we love the new walking path! They pulled nearly a dump truck load of yard debri from our little plot. The Landscaping crew where very professional, on time and worked hard. We had a great experience working with Beach Bear Landscaping and will be using them in the future. This company is on time, works hard, well priced and most importantly they actually DO what they say they will do and when they will do it!! So very hard to find a trustworthy, respectable company, especially in rural areas but I'm happy to say I found one.

I highly recommend Beach Bear Property Services. I own an old-fashioned, quirky house that can require custom work and often requires more skill when making repairs. I hired them for a variety of home repairs and maintenance tasks. They replaced exterior rot on my deck, house siding, and door/window frames. They added a structural beam in my living room to support flooring on a second floor landing (very creative and attractive results.)They did a thorough job cleaning and treating my roof and gutters as well as misc. custom interior tasks (floor transitions, etc) They were communicative about their schedule, reliable, friendly and did wonderful work. A gem of a business on the Peninsula.

Needed a new construction house cleaned in their area and they were on it. It was a last minute thing so they spent Saturday and Sunday cleaning. That’s going above and beyond. Will definitely use them for our future pojects

Cole is very professional and sent someone out to repair a problem the same day as I had called. I would definitely use them again.

My pump house roof was damaged in a recent wind storm. I called four companies to see if I could get a bid to repair it. Two companies were not interested because the job was too small. One company just didn’t bother to return my call. Beach Bear Property Services answered my call, came to look at the job in a timely fashion, and had a roofing specialist there the very next work day. The job was done very professionally and I was very pleased with results.

Fantastic team service. I called Beach Bear for an estimate on a home remodel. They were prompt, polite, professional and detailed. They gave me project insights with my best interests in mind. Not theirs. That's a rare find. I will be calling them when it is time to start the project.

We have used Beach Bear which was a referral from Home Advisor. We used them for house cleaning and gutter cleaning. We were very impressed with their very timely response and the quality of work. The cleaning service was a one woman whirlwind that did an amazing job. We will continue to employ her on a regular basis. The gutter cleaning was a two person crew which were professional and thorough. They are our go to crew from here forward.

We've used Beach Bear to repair our roof and our deck as well as some touch up painting. Will continue to call them for all of our needs. They aren't the cheapest, nor the most expensive. But, the price was fair and they were available to come out the next day. They were able to complete everything in a week when anyone else was at least a month out. Someone was always reachable which isn't typical around here.

Beach Bear has been great to work with! I really appreciate the before and after pictures since I am not able to be on site. The videos really show me what is going on! Beach Bear does what they say they are going to do - they do it right away and they do it right! If there is going to be a wait, I am kept informed.
