Outstanding roofing contract to work with from the sales consultant, installation supervisor and install staff. Very professional. Had a number of custom requests that they worked to fulfill exactly. Metal valleys, exact upgrade Marlarkey shingles in the color style we wanted, new replacement skylights, best synthetic waterprooof underlayment under lower shingles, all metal flashing, upsized metal roof vents and extra roof rafter block vents to bring roof crawl space ventilation up to current code requirements. Met all Marlarkey install requirement so we got the highest long term Marlarkey warrant.
High quality old tear off and installation crew. Fast crew also cleaned up all debris, cleaned the gutters. Is it going to be noisy, yes, this is a high speed construction crew using the latest high speed nailers and equipment. Took all the old roof tearoff to the front roof and dumping into their truck in the driveway. NO yard or flower damage at all.
Got more than we expected and anticipated.

David came to our home for an inspection during a period where we’re selling our home and the new buyer wanted to check on the life of the roof. Not only did he fit me in last minute but he was on time, professional, knowledgeable and best of all... honest. We don’t need a new roof at this time but I know the first and only person I’ll call when the time comes at our new home.

I recently had a leak on my bathroom skylight, and I called Dr. Roof to come review and assess the issue. Martin (Estimator) was very punctual, curious and professional, and informed me that my skylight needed to be replaced. He also informed me that my roof and venting was also at the end of its life span. Martin offered me various solutions, and provided a cost beak down for each option. I ended up replacing the skylights, roof, and upgraded my venting system. Working with Sean (project management) was seamless, as we got the materials delivered and the project was scheduled in a timely manner. The crew showed up the next week, and they were able to finalize the project in a few days. The roof, sky lighting, trim, venting all looks amazing, and I am extremely happy with Dr. Roof and their team!

Dr Roof installed the roof on a mobile home before I purchased it. After 8 months there was a slight leak in the bathroom and when Shawn came out to evaluate it he found that the roof was still sound and the problem was condensation from heat and moisture. Even though he did not cause my problem he did place more vents in the roof which may help with the condensation. He didn't have to do this. He also gave me some advice on preventing condensation in the future.
I'm very glad to recommend him.

This company was so easy to work with, great competitive pricing, the crew worked non-stop from morning till end of day and provided us with a fantastic result on installing a new deck. Great people to work with, David Clark especially, who was more than responsive to anything we needed. Could not be more pleased with the job. We would recommend them to anybody needing a deck or any other of their services. You know when good people do good honest work, it's something you want to tell others about. Our existing roof was around 20 years old and definitely in need of replacement.

We did quite a bit of searching for a roofer, reading the reviews, and researching roofing materials. Eventually we discovered Dr Roof via the Malarkey Shingles website.

After multiple bids, Dr Roof was clearly in the middle range. The experience with Dr Roof was good from the beginning. The Dr Roof representative, Jonathan, came to our home and provided a solid evaluation of our property. He soon came back with concise, clear options spelling out the scope of our roofing project.

Our situation was somewhat challenging with multiple steep pitches and the landscaping restricting access. The project manager, Shawn, did a pre-work visit and did a great job working with us to minimize the impact. Over a week the work went smoothly with no significant or unexpected changes to the original estimate. The crew finished up with a thorough cleanup.

One of the main reasons we chose Dr Roof was because of their significant history. Other roofers had 10+ year workmanship warranties, but had been in business for less than that time. We feel confident that if we do have a problem down the road, Dr Roof will be here to help solve it.

From the first meeting and through every interaction, we were totally pleased, our roof is beautiful! Our job came in at the estimate we discussed with many little details taken care of and the estimate itself was more than competitive against the other 3 we gathered. We loved Jonathan, he is a genuine pleasure to work with!!

We looked for quite a long time to find someone who would put a new roof on our mobile home. When we had Dr. Roof come out for a bid they the type of roof we would need and why we'd need that kind of roof. All of he staff that we worked with from beginning to end were very pleasant, friendly, knowledgeable, easy to talk to. and knew who we were when talking about our job. We got a great roof, for a great price, with a great warranty, done by wonderful people. If someone know needs a roof I always tell them about Dr. Roof.

Dr Roof was spot on time with appointments and their bid was lower than most. My neighbor had just had Dr Roof do his house and that was a selling point. He actually did a spreadsheet rating about 10 contractors on various parameters and Dr Roof came out on top. So I was biased from the start. The rep was professional and courteous.They do a good job of being competitive in rural North Clark County where we live. Their crew was thorough and hard working and they did a great job with cleanup. The roof looked great and all promises were fulfilled. It's been over one and a half years since the roof job and we've had no issues.

The price was great, the sales people were down to earth and knowledgeable. The crew that came to do the work were neat and polite.
There was genuine care in their work and top notch materials.
I enjoyed our experience with Dr. Roof so much, that when I was vacationing last Sept at Long Beach, I stopped in to tell them how much I appreciated them and the service they provide!

I am a retired carpenter supervisor that can’t do anything below my knees anymore. So Dr Roof comes highly recommended. They were spot on as far as scheduling, that’s important. A tear off and install of 23 square of roofing in 2 and half days is quality scheduling. The quality of the work was very satisfying as well, clean up was good too, so much so I tipped their lead guy $100. Being this was part of my profession, I would recommend using Dr Roof from my experience.

We had a relatively flat roof and had numerous issues with leaking with the original traditional buildup and then later with a metal roof. I was made aware that Dr Roof installed a membrane roofing material that was both considered outstanding and highly recommended by two different individuals I knew that had the membrane roof installed. I called Dr Roof and they did a complete removal of the old roofing matetials and installed the new membrane roof. That was over 9 years ago and it has held up great with no leaks what so ever. Would highly recommend them and in particular the membrane system if your roofing needs required that type of approch.

Good people, I wish they were a little bit closer so they could do a few more jobs for me.

The crew was fantastic and friendly. They did an excellent job and explained if I had a question. The clean up after the job was amazing. We've gone through to winters with high winds now and not one problem.

I needed a roof replacement for one side of my garage. After getting three bids Dr. Roof was the most reasonable for the cost. Shawn was great to work with in both doing the assessment and addressing any concerns I had after the project was done. Thanks to a recent windstorm an issue cropped up and Shawn dealt with it in a timely manner.

In my opinion this company is a scam, they obviously know nothing about tile roofs, they gave an estimate to replace a tile roof with composition for well over $22k on my 86 year old father's house. They told him it only had 3-5 years left. The tile roof was professionally installed in 1995 with a 50 year guarantee. Tile roofs typically last 50-100 years or more, and way out last composition roofing. They are not honest and take advantage of the elderly just to make a buck.

BEWARE of Dr. Roof.

They were prompt at returning calls, they sat down and went through exactly what they would be doing and explained everything. They let us know when they would be starting the job. Workers worked hard and finished the roof in two days. They were cautious of our plants and property. We had to get our car out while they were working, they cleared a path for us and swept the area with a magnet to pick up any stray nails. When completed everything was picked up and neat.

I have not had this company do any work for me and after what happened today I never would. On the I5 freeway one of this companies employees who was driving their company truck tailgated me until there was the opportunity for him to get in the other lane, he whipped around me and then cut right in front of me and flipped me off. If this is the type of people this company employs, no thank you, If an employee is in a company vehicle in my opinion they are representing the company. So if in the future I or anyone I know has any roofing needs I will not use them and will let anyone I know looking for a roofing company of this experience. There are many many other companies out there to choose from. I have a picture of the truck, the license plate # and the # of the truck this jerk was driving. I would not even give it one star but there is no choice for a 0

Dr. Roof has always been great from putting a roof on our house, to fixing the outside paneling of our house. I would give ***** to Dr. Roof.

We just bought a house in Ocean Park, Wa and needed some minor repairs. Dr. Roof was reasonable in price and wonderful in service. The tech was very hospitable and proficient.

We had a great experience with Dr. Roof. Jonathan gave us a fair bid and was able to schedule our roof replacement literally the next week (which was huge given our tight timeframe). The crew that did the work was courteous and prompt. They kept the site clean, started on time and finished on time. And the new roof looks great. Not much more you can ask for. We're in Portland and would absolutely recommend this Vancouver company.

Dr. Roof did an outstanding job of roof moss removal and treatment, gutter cleaning, as well as a leak repair. They performed this in a very timely manner.

My experience with patrick and certian members of his team was very satasfying. The level of knowledge and experience surpassed the other companies we investagated prior to choosing them. I highly recomend this company for your roofing needs.

I have worked with them twice now and would recommend them to anyone--quality work at a fair price. Their folks were professional and polite, explained the work to be done, and kept to their estimate. They also worked quickly and kept an eye on the weather. They knew the job would take 2 days, so they waited until the forecast was favorable, then got up there and got the job done.

Very professional from start to finish.

This was the third roof I had Dr. Roof do. The first was for an addition we did to the house, the second was for a storage shed, and the last one was for a detached garage. All roofs were the white membrane product.

The first two roofs look great when you look at them from the ground. This last roof isn't of the same quality workmanship. Looks like the installer was in a hurry and did not take the time to insure it looked as good as the other two projects. When I asked him about it all he would say was contact the office. I asked him if he got paid by the job and he said yes. Guess he was in a hurry and didn't deem it necessary to do as good a job as the other installers.

Bottom line is it is a crap shoot who they send to do the installation.

Very professional in every way, roofing job completed in 3 days as promised. The project manager checked daily with us and the boss
came to inspect the job after it was completed. Great customer service.

We had several leaks in our roof at our Seaside home due to many wind storms the last two years. They fixed the problem areas efficiently and quickly.

If you never want a job completed, use Dr. Roof! Beware!

No regard for timelines –
- Paid deposit for job to be completed within 3 weeks back in Feb 2016, 13 weeks passed, job never completed
- Install date given, install date passed
- Second install date setup, Dr. Roof cancelled job because of damaged windows

Incompetent –
- Never able to complete the job, poor communication – 8 weeks passed from date of ordering without a word from them, I had to reach out and find out the status of the job
- Did not know windows were damaged until day they were set to install them, job cancelled - - Recommended we get a “ creative friend or family member” to do a job to avoid city permitting process and to reduce cost for one job for which we asked for an estimate

Unreliable/Unprofessional –
- Could not seem to get windows ordered, could not get job off of ground
- Had to reach out many times, no one was the face of the company taking responsibility for job from start to finish
- After windows were damaged and install could not take place, phone call and texts to company owner were never returned

Poor communication –
- Lack of responsibility for communication follow-through by local manager
- Estimator had no communication after blunders started
- When job got sticky, manager passed us off to the installer
- Phone call/texts to company owner were disregarded after install didn't happen

Do not use them!

PPP Prompt, polite, professional. Leaking skylight diagnosed and replaced in 24 hours. 4th P might be pricey but after see what they had to do I'd say it was reasonable. Excellent workmanship.

I have been working off and on in construction, and construction related jobs for 30 years. This year I realized it was time to replace siding and windows on my house in Bay Center WA. There was NO way that I could finish by myself before the rainy season! SO we got a couple estimates from some of our "LOCAL" companies. The quotes seemed fair, UNTIL I started reading the materials lists, and fine print! So we called Dr. Roof. I was impressed with the communication, detailed materials lists, and proposed work listings. Looking into some of the other companies jobs, I noticed that the others tended to rotate their crews around to other job sites, seriously delaying the completion of the jobs! This would not do! Dr. Roof is ON THE JOB TILL IT'S Done! Though the bid was a little bit higher, the professionalism, quality of materials, and dedication to the job was well worth it!

Installation of two single hung windows to replace one large, non-opening window.

Installers were very professional, knew exactly what they were doing and completed the job in a workman like manner.

We did have one issue -- electrical wiring had to be moved, as it interfered with the window. The local electrical firm -- Ford Electric -- was summoned, and they resolved the problem. As with Dr. Roof, they were very professional and proficient, which speaks well for Ford Electric, Dr. Roof, and the relationship between the two contractors.

Dr. Roof did a fine job, I highly recommend them.
