I had Doyle Roof Masters replace my 23 year old roof with TPO. They were excellent throughout the bidding and installation, plus they recommended subs for the needed painting and stucco work that followed.

I bought a home that had a fairly new metal roof that had been installed by Doyle and it carried a 5-year warranty that required an annual inspection. Through these inspections and annual resealing of penetrations I came to know the company and found their quality of work and service to be second to none. One of my skylights sprang a leak and it took several trips by Doyle techs to get it winnowed down - all covered by warranty.

When I purchased an adjacent property that had a cabin with a metal roof that needed work, there was no question of who I would hire. They repaired all of the problems over there as well.

Their prices are absolutely reasonable and they are very easy to schedule with… I do most of it through texting but phone calls work too.

Don't know where to begin. My pro panel roof was in let's say...self destructing from a very poor remodel before I bought the house. Everything was fine when I bought the house but it just got worse. I wasn't recommended to choose Doyle roofing I just saw a work truck and gave them a call. Jim came out and gave me a very reasonable estimate. His employees are top notch! They get along well and have a really great system of getting the job done right. We had some delays due to weather and underlying things like rotting wood which they took care of immediately. During rescheduling and other small issues I didn't have to contact them, they were in contact with me timely and efficiently. BTW...If you hire Doyle roofing masters...which I highly recommend. When you meet Jim.....he does a amazing impersonation of Hank Hill. Just had to throw that out there. THANKS AGAIN Doyle Roof Masters!!

I have delt with Doyle Roof Masters for the last 13 years on both my main home and rental property. They are honest and dependable. The first time I got a quote for a leaking roof, I tried fixing myself and the next year it started leaking again. I called and asked for another estimate as it had been a year. They looked up the quote and said materials and labor have not changed and honored the quote from the previous year. I enjoyed my time working with Jim, Mario, and the other members of the roofing team. I appreciated the patience of Jim, Teresa, and Mike as I sent multiple questions about the installation of new shingles during the planning for the work.

I was very impressed with the care for the team members especially as the roof temperatures surpassed 120 degrees on a couple of days (in March)

I also appreciated the care Mario, Juan, and other team members took in identifying weaknesses in the roof deck and then repairing those weaknesses.

The team was also very helpful, especially when I noticed very late an installation mistake. Mario and his team jumped in and got everything fixed. I am also glad the team was willing to take the time to make the installation look really good.

I am really happy with the way the new roof turned out.

What great customer service! The process was so easy from start to end. The owner came out and inspected the roof. He explained everything and was very thorough. Told me what was needed immediately to fix the leak, and things that could be done down the road. I never felt any pressure from him or his office staff. When I got the quote it was a good price. Workers came out, very respectful, and did a good job, then they were gone. Highly recommend.

Great company! Excellent customer service. They came out for an estimate quickly when I discovered a leak starting in my closet. I was able to get a roof repair done in a timely manner. The workers were friendly and when I asked one of them if they could clean a window that was above my porch where they were working it was no problem. I will definitely call them back in the future.

There is a %fee applied for paying with a credit card, but they accept cash and checks if you want to avoid the fee.

Doyle roofing came out very quickly and gave me a accurate estimate on the repair that needed to be done from the incorrect mess left on my roof by the installers of a new furnace and AC unit. We were very happy with our experience working with Doyle Roofing Masters. The owner Jim Doyle came out and did the estimate. He’s very personable and friendly.

We needed to have old tree sediment that was blocking a valley on our 30 year old pitched tile roof on the house we had recently purchased. This was causing some visible rot on a potion of the soffit and fascia. Jim’s quote was based on what he could see without removing too many tiles. He was transparent with the fact that the quote was good for what he could see, and that his crews may find addition issues when they pulled tiles.

They did find issues. More rot than had been expected was discovered. Jim’s team was in constant contact with me regarding what they found and they expedited a revised quote. The number was fair, and work was completed in a timely manner. We’ve had no issues since the work was completed.

I’ll definitely be calling Doyle Roofing Masters if I have any more problems, and also would recommend to friends and family.

I really like these guys and have used them a couple of times. I thought my tile roof would need a complete replacement given its age, but the estimator/inspector recommended instead just replacing underlayment for certain sections that were likely the cause of leaking. They replaced multiple skylights and lots of other repairs at the same time and it was far less cost than I anticipated. Would highly recommend again!

Doyle Roof Masters are the best!! From the guy who came to look at the roof to give us a quote to the lady who scheduled the appointment to the amazing guys who came out to do the job, they were all wonderful!! They removed what gravel and cypress tree needles they needed to from our roof and spent several days working hard coating the roof, the parapets, around the canales and around the five skylights. One of the many things that impressed us was that they didn't get anything on the skylights and they cleaned up all of the mess from the job and left our porch and yard looking exactly how it had been before the job. They were also really polite and communicative and let us know when they arrived, when they were finished for the day and when they would be back the next day. I highly recommend them for any roofing needs you might have!

Doyle recently completed two roof repairs for me. They did an excellent job, even had to leave to get additional parts due to how bad my roof was in spots; handled everything on budget and timely.

This project included a much needed roof repair as well as relocating the AC temporarily to allow the HVAC people to repair an inside piece of ductwork. My house has a complicated roof. It was leaking in several places. The crew sent by Doyle was very thorough, replacing plywood decking as needed, cleaning up daily. The roof looks great. During the final inspection, several shingles appeared to be damaged, probably a manufacturing defect. Those shingles will be replaced soon.

We had a whole new roof put on. Process was smooth and Teresa, Bernabe, and Mike were excellent in every way

I had all of my vent drops sealed by Doyle roof master earlier this summer. One of my vents was still experiencing rain leaking through the vent. I call Doyle to have this looked at and was scheduled for repair. I was called later to reschedule and a tech came out on Friday 10/11/2024. He said hello and let me know what we was there to do but did not let me know when he left or what he found. I have tried to make contact with the business several times this week. Today I called and was meet by a very unprofessional Teresa Doyle. She divulged personal information about the employee in question and then tried to use the employee’s personal trauma as an excuse for the business’s lack of professional responsibility. As a person who has experienced loss and whose employer has divulged personal information to strangers I frown on this behavior. I have been a good customer and expect that I am treated as such. I called after the text messages below to try to reschedule and that is when I was met with the very unprofessional owner.

Doyle Roof Masters came highly recommended and they did not disappoint.
They were very good fixing all of our canales that were relined with aluminum. They sealed the whole roof. Replaced old skylights with ones that aren't cracked. Also replaced our porch roof so rain and snow will not cause panic.

I bought my home in June 2022 and the inspector suggested replacing the roof so I did — less than two years later it is leaking! A brand new roof, leaking! I’m so sad and frustrated. They’ve been out to “repair it” but it’s still leaking in the same spot. I had to hire someone else to address the issue. So much money wasted…

Purchased a home 1 year ago. Part of the garage had TPO installed in 2022 from previous owner. It was installed improperly and a recent wind storm damaged the TPO. Filed an insurance claim which was not covered due to improper installation. The warranty from Doyle is non transferable and does not cover water or wind damage. I would rate this less than 1 star if I could. I don't know who were the workers responsible for this installation but when we were forced to fix the wind damaged roof on our own we discovered vents had been covered with foam and never cut out to allow for attic ventilation. I'm fortunate to have grown up with family who are contractors and have grown up roofing for my family business for years and this is by far one of the worst jobs I've ever seen.

Doyle roofing did an amazing job on our roof, even had a storm come through and got it done without any issues. Then my bank had issues giving me my funds and it delayed payment. I worked with Teresa who was really patient and we finally got it done! Highly recommend

Doyle Roofing has been amazing during the entire process. Barnabe has delivered excellent customer service. My mom has owned her home for a long time in the NE heights. She was unaware that her roof needed to be replaced due to her dementia, poor sight and bad hip. Doyle Roofing gave us a quote a year ago and still honored the quote. Do not ignore the bad reviews! We did and very much regret it. We have been using this company for close to five years for roof maintenance and repairs and had some great experiences with them, but this time was regrettable to say the least. They are perfectly nice people until there is an issue and then they are nasty and rude.

We received a quote for a roof replacement due to a large leak in our roof. The person who quoted the roof came into our home and was shown the area where the leak was as that was our biggest concern. It took a few months to get into the schedule so they came and did a temporary fix to the roof to prevent any further leaks until the roof could be replaced. This is to say, they definitely knew this area was a concern. The crew came and replaced the roof over four days. My husband went up onto the roof after they left and noticed several of the canales were almost entirely sealed shut with tar and a covering that had fallen down accidentally, rendering them useless (photos attached). They came out and fixed this portion.

That same day, my husband started tearing out the drywall of the ceiling where the largest leak was to repair it and found they did not replace any of the boards around that leak. They were moldy and one was even completely splintered and structurally compromised. I was in the room when they were fixing that canale the next day and the guy’s boot almost came through the ceiling. With the invoice they sent pictures of the job. There is a section where they show areas of the roof with all of the tar and gravel off before repairing any boards. This specific area of the roof had no pictures included with the tar and gravel off. We thought this was a bit suspicious.

When we sent them a picture of the boards from inside their response was, “OMG! I am so sorry. Leaving the canales like that was bad enough. But this is unacceptable and they will certainly hear about it.” They admitted it was unacceptable. This was not fixed for a further 2 weeks which rendered our bedroom unusable as well as required more time out of our house due to the noise and smell as we have two young kids.

When they reached out to close the invoice I raised my concerns and disappointments and was met with a very rude response from Theresa. She cut me off at every opportunity, told me we should be lucky they aren’t charging us extra for the part they came back to fix, blatantly told me I was lying about the canales being sealed shut, and that any extra time out of the house was “your choice.” She told me all of my concerns were “irrelevant” and that they had no way of knowing the moldy and broken boards were bad from the roof, so that isn’t their fault. She sent me pictures from when they fixed it where you can see the damaged portion, even in the poorly lit photo (attached, circled damaged area). It seems the crew and front office do not communicate because we were told several other items would be done before we close out the invoice, none of which were completed.

I am extremely disappointed not only in the job that was done, but by the rude and unprofessional response I received from Theresa. I would not suggest this company to anyone.

Bernabe was great to work with planning the maintenance work on the flat portion of our roof and replacing our worn shingles on our sloped roof. The crew came on time and worked carefully and efficiently to complete the job. They cleaned up everything and left the roof looking great. I was particularly impressed that they worked carefully around our solar panels. Doyle Roof Masters have been taking care of our roof for the past 20 years, and they continue to do excellent work at a fair price.
