What a great experience! After the horrible hailstorm last August we had roof and siding issues. Tyler walked us through the entire process of inspection, filing with insurance, and scheduling. Terry helped us choose the products that we wanted and the project was completed with perfect timing. We are so glad to have them help us with insurance because their inspectors don't always catch the little things, which Tyler did. Would definitely recommend and use them again!

Removed the old roof, installed the new roof, did a very nice job and did a much better job of cleaning up than I expected. Can't say enough good about the whole experience. Definitely would recommend them. Did a better job than the previous roofers.

Amazing service from start to finish. Tyler assisted with assessing damage, guiding us through the process, and keeping every promise he made. The team was respectful of our property as they worked and were diligent to complete the job with excellence. I appreciated the "extra-mile" service when they used a trailer instead of a massive concrete dumpster to protect my driveway. Haley was fantastic in explaining the process and making sure we had everything in order. The team that installed our gutters spent extra time to make sure the wood was repaired and solid. They installed it like it was on their own house. Andres returned to make sure the last few touches were made appropriately to protect my house trim and make sure water flowed correctly. From beginning to end I was impressed. You want service done correctly the first time, choose Douglas roofing. You have probably one shot to get it right. You won't regret choosing them.

I highly recommend this company! Brandon and Justin and Haley were great! They were very helpful and professional. Brandon was always keeping me updated and informed as to the progress and the team that replaced our roof were hardworking and excellent at what they do. I am not related to the people who own this company but they represent the Douglas name well. I have already recommended them to other friends and family.

Terry was great... Very professional and was punctual. He took pictures and showed me were the problem area was on my roof, and even temporarily fixed the problem until he could come back and do the major work. It was a pleasure working with him. I highly recommend him for your roofing needs.

I never post reviews but wanted to let people know about Douglas roofing who essentially got us a free roof. After noticing a steep increase in our homeowners premiums due to roof age we decided to replace it so Douglas came in and noticed some hail damage from a documented storm 9 months prior and were able to work directly with the insurance company to get us a replacement roof for no more than our deductible! If you live in the Hampton Park area if chesterfield county Va Douglas can likely do the same for you as well - potentially also replacing didn’t or gutters as well. I highly recommend calling Tyler at 804-840-2058.

This fall we had some significant hail damage to our roof, siding, trim, and window screens. After speaking with several contractors, we were most impressed with Terry at Douglas Roofing. Our insurance covered the roof, trim, and the one side of siding that was damaged. We elected to also replace the remaining siding due to age. Terry has been absolutely wonderful to deal with, and the workmen did a superior job for us. Terry and his crew were very responsive to questions and concerns, always answering texts or calls from us quickly, and discussing things on site. My wife and I are extremely happy with the quality of work, with Terry and his crew, and with Douglas Roofing. Hopefully we won’t need that sort of service again any time soon, but if we do, we’ll be calling Douglas. Highest recommendation! Thanks, guys!
