My experience with Douglas Roofing was great! Alfred Duncan assisted me with the process of filing my claim with my insurance company. Tawanda Sabbat handled the insurance fight with my insurance company, which resulted in me being approved. They both were very polite, professional, and very knowledgeable about the policies, issues, and my concerns. The process after being approved, was quick and easy without any delays, including the cleanup of my property. Douglas Roofing made me feel like family, and a special customer. Great Job to all that assisted in my roofing projects!

A rep from Douglas Roofing came through our neighborhood, and offered a free estimate on our roof. We agreed. They found hail damage, and were very thorough, including contacting our insurance company. We chose them for the work. They did a very good job, and their people were good to work with.

Very friendly and quick service. They came out within a day and were able to fix the leak in my roof for a very reasonable price. We will definitely call them again if we have additional roofing needs.

We replaced our roof and are so glad that Douglas Roofing performed the work. They found us and offered a free inspection because many of the houses in our neighborhood were replacing their roofs due to hail damage that happened in 2024. I recently hired Douglas Roofing &Solar, to handle a roofing project on my home, and I couldn’t be more impressed. The first consultation with Andrew Pickell was great.He was knowledgeable, professional, and took the time to walk me through the entire process.

One of the things I appreciated most was how smoothly they handled everything, including working directly with my insurance company and coordinating with the inspector who came to assess the damage. I had an excellent experience with Douglas Roofing. Start to finish, every employee I worked with was friendly, courteous, and competent. The roof installers were friendly and skilled, and they cleaned my yard, deck and driveway afterwards, making it look far better than before. I highly recommend them.

From their first appearance at my door after the 8/29/25 hail storm to the follow-up after the roof was installed, Douglas Roofing was professional, courteous, and easy to work with. Extremely responsive in getting there and putting a tarp on the roof when I discovered the roof cap had blown off and almost the entire length of the roof peak was open. Worked very well with the insurance adjuster and handled some extra issues regarding the dormer. Professional quality work.

I contacted Douglas Roofing for a suspected roof leak. Their technician (Steve) arrived within 24 hrs of my initial service call. Steve spent approximately 30 minutes diagnosing the leak. He found possible leak source. Resolution involve caulking a comprised area. Fantastic prompt service, customer service and professionalism. I was referred to Douglas Roofing by a trusted friend. The company representative, Marc, worked with my homeowners insurance adjuster to assure coverage for the replacement of the roof. This wasn't a small task as the adjuster wasn't very focused on our needs but Marc worked patiently with him to achieve the desired outcome.
Once the insurance hurdle was cleared the tile was selected and and job scheduled. Everything came off exactly as promised. The crew did an outstanding job in one day. Amazing experience. They convinced my insurance company that they (the insurance company) needed to pay for a new roof. Process took some time, but it was seamless. I had to do almost nothing. Once everything was good to go (insurance check, materials ordered, etc.) Douglas Roofing showed up on-time and completed the entire old roof removal and new roof installed in one day. Everything was perfect in my opinion. I HIGHLY recommend them. Also, we paid for some additional warranty so that if anything happens to any of the roofing such as leaks, minor damage, etc. (minus major disaster such as a tree falling on the house), I won't have to deal with my insurance again. I can just go straight to them and they will take care of everything for me (at least that is how I understand it).

Called for estimate on roof siding and gutters. They came out looked at everything worked with insurance company for things that insurance should cover. They gave quote and kept to the quote.
