Caleb was informative, explained the insurance process and was honest about our roof needing to be replaced due to extensive hail damage. His team is there to help talk to the claims dept acct if there were any concerns you may have with the claims process. Roof replacement was quick and great clean-up afterwards. Would definitely use Done Right Roofing again!

Will, Beau, Jenny and all the crew were phenomenal! They handled all the insurance coordination to maximize my benefits! Really appreciate all they did to make sure I got a new roof, rain gutters, and fascia/soffit repairs that were needed. They were timely and responsive throughout the entire process. I’m extremely happy with the quality of work as well.

They redid a roof for my friend and for calling themselves Done Right it was everything but right within a week it was leaking again and upon closer inspection the whole roof was unacceptable. I would recommend anyone else before I recommend them if you really want it done right

DONE RIGHT stands up to their name. They are awesome to work with they managed my claim they helped me by explaining the whole process and what would happen step by step. I would use them again and will call them again if I ever need another roof I highly recommend them. Very dependable. They even explained to me going forward what insurance items I needed to make sure were on my policy so that I got the best service for what I was paying for. Hail storm roof replacement in Spring of 2020. Complete strip, brought up to code and replacement. Very easy to work with and friendly. Added plus to me was the great clean up job they did after the job was done. Overall, a great and stress free repair.

Definitely worth your time and money if you are needing a new roof or on the fence about one. I didn't think insurance would cover my roof as i had just bought the house and had adjusters look at it during purchase and i wasn't able to get a roof from insurance at that time, also the roof was over 10 years old. A few months later Will shows up at my door and explained his company and said if he could take a look at my roof he would work with my insurance to get it done if it needs it and pay nothing more than my insurance deductible. I ended up getting a new roof, gutters, and sheeting as my old sheeting was not up to code and paid for only my insurance deductible. Definitely worth your time, Will is very friendly and happy to help.

They completed my entire roof Spring 2020 (complete tear off and replace). They were very easy to work with and made the insurance claim understandable and smooth. He helped with better options on vents and other higher quality materials vs. what was originally on my roof. The crew did a great job and cleaned up very good after. I will use them again if needed.
