We had a tree branch fall on the house at the perfect angle to pierce the roof... on the day before Christmas eve. Gary was very responsive and Salvador did a great job with the repair.

Gary and his crew came out and held our roof patched and leak free in no time. Reasonable quotes and reliable work!!

We originally thought we needed our roof cleaned and were surprised by the news that it was beyond cleaning. After several phone calls to various local roofing companies Done Right was the only one to respond to our call! We were quoted an amount that we could manage and within about three weeks we were scheduled in. The crew showed up early on an October morning and I have to say it was one of the most hard working and conscientious team I’ve ever witnessed. They took one lunch break and worked until sunset, returning the next day to finish clean up. Having a roof replaced is noisy and disruptive and expensive but we felt that we were in good hands and we were. They found excessive rot in our roof and issues that had not been addressed by the previous roof repair over 20 years ago and took care of it.
The crew were also friendly and cheerful. I kept thinking “ they must be starving” they were working so diligently. It was a positive experience for a couple of seniors on social security and i think we have a roof for the rest of our lives. Thank you, Done right, you live up to your name and we would recommend you and if we outlive the roof you built we will use you again!

We have used Done Right Roofing for a few years and have always been pleased with the price, timeliness, and quality of their work. We have used Done Right to repair a membrane portion of our roof, to replace 1000+ screws on our metal roof, to repair metal flashing, and to clean and inspect our roof. We needed a roof repair and we couldn't get anyone to come out and look at. I called Done Right Roofing and Gary came out within two days (the morning he was leaving for vacation). He explained that our roof was beyond repair and would need to be fully replaced. I was expecting that has the roof was 32 years old! He went back to his office and sent us a quote. The price was very reasonable so we asked to get on the calendar. His crew was out to our house just three weeks later. While they were here, the crew was extremely friendly and very professional. It only took the crew two days to tear the old roof off, haul it away, install the new roof, and clean up! The next day Gary came out to personally look at and ensure it was up to their standards. The roof looks fantastic and I have a peace of mind that my family will be safe under it when the fall and winter rain comes. I highly recommend Done Right Roofing!

Over the past few years I have had a couple of issues with my roofing and he has been extremely responsive and has come to my rescue either the same day or the next day. While that is not what I expected, he made time for my small requests and I was very grateful. His pricing was always fair and I would definitely recommend him for any roofing needs.

Gary and his crew quickly came to find then fix a leak in my Ag metal roof. Timing was critical as we needed the leak fixed so the insulation and plasterboard work could finish. Leaks in this type of metal roof a common and yet hard to find and fix. Done Right did right by getting to the job without delay and fixed the leak.

Just had a job done by Gary and the Done Right crew; I appreciated their hard work and efforts. Gary worked with me to be competitive with his bid and I was glad for that. They were a somewhat smaller crew so it took longer than I expected (almost two weeks), but they did a good job and addressed any concerns I had. I had some gutters that were damaged by a worker who didn’t use a ladder standoff; Gary had the gutters replaced, without question, quickly, and made sure that the workers used the standoffs from thereafter….. he was very responsive to my input. The overall result looks good, 10 year warranty, I believe, and the workers were super conscientious and thorough with their cleanup. I’m sure they went over the yard and everywhere with the magnet about 7 times. I wish them success, and Gary will try to do you right for sure. Still felt expensive, but other “island prices” were way more expensive. They are good guys….still glad it’s over,though

Done Right Roofing fit us into their schedule well before our agreed upon deadline and did a good job. I was very appreciative of Gary personally being involved in our rather small job to make sure the peculiar aspects of our job were done right (pun intended).

Got a great deal for having 3 layers of shingles on my roof to tear off. They did a good job dodging the rain clouds and finished in good time. Roof looks great, I'd highly recommend them.

They found the cause of our leak and repaired extensive damage, replacing a big area of roofing and the wood underneath. They were prompt, courteous and worked in the freezing weather with a few snowflakes falling. We are extremely happy with this company and crew and have no hesitation in recommending them.

Gary was excellent to work with - very professional and identified the issue right away. Not only that, when his employee noticed some rotting wood (that meant that a portion of the roof would’ve needed to be torn off to repair it) he only charged me a portion of the original repair of the flashing even though they completed all the work. Super great company. I highly recommend them.

We are really pleased with Brittany's clean and precise work. The roof needed more than was apparent during the inspection/quote, and they were able to do the work in the scheduled time.

Done Right replaced our roof and gutters. My roof was in really bad shape and the guys and gal did a great job dealing with the issues that came up. They always communicated well and took photos to explain the repairs that needed done. They discovered a lot of damage after removing our sheeting and gave us a fair price for completing the necessary repairs that had come up after the original estimate was written. They also worked late into the evening on multiple occasions to get our roof done before a big rain that was coming. I highly recommend them if your roof needs work. Honest, fair, and respectful. The crew also did a nice job cleaning everything up when they were done which I really appreciated.

Very responsive and answered all of my questions. I received several quotes from other companies and they were by far the most affordable. Matt, Gary, and his team took time to explain to me what to to expect with the roofing. There were several problems with my roof and skylights that showed up during the process. The roofers were very professional and walked me through the problems instead of just adding on to my bill. They took a lot of pride in their work and I’m very happy with the quality of their work.
