Silverline Came out and put on a roof for us at a commercial job in Nampa. They did quality work were easy to work with and the customer was very happy with the results. I will be using them again.

Curtis Conde and the entire Silver Lining Roof & Exterior LLC. team did an outstanding job installing a great Owen's Corning on our home. Curtis was involved from the initial bid through doing some touch up painting on our facia to complete the job. Any questions we had, minor issues we raised were dealt with fairly and quickly. Carlos at Silver Lining Roofing & Exteriors was a great find, recommended by a stellar heating and cooling guy who knew we'd been mistreated/abandoned by a previous contractor and needed help getting all of our roof-related pieces put back together. Carlos and other committed professionals at Silver Lining saved our house from further exposure to the elements because of their attention to the various pieces of our project, their TIMELINESS, work ethic, expertise, and desire to meet and exceed our expectations. They also have a trusted network of other professionals to do things they don't, such as repair old chimneys above the roof. Carlos made time for us within a week and walked through our situation, along with Kyle, one of the company's experienced roofers. Besides chimney repair (worsened by previous work), we needed to have old underlayments removed, decking inspected, and new underlayments, shingles, and gutters and downspouts obtained and installed. We also had two tubular skylights still needing to be installed. Carlos and Kyle both listened, observed, and gave their experienced opinions on how to proceed with the various pieces. Carlos took notes throughout and because of the months of delays we'd experienced with the previous contractor, got us priority scheduling and some price break with their estimate. (Super kind!) Carlos was speedy with the network connections, and chimney repair occurred immediately! The roofing could then begin as soon as the shingles could be delivered. We can't say enough about the commitment, professionalism, conscientiousness, and quality work done by the people of Silver Lining Roofing.

We greatly appreciate Carlos's super energy, coordination, and extra work in getting so many of the pieces we needed to finish this project. We greatly appreciate Jesus's focus, knowledge, and work ethic while making the best (and best-looking) roof we've had on the house in the 30 years we've been in it and for going the extra mile to address some damage done to siding by the previous crew; the same for production manager Johnny and co-owner Mandy, who also went the extra mile on previous damage. I was getting ready to sell my house, and the pre-inspection revealed lack of flashing where the roof met the house. This caused some water damage to the house.
These guys had the roof fixed, the flashing in, the affected wall of the house (outer planks, studs, insulation, drywall, etc) ripped out and replaced in one day. The next day, they added a gutter to the upper tier, and did a complete roof treatment.

After getting several bids we hired Silver Lining to install new windows. We can't afford to do all of them at once and they were very accommodating with allowing us to do them as we can. They did our dining room bay windows first. They were at our house on time and the installers were very professional and courteous. The job they did was fantastic. Looking forward to getting the rest of the windows in. We will also have them do our new roof when that time comes.
