Levi was excellent to work with. He inspected the roof very soon after contact and worked closely with our insurance to get our roof as much coverage as possible. He was very open about the whole process and worked with us to get the roof we wanted and could afford. Communication was prompt and excellent, every step of the way. The new roof looks great and rainstorms have been much quieter since the install. The crew did a good job cleaning up and were also careful with the flowerbeds. I also was very pleased to receive drone images throughout the project and regular updates as they progressed. There was a small fluid leak from one of their trucks but they sent out a concrete-cleaning company immediately to remediate.

Jarrod provided great service during our roof install with Dodd. The price was good and the install process was efficient. I will be recommending Dodd in the future.

The clean up was exceptional, Sam knew we had dogs, he made sure my lawn was free of nails the best he could!
