It was discovered we had some mold in the crawlspace of our home. We were referred to Elite Restoration by a contractor with a different area of expertise. Mike, from Elite, evaluated the crawlspace and did find areas that required remediation. Thankfully, he never saw “black mold”, so the remediation did not have to be as advanced. We were grateful that Mike maintains a posture of being honest, rather than make a quick buck. Fortunately, Mike and his partner Silas were able to perform the needed remediation immediately after some drainage work in our crawlspace was completed by other contractors, so any “mess” that would have been created could simply be folded into the other work that had just been completed. Mike and Silas utilized appropriate equipment to ensure no damage was done to the surrounding areas, kept us apprised of what they found and how they were going to address it, and provided us myriad pictures and video of all the spots they treated to stop the further growth of mold. Very happy with their service!

Mike S and Sylis came out and took care of demo for my kitchen and basement water damage. They showed up within a few hours of phone call and started getting things dried out, came back each day to check on it, were on time and communication was good. They were both very nice and efficient, I will post another review when the reconstruction gets done.

Reconstruction has been completed. Devons work was great, and he cleaned everything up so nice at the end of the job. He was also awesome at scheduling in other subs and was always here to get them started. His communication was great and made it an easy process. It was a pleasure having him in our home.

Great experience with Devon. Had some issues with backyard and water not draining properly. Devon asked a lot of questions and was more interested in fixing the issue the proper way. Received 2 other estimates and each one attempted to solve the issue in different ways. Devon’s approach seemed the most logical and was the most cost effective. The work they did to expand the two existing drainage pits (existing pits non existent) was very effective and they ensured that the yard was not torn up when they were done. Can hardly tell they did work there. Devon has incredible attention to detail. Thank you for taking the time before the work was done to truly look at the problem and not be in a hurry.

Devon did a wonderful job on my home repair following some water damage. There were a variety of issues including patio roof repair and gutter adjustments, partial foundation fortification, as well as drywall and trim installation in a stairwell that was all gaps and crazy angles. Devon was precise and detailed in all areas, especially the stairwell that now looks much better than before the damage. He communicated with me daily about the project's progress, cleaned up daily, and was there everyday in order to finish in a timely manner. I am very pleased with the way everything looks and knowing that the water issues have been resolved.

First time home buyers and we discovered a slow leak in our bathroom that wasn’t caught in the inspection process. With it, we found mold and quickly realized we would have to tear out the entire floor and shower…which was overwhelming to say the least. Jessica and Brennan were so helpful! They clearly had our best interest at heart, were thorough, and made everything really easy. We had talked to so many companies and Elite was seriously the only one that was straight forward and trying to help, rather than gouge us for money. Robert, who did the initial inspection was also 10X more thorough then the other companies. We were super impressed. We had a hot water pipe burst under our house. We called Elite Restoration and they were at our house within 30 minutes to fix the issue. Jessica was very responsive and was quick to help us out. Never being in a situation where I had to make a homeowners claim, I wasn’t sure who had my best interest at heart, the insurance company or the mitigation company. I called the Meridian location and spoke to Jessica, Elite Restoration Mitigation Manager, and basically her answer was we work for you, our valued customer, not the insurance company. That made my decision.
I worked with Robert (Mitigation Technician) & Jessica on my kitchen hard wood floor mitigation after a sink drain leak.
Robert was very patient and always took time to answer any questions I had and explain what equipment would be needed and the purpose it served. They even protected my flooring from the entry door to the kitchen by taping off the entry way and laying plastic down leading into the kitchen. They were respectful of our space and items.
Jessica provided me with information about expectations, and after mitigation options from repair to replacement. Her experience helped assist me with my decision making.

Throughout the process, we were confident our home was in reliable hands. Devon provided clear, concise updates on the home’s progress and answered our calls, texts, and questions quickly. I hate to be the “bad review”, especially with all of the positive reviews, but folks should be aware of our horrible experience. This was ongoing from December 2022 until we had enough of their excuses July 2023. The job was a simple water damage claim localized to our kitchen island consisting of 3 cabinet bases. Our experience started out great with the mitigation team showing up quickly and getting to work to deal with water damage. As the project progressed communication stalled, the project team clearly had other priorities, and we were placed on the back burner. Our frustrations were communicated directly to the project manager. We created a punch list and outlined what was needed to complete project. We also targeted a specific timeline as we were expecting our first born. The company could not meet their own deadline or procure typical cabinetry materials. They also provided excuses along the lines of employee turnover (the same project manager was involved throughout the whole process) and our experience isn’t “typical”. Meanwhile we are out the deposit for the work and completing the simple work ourselves.

Elite Restoration have a fantastic team. Their responsive and professional personnel are polite and efficient. In particular, their lead supervisor Tim Condon goes above and beyond to ensure you are well taken care of and that all of your concerns are addressed. He astutely works with home insurance and home warranty services to help the process get fixed smoothly and without technical issues. Thanks again Elite Restoration!

I wish I'd found Elite first. I used a different business originally that a plumber recommended. That restoration company left after drying everything out after the water leak damage. I then needed to find a company to do that portion. Long story short I found Elite!! Mike was great! He came over right away and took a look. I'd been trying to get things done since November 2021 and it was February/March 2022. I got my estimate quickly. Tim, the project manage was fantastic!! The project was done on time. I was glad to have my home back to normal. I hope I don't have anything like the water leak happen again, but if it does, I know who I'm calling.

Elite is a great company to work with. They’ve been professional, responsive, and educating as well. Mike has been great explaining the process they go through with insurance and with the contractors they use for flooring, carpet, etc.

We can’t speak highly enough about the mitigation team. Jessica has been the lead on the mitigation work at our home and she is great to work with. She and her crew aren’t afraid of working hard to get things done, but they also work smart as well! The whole team has been great to interact with and Jessica is thorough in making sure they do a too-notch job.

A pipe on my water heater suddenly cracked causing not only the inside of my house to flood but the underneath area of my crawl space as well. Michael at Elite restoration Meridian showed up on short notice and took complete control of the situation. He drained the tank and then completely removed it from a very dangerous and wood-rotted outside water heater closet. He brought all the necessary wood to replace the damaged framework as if he predicted the condition just from our initial phone call. Michael communicated what the next best step was and gave me an excellent referral to a local supplier of water heaters for an older trailer. He also suggested what to say when looking for a second or third quote and upon following his advice- I found a replacement quickly. Thank you Michael for getting me through this horrifying situation with ease and professionalism as well as not leaving me and a small child without water until I could get it replaced.

I called another place on Monday and they couldn't come until Thursday. I called Elite and Robert came out within an hour and pumped the water out of our crawl space. David came the next day to start fans to dry it out. They were both very polite and answered all our questions. David did a good job of installing some new vapor barrier.

They got the job completed on time with a minimal intrusion. Their staff was friendly, knowledgeable and respectful. Their communication regarding delays or problems could have been a little better.

We called Elite Restoration to request an inspection of our crawlspace following an unusually heavy rain downpour. The downspouts which had just been modified to take the water away from the house did not function properly and water ran through the air vent wells. Jessica M. responded immediately and came to our house on her own time. She was quick and efficient in doing the inspection. We sincerely appreciate her service.

I found moisture and mold in our crawl space. I called multiple different restoration companies and Elite Restoration came out the same day to inspect. They performed a through inspection, much better than the competition. They were honest about our problem, provided photos and a detailed plan about how to solve it. They helped coordinate with D&R drainage to have a sump pump installed since our French drain failed to keep our crawl space dry. Their work including complete removal and replacement of all the insulation and vapor barrier, mold remediation, and water removal from the crawl space. I inspected their work and I'm happy with the results! A few of their competitors were a little less expensive but their solutions were not as thurough and would have failed to keep things dry in the future. Very happy customer.

Mike and Tim were awesome. I had a water leak that needed a bunch of mold removal, and the entire bottom floor replaced. They coordinated everything with insurance and other contractors, communicated perfectly, and were attentive to any questions or issues I had.

Because it's 2021, all labor work is delayed and the whole process took about 3 months. These guys did everything possible to minimize my downtime with hot water, and to get the ball rolling in short sprints. This caused far less stress than it otherwise would have.

Recommended to anyone in need of their work.

The Elite staff was great! They saved me money where others were trying to get me to pay for mold removal. While they were not finding mold they still recommended someone else to come out to inspect and possibly have testing done. Long story’ short….NO MOLD. They treated me fairly and with courtesy. I would, without a doubt, recommend them to anyone.

Elite restoration was quick to respond to my request and had two people out the next day to inspect our crawl space. They were professional and friendly. Unfortunately, we were in need of a service that they don’t offer (sump pump & French drains). Paul followed up with me and was kind and sympathetic of our unfortunate situation. Hopefully, I won’t need restoration services in the near future, but if I do, I would use these guys (so should you)!!

I love these people I love Elite Paul and Tyler were great, the people were great. My husband took his life in the house. I was not all together and the house was a mess. We had a basement flood. Since the moment our first call into them, they kept on top of everything. If they said something they stood behind it. They were timely. They gave a wealth of information.of how they were doing things and why. They gave lists of expectations and cautions. Manny and Nicholas were super friendly and did an excellent job in taking care of our home and ensuring our health was safe from airborne pathogens. Mason was the follow up guy, also another super friendly employee who offered a wealth of information. He called on a regular basis for follow up with us and our insurance company. He came with the final paperwork with line by line explanation. All three offered suggestions and recommendations if we were interested. You pay for their service but they offer the best customer service we have seen in a very very long time. Thanks to you all.

Very happy with this company. Paul was very knowledgeable and kind. I had been told I had a lot of moisture and mold in my ducts. Paul sent two young men out, who were nice, knowledgeable and very professional. They looked into my ducts and explained everything to me. It was not as bad as the first contract (Unnamed) came out and told me it was. I'm not sure where to even start. From beginning to end, my family was treated with respect. A water bubble was forming in our drywall ceiling, and it was evident that we were going to need some professional help. It was caused from our washing machine leaking from the laundry room upstairs. It had to have been seeping water for about 3 days before we noticed. I made my phone call to Insurance and told my agent what had happened. I didn't have to wait long for someone to come to my residence and observe the damages. Paul and Manny came out, and assured me that they would be able to restore my home.

Elite Restoration takes great pride in their work. Slate restored my ceiling to it's original state. Everyone communicated excellently with us during the whole process. The repairs by Manny, Brandon and Slate were of better workmanship than the contractors who originally built the home. I was surprised that my house was better off than it's previous state. On top of the excellent workmanship, Elite Restoration dealt with the insurance company on my behalf. With all of the chaos going on in my life at that time, the last thing I wanted to do, was argue with insurance adjusters. These guys work incredibly long hours, they see things that people shouldn't have to see or deal with, one project after another, and they never complain about it. Elite Restoration gainfully employs some of the most stand-up men I've ever met.

We worked with Elite Restoration to mitigate and repair water damage from a leaking hot water tank in our home. Following our call, the crew arrived very quickly even though it was after hours. The crew worked efficiently to begin the mitigation process which necessarily included some demo to prevent mold issues. About the time you have strangers pulling flooring, dry wall and insulation in the middle of the night, you can only hope that you are working with the right people. All along the way, we were treated very well and feel strongly that all necessary measures were taken to mitigate water damaged areas. Once the affected areas were dried out, all was restored perfectly. Elite also worked quite well with our insurance company which could have otherwise caused delays with repairs. If you are in the unfortunate circumstance of requiring restoration services, go with Elite.

These guys are such champs! My washing machine malfunctioned and flooded my home 10 days prior to the sale date! Initially a different company had come to do the clean up, but they had left my home in worse condition than when it first flooded. I met Paul and Tyler with Elite Restoration when I was starting to think my home would never sell or be the same/better again. Paul was so patient and always made me feel supported, which was critical at that time. They always kept me updated and never over-charged me for unnecessary machines or labor. I woke to find my bed a peninsula as the carpet around me was saturated with water, this included the mat and the flooring. I contacted Elite who sent Manny. Manny got to work evaluating the damage and determining what needed to be done. He and Jeff quickly began moving and shifting things, trimming the damaged mat and then placed the pieces into a plastic bag which they kindly took with them. Manny took readings throughout the damaged area and the garage. In the meantime, Jeff went into the crawl space returning to say there was moisture. Manny then confirmed and the space was attended. Fans were carefully placed both in the room and garage. They returned the next day, as promised, with the technician who replaced the mat, and stretched the carpet. The orchestration was made possible by Manny. I am now, just before the holiday, back in my room and my grandson will have his bed to rest upon while with me over the holidays. Thank you! Marcia S

Manny and Jeff came out at no charge to investigate water in my crawl space for possible mold and to address the water .... I am a conscientious objector to EVER go in my crawl space so am very vulnerable to anything they would have told me... turns out it wasn't anything to worry about - I am so relieved!!!! Paul and his team came out to do an evaluation for us on a house we were purchasing which had some water damage. The seller had already hired a remediation team to do the repairs, but we wanted a second opinion. They arrived exactly on time if not a little before scheduled and went through everything with us and assured us that the problem was remediated. When I asked how much I owed them, I was informed that they usually do these sorts of evaluations pro-bono. I will definetly be looking for these guys in the future when the need arises (but hopefully not any time soon!)

While out of town on a business trip I got a call from my wife telling me that my crawl space had 18 inches of water in it. At first I was in shock and did not know what to do. Excellent Service! Another restoration company working on my neighbors house told me I had water in my crawl space and possible cracked foundation, I called Paul at Elite, and he came to check it that evening.
