McKay at Nxtlvl Roofing was incredibly helpful throughout the whole experience. I can’t be happier with the results. I would recommend then to anyone.

They did a great job on my grandparents house. Worked heavily with insurance and getting their claim approved. They were very good at communicating and answered all of their questions with detail. This group came in very, very quickly. Worked very efficiently and did a very nice job on my roof. With the number of people they had, they were able to tear off the old shingles and put on all new with all new drip edge and everything in 4 and a 1/2 hours.

Michel was Great, he came out to the house got on the Roof checked it out to see how bad it was and if I could qualify to have my Insurance pay for my roof to be repaired. So he confirmed that we had wind Damage so he then helped us filed a claim. The claim got filed with are Insurance. They sent half to get them started and Fast work about ten guys,I guess they arrived early about 7am and were completely done and cleaned up all of the old shingle's as their were two layers of them and this old house built back in 1952 had strip sheeting old shake and then asphalt on top of that they tore it off in about 2 hours 1690SF home then put new OSB sheeting down new drip meatal all-around ICE Barrier and then the underlayment and then the new charcoal shingles down painted the meatal flashing around the chimney and out of their by 4pm the same day. That was nice to ALL IN one Day :) very Happy customer

Sterling was very helpful and made my roof replacement painless. Coordinated with the insurance companies and everything. Roof removal and install was done in one day. Highly recommend these guys!

I just assumed "we have a metal roof, it probably wasn't that badly damaged by the hail". But it turns out my roof (along with many others in the area) was pretty badly damaged and needed replaced. I'm grateful for NXT LVL taking a look, competently working with the adjuster for us, and taking the job to a good completion even through the process of a snowy mountain winter. So nice to be in good hands. It's not something you can count on with contractors. They even came back awhile after we paid to address one small issue we noticed. Good service and trustworthy. NXT LVL has incredible people. That’s what makes the difference. They communicate well, set expectations well and then exceed them. The work is great but I kind of expect that. What I didn’t anticipate was the minimum out of pocket and NXT LVL’s proficiency at using my insurance benefits. I have paid premiums for so long and really never had anything to show for it. I still wouldn’t have had it been left to me. Having experts to sort all of that out made all of the difference. Today as it rained hard in Garden Valley I thought all day about how grateful I am for the new roof that doesn’t leak and that was affordable because I took a chance and had NXT LVL “look into it for me”. Kristin and her crew truly were “next level.” She came as a referral when calling around looking for residential assistance with my parents’ existing roof. She was very responsive, detailed, and approached the project keeping our budget in mind. We were pleasantly surprised with the estimate! Her team came out as soon as the weather cooperated and were very efficient, professional, and thorough. They completely finished the project, in just over a day!

I needed to get my roof replaced & I chose Nxt Lvl Roofing & Exteriors to do the job.
I am so glad I did!
They sent a whole team of workers to tear off & install my new roof in one day. Greg & his team started early. They covered tarps around the house and to protect my landscaping.
The team got on the roof & started to remove the old shingles & felt into their dumpster.
They replaced the OSB in 3 places before putting down the new felt underlayment. They also removed & replaced the drip edges & ridgevent.
Others started to clean up any nails, staples or debris that fell on the tarps, etc.
My gutters were cleaned out. Tarps were emptied into the dumpster & again, they made a thorough check for any debris that might have been left behind!
Greg & his crew were polite, professional & and worked very hard. I was very pleased & impressed with all of them.
Best of all, I no longer have any worries about my roof. It is BEAUTIFUL!
I am very happy to have selected their company to do this job & would refer them to my family or friends in a heartbeat.

Ricky was great to work with on getting our metal roofing replaced after hail damage. He handled everything from material procurement, insurance, removal, disposal and installation. He was attentive, knowledgeable and hard working to get the job done.

In June 2024, parts of our community suffered major hail damage to the roof of the structures. McKay from Next Level Roofing came to our home with a business card saying that he would like to inspect our roof. I did not know the extent of the hail damage and so I put it off for a while. I kept seeing Next Level Roofing signs all over, and so I finally contacted him. He came out right away and inspected my roof. Of course, my metal roof had major hail damage. He did a full inspection and I contacted my insurance carrier. My insurance agent agreed with his assessment of the damage and gave me a check for the full amount that Next Level Roofing needed to do the job. I waited so long, Roofing did not commence until mid December when there was 15 inches of snow on the roof. Within three days however, my roof installation was complete along with a new color that I wanted. I am extremely pleased with the work that Next Level Roofing did, and I want to commend McKay for showing the perseverance of getting me a new roof on my home. I highly recommend Next Level Roofing if you’re looking for someone to install roofing for you.

We worked with McKay from NxtLvL to replace our roof which had been damaged by an intense hail storm in June ‘24.
McKay was are lead contact and rep, assisting us and answering concerns and questions every step of the way. Ceasar led the roofing crew who worked tirelessly and did a wonderful job installing our roof. Kristin handled the back and forth with our insurance streamlining that bureaucracy. Sterling researched and procured the products, including some extras we had been wanting installed.

Ricky and Kristin did a great job throughout the entire process. There’s so much more to an insurance claim than most people realize, from working with the adjusters , multiple meetings with insurance representatives on site as well as countless phone calls and emails all to ensure we’re getting what we pay for with our homeowners insurance. All of that occurs prior to the actual roof replacement where Eddie and his team did an amazing job and worked closely with Ricky to ensure any discoveries during takeoff were handled and submitted for a supplemental claim with the provider. As my own general contractor when we built our house and barn, I have perspective when I say that Ricky and the crew at NXT LVL Roofing significantly exceeded my expectations. We had hail damage on 5 roofs on our 12-acre property, including two with unusual and costly roofing materials and applications. The complexity and expense were very high. First, Ricky’s leadership and communication (key!) from start to finish, was great. Second, I did not anticipate how important it would be for his crew to take the lead with my insurance company. Our project required 5 amendments to our initial claim, all of which my insurance company honored. Third, the actual roofing crew was professional, thorough, competent and friendly. They even applied themselves thoroughly to the task of cleaning debris. We still found several screws and such, but they got 99% of it, which is better than most contractors I’ve dealt with. Finally, project follow-up (e.g., coordinating snow cleats and gutters) and close-out (reviewing with me all aspects of the financial components and doing a post-project roof inspection) were clearly designed to ensure we were happy customers. I’m excited for NXT LVL to be what they are and say they want to continue being - a company that fully delivers for their customers. They are very positive humans.

Well we woke up on a rainy morning at 7 am to the lovely sound of drip, drip, drip. The rain water was dripping from the ceiling in our bedroom adjacent to our bed. We recently had a major bathroom water leak that destroyed our master bathroom, so stress was a BIG piece of our morning. My neighbor recommended NXT LVL. I put a call to Ricky early on Saturday morning and I received a call back very quickly. Ricky had one of his employees come to my house within an hour. Fortunately the rain had stopped and his employee was able to inspect the problem. We discovered we had several vents that were made of plastic on the roof. They were all cracked and one of them was allowing water into the house. Ricky’s employee temporarily sealed them and was able to return on Monday for the repair. I decided to get rid of the plastic vents and have steel installed so hopefully we won’t have to worry for a while about these items. They repaired the items in about two hours. They were neat and clean. They did a GREAT job. Thank you NXT LVL!

Ricky at NXTLVL Roofing managed a total flat roof replacement at Cathedral of the Rockies in Downtown Boise. We were having many issues with leaky portions of our roof and it was in a bad state of repair. We employed NXTLVL Roofing to manage the total removal and installation of our entire flat roof. The complete job was done professionally and within the scheduled timing allocated. The whole job was inspected by the City Inspectors without any issues being observed.
I would highly recommend talking to Ricky about your next roof repair or installation. We will definitely use NXTLVL Roofing in the future for ongoing inspections and maintenance.

Ricky was the most considerate and professional contractor I have worked with in 40 years. My roof was significantly damaged by hail this year and Ricky made the entire experience of replacing my large and complex roof go smoothly from start to finish. He is experienced in working closely with the insurance companies, (to my knowledge) was was ethical and transparent about billing, hired an excellent team of workers to do the job, was on site and/or available to supervise them, delivered services in a timely manner, communicated throughout the process, and assured the job including the clean up afterwards was completed and met his high standards. Due to a severe hailstorm, my 50 year shingles we’re damaged. My roof was only four years old. Ricky And Sterling handled the insurance procedures and had my roof completed with the removal and install of the same 50 year architectural shingles. The quality of replacement was very professional and fast. Ricky was really great to work with. He even came back and checked the entire perimeter of our cabin for nails. Would definitely recommend them if you’re interested in having a roof installed.

After a freak hailstorm this summer we had Ricky, the owner of NXT LVL Roofing and Exteriors, give a free inspection of our roof. Ricky was extremely knowledgeable, not only about roofing, but also helping us file through our insurance. It was quick and easy and before we knew it the insurance company sent the check out. Ricky was honest and forthcoming about the process of ordering the material and how it would look. In a matter of weeks his crew was here to put the roof on. His crew immediately told me there was no decking under the old roof. Ricky to the rescue; he again helped with the insurance so that they would pay for this due to compliance with the building code. Two days later his crew was back and completed the work in just a few days. What a beautiful roof! With the light color and new decking the inside of the house remains much cooler. i would recomend NXT LVL for roofing . i found this company orginized very compatent and trusting. i have a large home and it was finished in a day gutters were cleaned yard picked up and all points were checked after complition.

We were needing a roof from wind damage. I saw a sign up the street that read "this roof was paid for by insurance". I called the number and Schonie came out and set it all up for us. All we paid was our deductible. She was with us all the way through the process. She is very knowledgeable. The crew that came out was extremely efficient. They completed it within a half a day. That means stripping it, preparing it, and finishing it. The cleanup was spot on. You didn't even know that they were here. I was very impressed. The workmanship was outstanding. I recommend this company to anyone. With or without insurance covering it. They're very trustworthy. I would have gave more stars but there were not enough of them.

Having issues with your roof is literally the last thing anyone wants to deal with, especially me. I would say to check other companies and get quotes before you talk with nxt level, they will make you sign a contract. I felt after talking to nxt level we had no choice.

After all was done I had a few questions and Ricky said it was in the contract, I searched and didn't see it.. I asked for warranty paper work on the roof, he said it's on the website.

Had another issue I wanted looked at and by then I think he was tired of questions. We also had agreement on taking the gutters off and leave them off, he called to make sure 3 times that is what they were doing for sure, it was, and after all said and done they left the gutters and worked around them when asking why they did that I believe the answer he gave me was they were nailed in. ?? Looking on the website of NXT level, gutters is one of the specialty they do. So why leave them if they know how to remove them

We had to go with our number 3 color do to out of stock or no longer making them.

For the over all, the roof was great! Looks good, they finished in two days. The service after the sell could have been better.

She helped me pick out high quality roofing explaining what was needed and noting the material difference so i could make an informed choice. Even though i had three layers their large crew cleared it al off and had the new one on in two days. The crew cleaned everything up. Cant express how well this team worked..I dont think they took a break..one day to strip the roof, one day to load materials..one day to put on a beautiful roof. They were fast but the roof is perfect. They cleaned up all debri and next day they came and picked all unused supplies. I recommend 10 out of 10. Also lots of good communication. Ricky walked us through tohe whole process regarding insurance and made it very easy to understand.

I’ve had a few roof replacement solicitors at my door. None of them presented themselves as more than salesmen. Richie was down home and straight to the point. I couldn’t help it. I had to hire him! From start to finish I’ve been extremely pleased. The crew was very professional and respectful. I’m happy to say that I love my new roof.

Ricky and his office manager Kristin worked diligently with my Insurance company to procure a fully covered roof replacement claim. Ricky was very organized with his meetings with us and broke down the steps that needed completed, and was able to show us other properties with varying shingle styles so we could pick the right one for us.

Initially our insurance wasn't going to cover only a small % of the repair/replacement, but Ricky and his team know how fight for the homeowner and have all the resources needed to fight for their clients.
