They were able to do everything that I expected from my roof nightmare. You would never have known they were there after the job was complete. They didn’t leave a trace. Professional in ever manner.

Quick and prompt response after initial call to request quote. Phone call until person on site, 3 hours. I spent 4 days calling multiple companies to conduct my personal consciences of total cost. Out of the other companies I called. Davis was the only one to get up on the roof and physically and visionally inspect it. The roof was in total disrepair and had structural damage from neglect, from previous owners. Davis addressed all the issues that I knew there would be, so I was confrontable trusting them with the job. The quote was very reasonable and was subject to change due to the extent of the damage that I knew to be there when the existing roof was to be removed.
Once an agreement was reached for the job, work began two business days later. Day one was removal and as expected roof, and structural repairs were needed. Davis took care of all the repairs immediately, as agreed upon. The removal was done swiftly and non-stop. Heavy tarps were placed around the perimeter of the home for anything that may or would have fallen from the removal process that did not fall into the dumpster of the truck.
Day 2, Once the roof was repaired and replaced, the new roof was on in hours. Everything was clean looking (Old silicone and metal removed from house and chimney areas) and looked amazing. If not for wood repairs and replacement, the job would have been completed in one day. The next day the seamless gutters were installed, and I came home to the finish job. All equipment and waste were packed up and gone by the end of the second day. Honestly if I had not known a roof was being replaced, I would have never known anyone had been there to begin with.
Everyone during the process was straight forward and professional from start to finish. From the initial phone conversation, on-site inspection/quote, job site manager, and explanation of guarantees of future services of job (which I do not feel like I will have to call upon) I highly recommend Davis Roofing Company service for anybody thinking of having a roof replaced, big or small, and any potential shape.

Davis roofing done a great job on our house, their men came that morning took off the old replaced everything in a day. They cleaned up you couldn't even tell they was here. I highly recommend this company. He is a man of his word . Thank you Davis Roofing.

Been out here 2 times and they have tried to fix it but haven’t succeeded. And they don’t stand behind their warranty because I have damage sheet rock on the ceiling and they want me to turn it in on my home owner. But it not their and I have a deductible and so not have to pay for their warranty.

I can not say one bad thing about this company! They came out in the summer and put a roof on my house when no one else would! (I have a double wide home in trinity nc)The first company I called was Crossover roofing told them what was going on can they help? Yeah no problem then after that they would never get back to me and blew me off. The second company I called was swink roofing and the same thing happened we set it up even picked out colors then when it came down to it they quit answering the phone and wouldn’t call back! I couldn’t believe it but I guess third time is the charm and davis roofing and everyone that worked there were so awesome, great customer service and honest and kind. I highly recommend them for any project that you might have going on. The roof hasn’t leaked and has been great since. Thank you Davis roofing!

I called to get an appointment to have someone come out to look at my roof that was damaged from hail. My insurance company even recommended them. A couple days later someone called to get address and said that someone else would call me back to set up an appointment for someone to come out to inspect my roof. After 3 weeks my insurance adjuster asked if i had gotten an appointment and when i told him that they have not called me back in 3 weeks the adjuster said that was typical of Davis Roofing.

Davis Roofing Company was great to work with. Our new roof is better than I had hoped. I can not recommend them enough. Excellent work. Great communication. Very patient with us on waiting for a very slow insurance company on payment.

Came out to repair leaky roof. Unfortunately there existed another area of the roof which leaked and was not repaired. Made repeated attempts with office and individual who did the repair for over month. Including a promise to be at my home the next day when I finally reached them. Still a no show. I would use another contractor as they do not stand by their work and poor follow up.

Last week, in response to my request for assistance due to a leak in my new roof, Isaac initially stopped by on Tuesday to assess the situation. He told me he would be back on Thursday morning to fix the leak. As promised, he was here very shortly after 8:00. He in fact got on the roof at the spot where we both thought the trouble might be. He did his magic and left. Today, we had a slight shower followed by a moderate one. I think the moderate shower was a good test (but I reserve my right to update the assessment if we get a torrential storm). Based on this initial test, it appears that Isaac's effort was successful. I am pleased!

Isaac came, made his assessment, returned when promised and completed the task! That is "five star" customer service! I don't get that very often. Davis Roofing should be very proud of Isaac.

The representative told me on Thursday he would email me a quote in Friday morning, it's Saturday and I still don't have a quote

On the day of roof installation they showed up on time had all the correct materials.
They also installed shingles in a timely manner and went around the entire yard with a magnet picking up nails and cleaned up all debris when they finished. Roof looks great.

Shane and his crew replaced an area on my roof and did a fantastic job. They were very reasonable, and even did it for about $200 less than the estimate. I highly recommend them to anyone needing a repair or a total roof. I honestly think they're the best.

I apologize for the long review but feel it is necessary to give a full account to understand our frustration with Davis Roofing. We chose them over two other companies after carefully comparing their quote and what it included with the others and because Sarah was very knowledgeable and patient with my many questions and phone calls. Until the point of our installation on 5/15 and full payment on 5/18, customer service was amazing. Disappointedly, that is when it ended and became HORRIBLE!!!
We had a gutter contractor come out on 5/22 and immediately after starting to remove the old gutters, he asked when our roof was replaced because he noticed the incorrect installation of the shingles around our satellite dish that would eventually cause a leak. They should have removed the dish before the installation. Turns out he was unable to replace our gutters that day because of rotten fascia board that we were unaware of. He was in disbelief that the roofers did not mention this to us being that it was so obvious that they had to notice it when replacing the roof. I understood that they were under no obligation to disclose this to us but as a courtesy, it would have been nice to know. So I immediately called Sarah about the situation with the satellite dish and mentioned the lack of disclosure about the fascia board and her response was it could become a problem if they mention things that may or may not be an issue. This certainly didn't apply to our situation as the damage was obvious but again they were not obligated to disclose that to us. We then had to hire another contractor to repair the rotten fascia board. This contractor is also a roofer and after assessing the fascia board damage, he also asked about the roof and brought several things to our attention concerning the installation and also mentioning the situation with the satellite dish which still had not been corrected 2 weeks after it was brought to their attention and we were experiencing a lot of rain. We felt confident in this contractor's knowledge and assessment of the installation because he knew and was familiar with the manufacturer of the shingle without us ever telling him and he encouraged us to contact them about the correct installation of their product and whether or not ours met their guidelines. He offered to take pics for us to share with the shingle company but did not want his name mentioned to Davis Roofing when we called them but to tell them that we called the manufacturer who informed us of the issues. I advised that I would not disclose his company's identity to Davis Roofing but that I was going to call them immediately and tell them what he told us and I would also share the pics with them which I did the next day. At that point, we are questioning the quality of the installlation after 2 different contractors mention issues with the work which we would not have been aware of otherwise.
We trusted Davis Roofing to properly install our roof and to be as courtesy to us after the sale as before. We weren't going to climb up on our 2nd story roof and inspect their work not that we would have known what to look for anyway. Well, after our initial call on 5/22 about the issue with the satellite it was finally resolved about 3 weeks after we were given the run around. However, after calls from me on 5/29 , 6/8 and 7/9 and several additional calls made by husband, Davis Roofing has yet to address the other issues. We have been promised a return call from "Steve" every single time... WE'RE STILL WAITING for him to call!
By the way, I contacted the shingle manufacturer for help after being ignored by Davis Roofing. I explained our situation and asked if they would send someone out to inspect the installation realizing that it is not their problem nor an issue with their shingle.They agreed to reach out to them on our behalf and to send their area sales rep out to do an inspection.
I do not like writing negative reviews that could unfairly damage a business' reputation. However, I have given Davis Roofing more than ample time to respond.

Davis Roofing did my roof a couple of years ago. I have 2 porch roofs that are totaling failing. They came out on February 20 and said they would get back with me. I waited a month or two then began calling once a week. Well folks that got the same result nothing....Those porch roofs have been there for years and were fine until they did them. So if you want a leaking roof that is destroying the wood underneath get it done at Davis. That veteran stuff is just junk too folks as the owner of this house is a Vietnam vet and 77 years old. A couple of days after this review they came out and repaired the damage. I was very happy to see them.

Preston @Davis Roofing came out quickly and gave a great estimate. The crew on install day was very quick and did a fabulous clean up job. I have already recommended to 3 friends for their roofs. We have gotten great compliments on the roof. There were repairs and the crew did a fabulous job. Overall a great experience for a roof replacement that was not part of an insurance claim. Thanks guys.

My husband and I have called him out to do several different jobs over the course of maybe 10-12 years Excellent service , work done in a timely manner , price was well under what we had thought it would be and after he set the price it didn't jump to something higher . Could not be more pleased with the professionalism and work done by the crew at Davis. Estimate was quick but thorough, with a *very* competitive price and more/better choices than other quotes we'd gotten. Once onsite, crew had old roof off, damage repaired, and new roof on in single day, with cleanup almost like it never happened!

Davis Roofing.. With all of my heart, thank you! I am disabled, my home insurance agency messed up my policy so when i filed a claim for my roof to be replaced, i was denied. Needless to say, i dropped the insurance company and After shopping around i decided to hire Davis Roofing due to their kindness, Professionalism and competitive rates.
Well, even tho their rates are very good, my being disabled caused me to have to lean on my grandpa, who is retired, for help. So While i was at home, panicking about the finances of getting a new roof, My grandpa handled filing for a loan, the communications and the schedules. Davis Roofing came out and replaced an asphalt roof in about six hours. Other than a few stray old nails, the new nails they used were longer, they cleaned up after themselves well. Their choice of colors was good and their price was fair.

We had minor repair work done. When the workers had finished they rang the doorbell. As I was opening the door, the gentleman was zipping up his pants and buckling his belt. It was apparent he had been urinating in the bushes by my front door. He told me they had completed "all work and clean up" yet later when I went to carry trash to my toter, I discovered shingle pieces, empty chaulk tubes, and nails littered all over my yard. He told me we'd need a new roof in about two years - our house is 20+ years old. I can tell you who WON'T be getting that job.

Davis Roofing completed a complete tear off and new install on my home on Friday 5/26/17. They arrived early and did an excellent job. The crew was friendly and hard working. The cleanup was fantastic you wouldn't even had known they were here.

I had a beautiful new architect roof installed by Davis Roofing. The entire experience from beginning to end was excellent. I called to get an quote, they came out the next day and from there to completion of the installation was perfect. The crew came in, did the work and left the grounds in perfect condition. Working with Samantha was a pleasure too. I highly recommend this company.

We got 5 quotes for a new roof from local companies. Not only was Davis Roofing the least expensive but had a very professional presentation of materials and cost, a friendly helpful staff and the job was done in one day. The roof looks amazing. I do recommend that you personally remove potted plants, deck tables and chairs or any other moveable item away from your house. Big tarps were thrown over trees and plants that were in the ground but my potted plants took a beating. I also wish there was a way to make sure ALL nails were removed from the yard. My husband and I walked around the yard and picked up 40+ nails (one being in my flip flop and foot). We have children and a dog so I hope we don't "find" anymore in feet.

Best Roofing Company I've ever used. Came in below everyone else on price and did my house in one day, with no extra cleanup needed. The person giving them a bad rating must be hard to deal with because these guys were amazing.
