We had a great experience with Excel; during what would have normally been a frustrating experience. We submitted a request for a consult and we had Marlon Mayo out at our home the next day. He even filed my insurance claim for me and handled any revisions/additions that had to be requested. The job started as scheduled and was finished within a couple of days. They even helped with some other siding and trim work around the house unrelated to the hail damage. It was a good experience from start to finish and we are thankful we went with Excel. Alex kept in contact for scheduling and after the work was done, less than a day, he came and inspected the job. We needed to have our roof inspected for hail storm damage. After reading reviews for the various roofing companies, we called Excel Roofing Solutions. The person who answered the phone said Marlon Mayo would call us. He did and we set up an appointment.

Marlon inspected roof, took photos and wrote a report. In addition to roof shingle damage there was damage to some siding and downspouts. He forwarded this information to our insurance company, and the company followed up, sending a representative out to inspect the the damage.

Marlon explained the various types of roofing shingle and Color options. I selected the type of shingles and my wife selected the color.

To shorten the story, Marlon worked with my wife and I and the insurance company. We are old and Marlon gently walked us through the process. His associates that replaced the shingles and sections of siding where efficient, professional and polite.

My wife and I are grateful to Marlon and Excel. Marlon made the insurance and roof replacement experience painless.

Josh was absolutely amazing to work with! I was really worried when first started researching companies and starting the claims process and hearing horror stories about claims being denied or extremely difficult to approve. There are no words to express the peace of mind we have every time we work with Miguel and his crew. They feel like family in the way they care for their customers. After completing work for us my elderly mom had roof issues at her townhome and her HOA was ignoring the situation. Team of workers arrived on time and worked diligently to complete the new roof. Professional rep explained what to expect during the install process and was instrumental in speaking with the insurance company directly. They cannot install a roof during the rain and pre informed us of the likely change in the appt day in the case of rain. They presented the different options available for roofing with pros/cons for each roof. Our personal research on roofing products matched what we were told.

We tried filing our storm damage on our own, we were quickly denied. Excel worked with our insurance company showing the damages and they filed all the necessary paperwork to get our claim approved.
