I can't say enough about the outstanding service provided by this company. After a recent storm, I needed urgent attention to my roof. Not only were they able to schedule an appointment immediately, but they also arrived promptly, ready to assess the situation.

They took the time to thoroughly examine every inch of my roof, and their attention to detail was evident. They told me that the water damage that we were experiencing wasn't due to the roof but rather a leaking window. Their honesty and transparency in communicating this to me were greatly appreciated.

Moreover, despite confirming that the roof was in good condition, they went above and beyond by performing minor repairs, including adding new nails and sealing a few areas, all at no extra cost! WOW!

I'm incredibly grateful for their exceptional service and genuine care for their customers, and will certainly contact them again when I need a roof repair in the future.

Doc helped me through a difficult situation. There was a big delay from the time of the inspection to getting an insurance check. There was several storms during that time and Doc would check with me to make sure my roof wasn't leaking. He dealt with a difficult adjuster and made sure the insurance paid me for all the damage. When I finally received my insurance check he and his crew came out on a Saturday and had the roof completed in a matter of hours. I highly recommend this company. Thanks Doc.
