I was very pleased with my recent experience with Crossover Roofing. Wayne was able to quickly diagnose and resolve an issue with a leak my roof was having. He was professional, knowledgeable and courteous, explaining his findings and procedure with each step. I would not hesitate to call Crossover Roofing again.

On March 30, 2021, they were supposed to tear off the old roof and replace bad wood and new shingles. April 7, 2025, the roof is in such bad shape that my insurance company will not cover it. I have been trying for four months now to get this resolved. I've made multiple phone calls and have several promises to fix, but nothing has been done. I would not recommend this company.

We suffered hail damage in March. I was given a referral to Crossover by a coworker. Autumn Burwell coordinated everything for us. She was out to do an inspection herself within 24 hours. She coordinated with the insurance adjuster and worked around our schedule to plan the installation of the new roof, gutters, and downspouts. The work crew for the roof arrived shortly after I left for work one day and had the work completed and cleaned up before I got home from work. The crew did an excellent job with cleanup, there was no mess. Once the work was done and I paid, Autumn handled everything with the insurance company. I would absolutely recommend Crossover to family and friends. Ask for Autumn.

We have a hundred plus year old house in DT Mebane. We were looking for a roofing company that could put a roof on that was in keeping with the house. Crossover Roofing did just that. That installed a beautiful standing seam metal roof that looks great! There were a few kinks along the way as with any major project but MaryJane Hendrick, the owner, always responded in a timely and friendly manner and any issues were resolved. Thank you Mary Jane! We recently had our roof repaired by Crossover Roofing. I do not personally know a lot about having a roof repaired so Ashley walked me through the process. She was absolutely wonderful! I called Crossover Roofing and they made the process of getting my roof fixed very easy for me . Ashley was awesome she explained the process very well and was very informative.

Had hail damage to my roof. Insurer wanted to replace my 40 yr roof with a 30 yr asphalt one. Even though I kept my original documents showing 40 yr, they said 30 yr was best they could do. Went through 2 contractors that didn't want to help me go for a roof equal-to or better than my old one. Mary Jane showed up and it was game-on! She helped me "debate" with adjuster and got us an additional $4k for roof upgrade! We fought for this upgrade for months. They even called and emailed the adjuster for me! Definitely on my side and i knew it. She got the job, and the rest is history. Crew was great, professional folks all the way.

Crossover Roofing was hired to install siding ,roof,windows, and doors about three years ago on my house . I had a piece of siding that became loose on a windy day.
I talked to Ashley at the office to tell her about the siding. She had a couple of gentlemen come out and fixed it within a few days !!

I was very much pleased with this company, they did a garage roof for me and although we had a color issue with the roofing tiles they were very friendly and fixed it immediately, Ashley from the office is very friendly. And I can’t say enough about the young man Dylan who was helping the roofers for hours to make sure the job was done right and on time.

Autumn was a pleasure to work with and explained everything in detail. She was especially helpful in helping us choose a tile color for our roof which looked great when completed. The best part was that Crossover could handle all of our needs and we did not have to go to individual contractors for each repair. My wife and I are very satisfied with Crossover Roofing. In December 2024, they subcontracted the work to remove the asbestos siding, and they quickly put in new Hardie Plak siding before we had a major rain event. They also quickly repaired part of our exterior wood areas where past termite damage and moisture were discovered. Crossover Roofing was very professional in dealing with minor corrections to our satisfaction. This project was a major project for us all and we paid a reasonable price for it. It required a lot of people, and I want to thank Mary Jane, Tim, Ashley, and the rest of their team for their fine work and help. I contacted Crossover Roofing after trying to contact a couple other contractors in the area. Crossover could give great lessons on customer service, response, and reliability to all of the others. From the initial call to them, their response was very professional and courteous and then proceeded to call when they said they would, kept appointments, and followed up. If you’ve ever had any work done on your home, you know that this is rare! What’s more is that throughout the whole process, that never changed. From the initial meeting, I felt they were being very upfront and honest with me; not just trying to make a sale. Once the work began, JD headed up the roof replacement and, if he’s the one on your job, you’re in great hands! He was readily accessible throughout the job, responded without fail, understood my questions and concerns and addressed each one. My roof replacement was a sizeable one and was expected to take 2-3 days. Because of some details that needed to be addressed and an additional request that I made, the job took the full 3 days and went briefly into a 4th. But JD made certain that everything was completed to expectations and genuinely wanted to ensure I was pleased with the work. The finished job looks great and I feel very confident in the work done. My experience was much better than I expected and am extremely glad that I selected Crossover Roofing. I definitely recommend them.

They repaired issues with our gutters, cleaned out our gutters, and pressure washed everything. They were even kind enough to replace lightbulbs for spotlights since we can't reach them. My home had hail damage from a storm in June 2024. I called Tim Tyree with Crossover Roofing in Archdale NC.
I did not know if I had hail damage or not and Mr. Tyree came the next day and put up a drone to inspect my roof. He was very professional and I felt very comfortable in choosing Crossover Roofing for my repair.
Tim explained the procedure and process for me to file my claim with my insurance company. Paul with Crossover came about 2 days later and went up on my steep slope roof and met the adjuster from my insurance company.
The insurance adjuster told me I would hear something in about 1 week but I received a letter in about 3 days. My belief was that Paul’s knowledge about my damage helped me to receive full coverage from my insurance company.
The process of filing a claim and getting my complete roof replaced was very simple because of the expertise of Paul and Tim.
After the job was complete both Tim and Paul came back to inspect to make sure everything promised was done to perfection.
I would highly recommend Crossover Roofing to anyone needing repairs or a complete new roof.

From beginning to end, Crossover Roofing has been spectacular.
First of all, for the quality work, their pricing is very reasonable.
Our original start date was delayed due to rain. But on Monday morning, their crew was out in full force at 7:30 AM! In one day, they nearly completed the job.

Finally happy with the results of our roof installation …. but … definitely not happy with how hard we had to work to get to this result. So many excuses and double speak to try and get us to settle for a job that was initially not right. Even one of the crew who was sent back to fix the sloppy workmanship THE THIRD TIME on the flat portion of our roof said that we were right to be unhappy. Lots of issues but all is well and we learned some valuable lessons. There are lots of good roofing contractors out there. Do your homework and listen when others tell you to be careful. Third photo is the finished job … quite a stark contrast!

I had a very bad experience years ago with a roofer that basically installed the roof incorrectly. We had hail damage on the house and 5 other buildings. I contacted Crossover Roofing and Ryan came out and explained the claim process to me. He was very kind and answered all my questions. A few weeks later the crew came out and it only took a day and a half to finish the roofs. Everything was cleaned up and the roofs look great.
