Xterior replaced my elderly parents roof and we’re fair with their quality, speed, and a very good crew. The sales process and install all were very smooth. They even inspected the roof to try to get us some insurance help, unfortunately there was no damage from storms.

I just want to say that the team at exterior LLC did an excellent job on the siding, and the gutters were installed quickly and efficiently. Everyone we spoke to was professional, friendly, and helpful. Quality of the work was outstanding, and the job was completed in timely manner. We are very satisfied with the results.

We had Xterior replace our roof about 4 years ago. The work was superior, & their customer service was excellent. Just a few weeks ago we experienced some serious leakage around, & from our chimney. I called & after their through inspection was told it wasn't a roof leaking issue, but the sealing on the top of the chimney had eroded, allowing water to enter the chimney directly. Clearly this wasn't a roof problem, but my needs were handled, the problem fixed, & at a reasonable cost. Excellent work, excellent customer experience. If it's a 5 star rating I'd leave a 6 star response.

Misogynistic. Demanded that my husband be present to give an estimate. Newsflash: it’s 2023 and I make ALL the decisions for our house. He pays the bills. And works during the day. So no. He is never present for estimates and this is our 3rd remodel. I think I can handle myself.

And if you want to use the excuse that “both homeowners need to have a say in the decision making” refer to the above.

We had our roof replaced and could not ask for better quality work. Everyone from Ben who came out to give us an estimate to everyone in the office to the crew that came and did the work ,were friendly, easy to talk to and professional. On top of doing a great job on the roof the crew did an amazing job with clean up- there are always kids at our home So the fact we have not found a missed nail or anything in the yard is great! We would highly recommend the whole team and crew of Xterrrior! As well as using them in the future for other projects we have planned !

This wasn’t the fit for us at this time but we loved the presentation Colby gave!! He educated us so much on this industry and gave off amazing tips to move forward. And they definitely put in effort to be more accommodating.

Update: 3/9 the roof has been installed. Job started at 7:30am done by 3:30. Cleaned up after themselves. And roof looks great!

So far my experience with Exterior has been awesome. Ben came to the house on Saturday was very knowledgeable did not mind all of our questions and now pending to have work done. I’m excited to see our roof started and completed. Will update when finished.

This company represents what all companies should be like. Professionalism quality of work on time and I love the look of my new home even though the home was built in 1978 it looks fantastic. I cannot say enough about this company and the personal service from Jay the owner of the company. I recommend if you need any thing done to your home to call them. You will not regret it.

Xterior LLC helped my wife and I during a period of crisis - they provided quality work at a reasonable price and truly gave our home new life. They provided consultation and installation of insulation and vinyl siding, removal and replacement of windows and our sliding door.

By far, the most impressive part about working with Xterior LLC is their customer service "right of bang". We had an issue where our vinyl [with
special coloring] was damaged approximately a year after installation and Jay and Joel bent over backwards to help us locate materials to get the issue fixed. I felt completely cared for by both Jay and Joel due to their bias for communication - they stuck to their word when telling me I'd hear back from them.

Though we won't be needing a siding or window job in the near future *knock on wood*, I am 100% satisfied with my decision to go with Xterior LLC for quality work and exceptional customer service.

I called Xterior because I needed a new roof. Colby came to my house (very polite) he did his inspection came back showed me some photos of what he saw. He sat with me and explained in details how the process would go he showed me the materials that would be used he let me know that the price wasn't going to be cheap but in the end I would be satisfied and he was right. Came Monday morning Monday evening my new roof was done. Job well done and I would recommend Xterior for any one who needs a new or a roof repair. I contacted them about coming to my property, and they refused saying they needed to meet with me personally citing a law that I never heard of (and also don’t believe exists). I asked for a copy of the law, and they said to talk to my attorney. I explained they could meet with my property manager and they refused saying only the owner. I explained I was in service to my country and they simply didn’t care.

They also let me know I couldn’t review them because only clients can (wrong again). I will be going with another company that seems so willing to go out of the way to make a deployed military member’s life just that much harder.

This was a large job and all went smoothly from beginning to end. The sales rep, Ben Bowers, was very knowledgeable about our needs and gave great suggestions and advice. The owner, Jay, was great to keep us updated on our windows order, scheduling and follow up. The installers were respectful and efficient and we felt very comfortable as the work was going on. Thank you Xterior LLC, great job all around! We do not hesitate to recommend you to others looking for windows, roofing or siding.

Xterior came out to take a look at our damaged siding. Colby came out to advise us and was able to replace our trim at a very reasonable rate and explained the entire process thoroughly. The office was very very responsive, Shoquana kept us informed all along the way, they are always quick to return our call and provide answers to any questions we had. Even though this was a smaller job, we felt as valued as if we had a huge job. Their siding team was incredible.. fast, polite and highly attentive to detail. Colby took care of everything from start to finish and we enjoyed a headache free process, a one day roof replacement, and ended with a beautiful new roof! We had our siding replaced and the trim wrapped in vinyl. The sales man came on time, listened to what we wanted, and appraised the job. We countered with what we wanted to pay based on research, and they matched it, so we signed the deal. The crew showed up on time, and within a few minutes were working on all sides of the house. There was about 8 men, and they worked constantly, and seamlessly. It sounds like they are coming through the walls while they are working, but it’s because they attack all sides of the house at the same time. They had more ladders and scaffolding than I have even seen. I was so impressed I just wanted to watch them, it was so coordinated. Two guys would be working on trim while two were putting up siding, and so on. They were also very polite and smiled when we came in or out. If they had a question, they knocked and asked, and went right back to it. They finished the entire job in 1.5 days, and left no trace of their presence. A man was even walking around with a large magnet thing to collect nails and such. They literally left nothing behind, no one piece of trash or materials, I was so impressed with this crew. I asked that they tell me when they took one gutter down so I could clean and paint it, but they did it for me without me even knowing! We hadn’t bought gutters since ours were fine, but one just needed painting, it was on the two story end of the house, I only knew when I came out and saw it back up sparkling white! I can’t say enough, they were awesome. As for the work, I can’t find one imperfection, and that says a lot, because I am hard to please, very picky, and a perfectionist. Can I give more than 5 stars???

I chose Xterior based on their great reviews and initial response time, everything quickly went down hill after that. I would also like to distinguish the difference in the product and the communication which are two very different things at xterior. The product is good no complaints. However the after the first point of contact and estimate every piece of information moving forward to me was incorrect. Everything from start date, how to make payment, left over debris and materials was false from what I was originally told. xterior refuses to communicate via email because they do not wish to be held accountable for what they say. The office staff will leave out many critical details and then blame it on you. Jay will say anything to downplay any issues at hand just to gloss over it. I was told by the sales rep I had to be present the day of install to present the foreman with check at the end of the day so I took a whole day off of work to be present. The crew never showed up so I had to call, the office didn't even know the crew was not coming. Jay then proceeds to tell me I never had to be present to hand the check over and could have mailed it. After completion the crew left a 12 foot long pallet full of left over materials blocking our two car carport for over 2 weeks rendering it useless. I want to make sure that my response is fair in identifying all parties. My initial contact was great. The estimate was fast and process was smooth we loved our sales rep. Job started many weeks after proposed start date. Crew no showed no called scheduled day to work. The install crew did great work. All communication from Jay and his office stay was poor at best after that.

We had a great experience working with Xterior. They did a professional job start to finish. From the estimate to the completion of the skylight install, the crews and management at Xterior were great. I would definitely use them again.

Xterior came out last year and put a roof on for me and from the moment they came, they were honest about what we needed and gave us a great price. One of the owners visited us personally and was and has continued to be a pleasure to do business with. The crew was professional, fast, thorough and cleaned up after themselves. Flash forward to a week ago and we had a leak we called and left a message and received a call back within the hour and they sent out someone the very next day to take a look and see where the leak was coming in at. They discovered it was due to my gutters having a hole in them and they went ahead and fixed it for me while they were here. Their customer service is absolutely first class and I 100% know we chose the absolute best company to do business with! Trust me you will not be disappointed in their quality, attention to detail and their customer service! A++ 10 out of 10 Would recommend!

I asked for a quote on replacing the windows on my house. An appointment was set in a timely manner. The salesman arrived at my house on time and everything went down hill. He just stood on my porch and never even knocked then asked to sit at my table to discuss the windows and what I wanted. We sat and he talked for about 30 minutes. Then he got made at me because I couldn't give a time frame on when I wanted the job done. He told me what the window costed verbally didnt leave any information for me to look at to make a decision and excused himself from my house. Coming from a sales background, this is not how you treat potential customers. I for one will not be asking them to come back or will never allow them to install windows for me. I'm very disappointed.

Not pleased! Would not give me a quote without my wife available. Had about 20k worth of work I wanted done with windows, siding and decking. I dont understand. Wife told me that she has no clue and didnt want to be involved as she isnt even on the mortgage. Just silly. As far as quality of work, I will never know. One of the main reasons I didnt want my wife there is because she has severe asthma and would be bad considering the pandemic. Good luck!

My roof look great, unfortunately the crew left nails and screws in my driveway and in my gutters along with scrap pieces of metal. I called and complained and was told they would come back but I do not believe they did.
Update, 2 and half weeks later I get a voicemail they are coming over to clean up and inspect. They cannot be serious. Was I supposed ignore the nails and screws in my driveway?

I would just like to thank Xterior LLC for the best roof ever I have never seen guys work so hard and so professionally at a job done so well couldn't have asked for a better company or a better group of people for a job well done!!!

We got a new metal roof that looks great, new thick siding that looks amazing with the new gutters and a hurricane fence that took forever to get right but Jay made sure it was at the end. And a new back door that the even rekeyed for us. The also give an amazing veterans discount.

What can I say about Xterior Roofing other than, "They are the best"! We are very pleased with our new roof and skylights. Our roof is very steep, large and high with a lot of landscaping on every side of the house. The crew not only did a great job with the roof, but the clean up around all the landscaping was perfect. We had our new roof installed in August. The team was professional and finished in less than 10 hours (including cleanup). A month later hurricane Florence paid a visit. We had a new architectural shingle roof installed on our house with gutters on the entire house. FAST SERVICE. Quality work from start to finish. Looks amazing huge transformation. Company tried to replace gutters on the front and back of the house but was forced due to quality concerns to replace all the gutters at no additional charge. They even installed metal behind the gutters because there was rotten wood there. They were concerned the wood may rot again in the future. Again no additional charge. We were told it was a quality control concern. We could not be happier. Would recommend them to anyone. Great service great clean up.

I cannot say enough about the professionalism and workmanship of Xterior LLC. This company has helped me with two jobs now and both have been nothing less than exceptional. I moved into a new home and realized that something had to be done with the basement. Xterior came to my home and sized, purchased, and installed a new steel door in my garage leading into my basement. This not only resulted in added safety and visual appeal but also increased energy efficiency. After seeing his work with the door, which took a great deal of modification I should add, I decided that this company was the perfect choice to help with my floors. They put down 650 square feet of gorgeous laminate planks and saved me a great deal of money in the process. This job required an immense amount of odd cuts and modifications but it was apparently no issue for them as the floor looks fantastic which has been echoed by all who have seen it since installation. I will most definitely continue to use this company for my home modification needs and I would recommend that anybody else do the same. Thanks Xterior!
