We were in need of a skilled, reliable, reasonably priced roofing contractor for a garage. Asking for recommendations via Ellsworth Maine area Barter/Swap/Sell Facebook group, we received an overwhelming response. Three of the 25+ names given stood out from the crowd.

Long story short, in the end, we chose Cutting Edge Contracting for the job based on responsiveness, availability, knowledge, experience, professionalism and cost.

Spencer, the owner, is an intelligent, energetic young man with whom we felt very comfortable with. Spencer and his crew got the roof done in a matter of just a few days.

Overall, we are completely satisfied with the job performed from start to finish. We would have no hesitation in recommending this company to others. Our plan is to hire them in the future for other projects.
