It was easy working with Israel, Joe and the roofing team on our roof project. Everyone was so very nice and professional, truly good people! Communication was excellent as we were given step by step progress reports with photos. The roof looks amazing and we have absolutely zero complaints. We couldn’t be happier and would/will hire them again for future projects.

Cutting Edge Contracting replaced my roof and siding on my house they were very professional. They did a tear off on my roof and replaced any plywood that was rotted. All of the old roof was hauled off and they were very careful not to damage anything or leave any kind of a mess on the tear off. The quality of work is fantastic and he checked back with me a couple of times after the work was done to make sure I was satisfied. I would and have recommended them to anybody looking to do work on their house.

If I were to have another roof done, would I use Cutting Edge again? 100%. The roof looks great, during the process I was continuously given pictures and updates of how things were going. At the end they cleaned my gutter both inside and out. They took extreme care to protect my house and property from damage during the tear off of the old roof.

Our experience with Cutting Edge has been extremely positive. Cutting Edge masterfully took care of all of our exterior home issues where we/they found water damage including:
• Deck repair and treatment
• Master bedroom window trim replacement
• Roof replacement
• Exterior paint providing needed weather protection and a new design, look
They delivered on time – right before our first atmospheric river/winter rains -- without cutting quality.
We could have bid these changes out to different contractors, but the quality and workmanship of Cutting Edge proved to be the better investment. Each phase of the project was well managed and Cutting Edge provided excellent customer service. If something was delayed, we knew about it and when it would be rescheduled. If there was any change in direction on the project, we were part of the discussion.

I have a very old house that was in desperate need of some TLC. What started as a call trying to track down someone to paint my house turned in to new widows, new siding, having my brick refinished, some electrical work, some spruce ups to my bathroom and of course the new exterior paint. Not only do they "have a guy" for almost every item in my laundry list of home improvements that needed to get done, but each and every person that I worked with was friendly, trustworthy, and excellent at what they do.

As a busy person with not a ton of time to spend calling dozens of local specialists to work on each individual task, I cannot tell you how much of a relief it was for me to mention something I needed worked on, have someone immediately working on a quote, and within a short amount of time someone was here and on the job, making it happen. These guys are punctual! Such a polished, seamless and worry-free way to go, I loved it.

When you're working on your house, inevitably there are going to be people inside of your home for as long as it takes to complete the job, and every member of Cutting Edge's team was genuinely a pleasure to have around. I have a small child and I felt totally safe and at ease with their team.

Lastly, the house looks freaking phenomenal. It is a point of pride for me and the star of the street! Neighbors and strangers have stopped me to compliment just how great everything looks from the outside, and house guests are dazzled when they are inside. Cutting Edge Contracting recently replaced our deck and we would highly recommend them. We were impressed during the estimate process with Brandon’s attention to every little detail. Our deck was an upper deck so we offered the option of going through the house rather than laddering up. They were very conscientious about taking care and cleaning up. Everyone we encountered was a pleasure to work with. They provided excellent communication every step of the way. The job was completed as quoted with outstanding workmanship.

Joe was a consummate professional throughout the whole process. If there ever was a question, he responded almost immediately and was happy to help answer any question I had. Cutting edge was so easy to work with, they have great communication, and are very professional. they recently did our roof and the guys they sent out worked efficiently, they were friendly and their attention to detail was very impressive.
They let us know every step of the way what was happening, and when to expect what. We’re so happy with our finished product and will be referring them to everyone we know who needs work done on their homes!

We started with getting two sides of our house looked over and getting the dry rot taken care of with a fresh paint job.
This led to a couple of other big issues we had and didn’t even know. We had some windows installed in 2016 that were not done properly and a roof that also had some issues. They fixed both and the results are fantastic. We both feel that our house is more solid and reliable for our future.

I called Chad to get a quote for updating my siding. From the first call I felt like a valued customer. The quoting process was fair and communication at the initial phase was excellent. Chad and Brandon kept in contact and were flexible when I added on to the project. They guided me through updates that were functional as well as correcting mistakes from a previous contractor. During the entire project we had daily check ins and walk around to check on the progress. Any issues that came up were addressed quickly. We are pleased with the work they completed and now have functional doors, new siding and paint, and a deck that is sturdy and well designed. After the job, a roof vent sheared off in a windstorm and they replaced it same day.

I enthusiastically recommend Cutting Edge. The quality of craftsmanship is unparalleled, and the project management and communication throughout the entire endeavor were outstanding. The team proved to be truly fantastic. Originally, our plan was to replace the deteriorated siding in our backyard and on our deck. However, upon discovering additional decay, we expanded the project to include redoing the front siding and constructing a new retaining wall. The result is nothing short of remarkable – a complete transformation of our house.

These guys did such an amazing job. They communicated well, they beat the bids on three other companies. Our Cutting Edge contractor, Brandon, was very knowledgeable. He expected perfection, & used a skilled carpenter and painters on our job. Response time and communication was excellent. Every part of the contract was done well, including a very protective exterior paint job, with three coats of paint on the side showing damage by sun exposure.

I cannot tell you about their workmanship as we did not get that far. We had them out to do a bid of residing our house. Showed them what we wanted to have done. Part of the work included siding an ADU that would be built alongside the house. Was told they would measure the house and asked if they could get the dimensions of the ADU. I went inside to print that information and as I was doing so they got back into their truck and drove away without a word. Seriously?!? Today one of the guys called to say they decided not to bid. Yeah, we sort of figured that out when they drove off. They said it was because it would be too far out (time wise) since we were just starting the permitting process for the ADU. They couldn't be bothered to knock on the door and tell us that, or wait until I came back out with the information they asked me for? How completely rude and unprofessional!

Update: We wound up going with KVN Construction. I cannot give them high enough praise. GREAT job - very happy with the results and interactions with them. Their bid was mid-range from those we got. I highly recommend them!
