Logan was super helpful in facilitating the clean up of my wearhouse. I have around 100 barrells of hazerdous waste at my facility that Logan and crew were able to successfully navigate like a game of operation. Any sort of spillage would have been detramental and likely resulted in serious physical damages. They handeld it all with grace and were super gentle men.

I know its a little silly, but I always appreciate when a crew smells good and is not super stinky (like they usualy are), and Logan and his team smelled fantastic. I almost want to make a bigger mess to have them back again LOL. Good laugh too.

Great job Logan and team keep up the good work!

Kurt and Chuck were very friendly and professional. They worked hard to help us with our water and mold damage. They did an excellent job. Chuck came out the first day and worked hard with demolition and removing the damage. He left the place clean. It was hard work in the heat! I highly recommend them. Thank you!!

Incredibly unprofessional and disrespectful of our time and living space. A leaking sink had damaged a wall and baseboard and sure, it was extensive and we understood it would take some time but the number of days where they would should up 45 minutes to an hour late, just to come inside, stand and stare at their phone for another 20 minutes, then establish they didn’t have the right tools to complete the work and they’d have to be back at another time. They lack the basic level of skill to communicate with anyone involved on the job; neither myself, the property manager, or any of the external individuals they had contracted ever had the same story because we were all left in the dark trying to scrap for the inaccurate information they sprinkled between us. They possessed the carefree, aloof attitude of a toddler watching a butterfly in a meadow with a similar level of cognitive ability.
Avoid this company at all costs if you want to maintain your sanity; a hole in your bathroom wall and water damaged floor is disheartening but this company will haunt your nightmares.

Most unprofessional and worthless restoration team in the valley. Took them 4 months to restore a bathroom with multiple visits to do little to nothing. Had to be forced to complete the job in a timely fashion. Their manager Jason is worthless. Do not hire these guys.

CTR had entered the property to start the project by removing a water damaged cabinet. The cabinet had clear evidence of mold growing on the side of it and they left the cabinet in our living room.

A key for the property was left in door unlocked with no one in the apartment. About 15 minutes later the CTR team returned and when I asked them why the key was left in my door they stated "We didn't leave it there overnight. We were only gone for 10 minutes down the road."

Refused to complete the job for over a month because of laziness and fake excuses.

CTR entered the property with a key they weren't supposed to have and didn't inform the Landlord or tenant. They also stated they finished the job which was false.

Very responsive to our initial flooding. Got fans and flooring removed to ensure damage was minimized.

However, it took two months to get the restoration approved and started. We kept going back and forth with the company because the numbers were way too high and no line item explanation was provided. Finally figured out it was so expensive because the estimate was for the two different types of flooring we wanted prices on. Multiple back and forth emails dragged the process out. Once we finally got someone to give us a call and explain some of our questions, we were able to move forward quickly.

Extremely fortunate to have Tielor working our restoration. He does exceptional work. Unfortunately he got sick for a few days and also pulled to other jobs which meant a few others had to fill in for him. Those replacements struggled. Multiple tasks required rework the next day or fixes by Tielor when he returned.

Justin at cleanup and total restoration really walked me through, and explained everything while answering all my questions. He was super helpful!!

Kelly and Curtis were amazing! They helped put my mind at ease after I discovered water in our crawl space! Thank you for coming and checking it out! Will definatley use them again if needed.

We had a big flood in our basement. CTR crew came out after I called then at 6:45am on a Saturday and got straight to work. It took a long time to dry as there was a lot of water that seeped into walls. Justin did the majority of our demo in 3 days. There were 3 bedrooms, a large bathroom, and an office to demo. He put in the hours and worked quickly. Was very respectful and cleaned up the area well! Anytime I called the Caldwell office Kelly would answer any questions I had, if she didn't know she would find out and call me back quickly.

Excellent work done by competent and experienced professionals. On top of this, as a disabled veteran I appreciated the large number of veterans employed by this company and noted the respect and attention to detail in their efforts.

Kurt is amazing! He’s very professional, kind and courteous, he goes over and beyond! And does an amazing job with his work!

Had a musty smell in my bedroom. for a while didnt know my outside water faucet was leaking under my house. It started to cause mold CTR came out and fixed everything the smell went away and hasn't come back. Found out that they do alot of different things will use them again.

Curtis and his team showed up within one hour and immediately started extracting water. His team was knowledgeable and very polite. Definitely would recommend.
