We had our roof replaced by Shane and his team, and they did such an amazing job. Our roof was a tough job having 4 layers on it, a leak by the chimney, and needing vents. Our roof was a hazard really. They got the job done quickly with master craft. Everyone was so kind and courteous and answered any questions I had about the roof. We were actually selected for a free roof giveaway by Shane, himself, during December. I don't know of any other roofing who gives to their community like this. We were honestly apprehensive that maybe we wouldn't get the best quality since it was a giveaway, but boy were we wrong. We got a superior product, with a 15 year warranty. They made sure everything was done correctly by putting in extra vents we needed, and making sure our chimney wouldn't be leaking. Did a great job cleaning up. Shane came back to do a walk through, and made sure the team did a top notch job. I really can't recommend this company enough. They give back to the community and really truly do amazing work. Not just saying that. Forever grateful.

Weathertight Roofing gave us great service and professional results for my roof replacement. They were one of 3 companies that had been recommended to me. Their bid was competitive, and their quote included superior quality shingles (class 4 shingles) according to the online research that I did.

I really value timeliness and good communication on any project, and Weathertight delivered on both. First, the estimate process was completed fairly quickly. And Shane was both personable and timely in his communication with me throughout the process. He welcomed my questions and followed up daily on the work to make sure things were done according to his high standards. He followed up on the details and seems genuinely interested in taking care of the homeowner in the process.

Edgar and his crew who completed the job were also outstanding. They clearly showed attention to detail. The original roof had areas that had clearly been installed by someone who either didn't know what they were doing and/or didn't care. Edgar, in contrast, took the time to do it right; superior quality work that shows.

And, true to their word, the Weathertight crew did a daily clean up and did a thorough clean up and debris removal at the end of the job. They also took measures to protect the house and the shrubs close to the house during removal of the old roof.

Weathertight replaced our roof 8 years ago and we were very pleased and impressed with their performance. Recently a small unrelated concern came up regarding some drainage so I thought to call them. Lately it has been difficult getting contractors to return a call or even have any interest in looking at a small job. Not these guys at Weathertight Roofing! Within a day of my call, the Project Manager, Shane Gulley, was at my home to access the situation.
He was very professional, polite and knowledgeable. Shane explained what he could do, gave me a bid and in a few days the issue was resolved! In the process Shane kept me well informed of his plan and his time, always arriving when he said he would. I was treated just as well as when they did the full roof in 2015, the same courtesy and professionalism and respect for my property. I was very impressed with Shane and his workmanship! I live in New Meadows Idaho and was planning to have my roof replaced next spring but Shane checked out my roof and told me I at least needed some temp repairs to get thru the winter. This was mid October and I asked if there was ANY possible way they could fit me into the schedule this year. Shane arranged his crews schedules and was able to complete my roof in a day an a half. We were facing forecasted snow so he had 8 workers on my roof on the day one and they worked from 7 am into the dark to get the majority of my roof done and water tight. It snowed the next day. The following day cleared up and they completed the job and cleaned up the site before leaving. They also did some extra repair on my chimney and added some heat tape for me. Hard workers and very respectful of my property, time and neighbors. Shane was very responsive and kept me informed of the schedule. If you have to replace a roof, it couldn't have been a better experience. I recommend them highly.

Weathertight is an incredible company. From Project Manager, Shane to Aaron and crew, they beat our expectations. We had a 50 year old cedar shake roof in need of repair on our cabin. The crew showed up at 7:30 am and got right to work. Some of the plywood was delaminating and needed replaced. Aaron got on the phone to Shane and additional material was delivered by Shane without delaying any work. I have never seen a crew work so hard and clean up as they went. They noticed some patch work on existing metal roof that might cause future problems. When the work was all done, the new metal roof was the only thing to show they had been there. I will highly recommend Weathertight Roofing to anyone that wants the job done right.

Shane not only came out on short notice, he was able to repair an area on my old roof that other roofing companies missed and said was ok and I continuedto have the same proble occur. He did a very professional job and even explained what was happening and showed me, and explained why it was happening and then repaired it all in the same visit to save me from having to request another day off work. I had a fantastic experience with Weathertight. Shane was super helpful, communicative, and thorough throughout the experience. I noticed some roof damage on my property and was surprised that it ended up being covered by insurance.

I talked to 2 other companies before choosing Weathertight. The other companies wanted me to sign contracts signing over the insurance claim before I even knew if insurance would cover it or how much they would cover and sign exclusivity agreements – I was feeling like I was singing away my first-born child. They wanted to upsell me, to pay as much as $7,000 over insurance and didn’t even know what insurance would cover yet. Weathertight was able to meet with the insurance adjuster without me signing anything. They also ended up being able to upgrade me to a superior grade shingle with the amount insurance provided on my claim and also needed to replace some decking and fascia.

I felt much more comfortable working with weathertight and their process was seamless. I would highly recommend them. The final product looks great.

I am a small older woman and has no business getting on top of the roof so I thought I’d call a roofing company and see if there was any one person come out and do the job for me. Shane answered the phone listened to everything I had to say, And did exactly asked the small job he was asked to do. Was looking to replace a 20 year old, small 2000 foot roof which was showing its wear. Out of 4 bids for the reroofing of our home and storage shed, Weathertight Roofing offered the best quality product in the Malarky Vista shingles, the best overall warranty, a and 3 year workmanship warranty. The Letter of Introduction from the company president David Krings with their company ethics can't be beat. The entire staff Jay, Aaron, Shane were super to work with. The job began and ended on the date and times, Aaron the site supervisor said it would. In my opinion, if you want an honest, competent, quality minded company to reroof your home, hire Weathertight.

Recently our 45 year old tile roof started leaking. We contacted Neil Nelson at Weathtight Roofing. William "Woody" Wood visited us, showed us options and evaluated our roofing situation. We soon made a commitment on the products of our choices. The entire process was quickly completed in 5 days. The workmanship is outstanding. We are more than completely satisfied with our new roof and we recommend them without hesitation.

Had a estimate done on a job for over $800 when the job was done it took them less than 4 hours to do the job. Making it a cost of over $200/hour. There was very little material used to do this job. When I inquired about this I was told that is the charge we quoted you. Was surprised to be charged so much when the job was so easy and did not take much time. I would expect an adjustment to the bid when a job is over bid. Had there been problems I am sure they would of charged me more. They had my contact information (my personal phone number all so)but never contacted me for a payment. Now they want to blame me on social media for their poor book keeping by suggesting I am not paying them. I replied to them as soon as I was contacted. I did mail them a check.

Weather tight roofing is an amazing roofing company with professional team members. From the first call the team was polite , professional and caring. Their quality of work is top of the line and they stand behind their work 100%. I would recommend them to anyone with roofing needs. In fact I have been telling my contractor friends to spread the world that weather right roofing incredible.

If I could give less than one star I would. For 4 weeks Weathertight roofing has wasted my time. After one week of waiting for an appointment to be scheduled, I called in and was told the person I gave my information to had been fired and they would expedite someone to come out right away. Another week went by and via phone calls, more lip service. On Monday, a new employee met with my insurance agent. Tuesday, I received a confirmation phone call the work would be done Friday (yesterday). Weathertight roofing not only did not show up, they didn’t contact me, reply to my texts or phone call. They’re website states everything they are not. Honest
(really?), free estimate (the employee complained I had received over $500 of his time, no work had been done, just estimate). Winter is here, I’ll have little luck in finding someone available to repair the damage before it is damaged further. Reputable companies do not play these games.

We have a 1894 Queen Anne Victorian home with a very steep roof. Finding a roofing company to do the work for a fair price was a nightmare. We called weathertight roofing for a free estimate and were very pleased with their quote and willingness to take on a difficult job. The old roof was torn down and the new roof was installed in 5 days. The employees were respectful of our property, very professional and cleaned the job afterwards. The new roof is beautiful!! I would recommend Weathertight roofing to friends and would use them again in the future.

Called to report a leak at 8 am in the morning ask that they let us know how long it would before they could come out. I was told by the man who answered that he would have the repair guy out on repairs call and let us know. Our plan was to call another company if they couldn't make it in a halfway decent amount of time. They never called back at all!!

I didn't realize when I started looking for someone to replace my shingles that I would only get one place to even come give me a bid in a timely fashion. The other companies just gave me a quote over the phone. The finished product looks great. John earned my business by being punctual and taking the time to meet in person. He actually requested the in-person meeting and after I met with him, I made my decision after seeing their product and service. Would recommend and use again.
