I had a small mold issue found when selling my home. Beau called and answered my questions and his team came out the same day, got me pricing and got the work done the same week. Would use again.

You never think you'll need services like this, until you have a pipe break on the second floor at 1am! Beau answered the phone, made a plan and had his crew out within the hour. They explained all of the steps and made sure I was taken care of all the way to putting furniture back and cleaning up. Can't say thank you enough!

Pat and his whole crew were super dialed. They were quick to fix the water damage we had above our cabana and communicated well the whole time. My phone was acting up so I had to text him through what’s app on my iPad and it was no problem for Pat.

We had an issue with an old water bed (do not buy them lol) and it ended up causing some serious damage to our cabana (sun room) underneath the master. My husband joked about removing the roof and turning it into a SUPER sun room lol.

Pat was confident and resolved our issue quickly right before summer . It’s our favorite time of year so I’m glad he was able to get us cleaned up!

We experienced a major flooding event. CTR was responsive from the morning I called to the day they finished. They knew how to work with insurance. They assembled a professional team under Josh. We especially appreciate the work of Ronnie who did framing and floor replacement and Brian, the painter and carpenter.

If you’ve ever wondered what it’s like to be managed by a malfunctioning GPS—constantly rerouting, never quite sure where it’s going, and always five steps behind—look no further than the CTR Boise office. Logan, the “manager,” brings the unique energy of someone who skimmed a leadership book once and thought, “Yeah, I got this.” Spoiler: he did not “got this.”

Meetings felt like live-action improv with no punchline, decisions were made with a Magic 8-Ball (probably), and communication had all the clarity of a fog machine on overdrive. I came for professionalism and got a circus—minus the fun snacks.

Would give zero stars if I could, but I guess Google insists on at least one. Bold of them.

Super disappointed in the Boise office staff and the “high ground ” company altogether. The TF team has always been my go to for all my home restoration needs Brian has always been awesome to work with and his guys have been consistently the same team for the last 5 years of my disasters and I’ve been notified that they’ve been shut down due to lack of marketing and a literal chop of all staff. I really hope they have a better manager than this “Logan” guy running the show up there. That kid doesn’t know anything about restoration or running a successful business. Do better. TF team is sorely missed. Also, Linda needs to work on her collection skills. Maybe actually pick up the phone and call them before turning someone over to collections. Just saying. Think twice before giving your business to this company at the rate they’re going they’ll close the doors mid project. Since posting this Brian, former manager, has reached out to me to remove my post due to upper management pursuing a lawsuit against him. I would like to say that I didn’t sign anything preventing me from leaving an honest review and still feel strongly that the company could do better to support their entire team. Especially since I overheard this Logan laughing on the phone about closing the location
when I walked into the TF office to ask them to take care of another disaster in my home. So I am sorry Brian I won’t be deleting my honest review and I do hope that they find a better leader for the other locations left or they will tank too. Good day to Logan and your “legal team.” I am in disbelief that they threatened legal action after what I overheard and a bad review is honestly the least I can do in support of the team that has kept me sane and in my home for 2 floods now. Would’ve been 3 if the location hadn’t been shut down.

I recently had an unexpected flood in my home and my insurance company subcontracted CTR for the mitigation. The crew was awesome and got the job done quickly. My insurance company coordinated all work and payments through CTR directly. About six months after the job was completed, and my insurance confirmed the case was closed, CTR called asking for payment from me. I let them know I needed to confirm with my insurance team to sort out the details considering I was told the payment was already submitted. Without getting into too much detail, my insurance company dropped the ball and noted that they had submitted payment to me rather than CTR however, they never submitted payment so they issued a check to me to pay for the mitigation. This took maybe four weeks from the call I received from CTR and they had already sent me to collections. I received harassing phone calls from Robert and associates, their debt collector out of Texas, who threatened me and told me I was being sued. He then tried to bully me into paying an additional $2500 in processing fees on top of the insurance settlement. CTR refused to let me pay them directly and told me I had to work with Robert and Associates. The whole situation was a complete misunderstanding and could’ve 100% been avoided. I blame the misunderstanding on my insurance company of course. However, CTR took it to another level by sending this to collections so quickly. Watch them closely if using them for any kind of insurance claim and be sure to verify from both parties things have been paid and settled completely otherwise you will find yourself being harassed and taken advantage of by Robert and associates.

I had a pipe that exploded and caused water damage in my house. I filed a claim through my insurance and I got connected through to CTR. They came to my house got the damage repaired. They had me sign documents that I wasn’t sure of but they consistently told me they had to be signed for my insurance company. So I signed. The job they did was good everything was fixed. The problems started after the fact. I thought everything was handled by insurance and the claim. Months after the repairs were done I’m having a general manager contact me to tell me to sign a form. Then I get contacted by a total separate company that says they’re working with the insurance company and they need a form signed. All of this only for a year later I got this letter in the mail that says my account was sent to collections and that a lawyer firm would be contacting me. I call CTR to ask what do I owe them because again I’m under the impression insurance has handled everything. Nobody ever called me and told me I owed them anything. Only for ctr to tell me that they can’t speak about my account and that I would have to talk to a collections company. What a joke. I will let everyone I know in my community to be aware of CTR as they couldn’t ever handle a simple phone call to tell me I owed them something and instead they sent the invoice to collections.

Chuck did a great drying out the floor after a pipe leak. He removed the laminate to access the subfloor in order to dry it. He worked quickly to resolve the issue. He was professional and friendly.

Great company that really went the extra mile to make sure that our Restoration was taken care of the right way. I really appreciate that they didn’t try to cut corners or just do things the cheapest way. I almost feel like we are getting back a better house than we had before. The faucets in my laundry room decided to give up the ship and began leaking. My plumbing company advised me to use CTR for the cleanup and helped make the initial contact. Eric and his team did a great job for me! It was right before Christmas but they didn’t let that slow them down and even came out on Christmas Eve day to get it all done. They were super nice guys, very professional and extremely clean. I would highly recommend.

Chuck immediately made his was down there and got to work after giving me a clear timeframe and insight on what was needed to be done. Layed plastic down and worked with my difficult schedule. Chuck Rowen (Mitigation) and Josh Stevens (Restoration) really know their stuff! I'm not just talking about the trade they've dedicated their time to, but their people skills are top-notch. I had an extensive flood in my home while it was vacant; Chuck gave me regular updates on when crews were in and out of my home, and what the status was of the mitigation - I felt so safe and cared for! Josh provided regular updates, helped find and procure materials necessary to restore my home, and was available to last minute touch-ups with a welcoming and friendly demeanor. I've never had to use a company like this before, and I'm so very grateful I chose CTR!

CTR did an outstanding job with our water damage. Kelly's mitigation crew was efficient, respectful and effective. Josh's restoration crew was amazing! They were also hard working, polite and the kitchen floor looks great. Josh was very accommodating about scheduling and availibility. A good company to work with in a not so good situation.

There isn’t anybody else in the Treasure Valley that does what CTR does…specifically Jason Gohn. He is the right man for the job, no matter how big or small. From the very first conversation to finishing the job, we never have to wonder what’s going on as his communication, professionalism and willingness to go to whatever length possible to get the job done is absolute top notch! We would recommend them to anybody we know without hesitation. 10/10 in my opinion!

Told me I was approved by my insurance to get me to sign the go-ahead to finish the flooded basement restoration. After they finished, they sent me a bill for the total amount. These guys are crooks. I am in serious debt now because of these guys with no way to pay them! DO NOT RECOMMEND!

Had CTR help out with a pretty extensive leak at an apartment complex I work at and they had a very quick turn around, the affected areas dried and rebuilt in less than 3 weeks. And might I say it was a pleasure having Chuck be the guy when management had questions or if we had questions he was always quick to respond. Definitely recommend CTR services.

Call CTR at 9:30 Saturday morning
as I had a flood. Chuck was here by 10 AM. and immediately started working in the area where the problem was. He did an excellent job and clearly explained everything he did. Highly recommend CTR for any kind of disaster.

I discovered water in the crawlspace of my 1.5 year old house from a leaking toilet valve. I called CTR on a Friday afternoon and Chuck and his team were out to the house within an hour and a half of my phone call and got to work. The team stayed until around 9 pm that night to get as much work done as possible and begin extracting water from the crawlspace. Chuck was great to work with, explained everything that was being done, provided status updates every single day and always provided an ETA for arrival each and every day which was extremely appreciated. Chuck even completed work on the house while we were on vacation and provided text updates while we were gone. Dealing with water damage and restoration is extremely stressful but he and the CTR team were professional, courteous and great to work with. Thanks!
