Customers are fully satisfied

The workmanship was great. The roofing crew were on time, ensured that bushes and flowers were covered, and finished up before I expected . They cleaned up and checked the yard for any nails or other debris.
The scheduling was easy to do and picking out the shingles. This is a very efficient business and staff are well trained. I highly recommend this business.

Cross Timbers has assisted me twice with roof repairs caused by severe storm damage. Each time the technicians were professional and accurately performed repairs.
Good company.

Our roof was getting older but a storm gave us the boost to do it sooner. We had a leak as well and needed that part done ASAP and they managed to schedule the entire job sooner than we expected. The entire roof and two new skylights were done in the hottest part of July but yet the workers did an amazing job. Each day they cleaned up what they could and the final cleanup was great. One thing that impressed me was we removed items away from the house prior to installation but the last day they put everything back in place and did a pretty darn good job. One day they worked for 13 hrs with no complaints. We had CTR do our original roof about 22 yrs ago and that is the reason we had them again. They are so easy to deal with and responsive to any issue if needed.

To hire a roofing contractor, start by researching local companies with good reviews and proper licensing. Request quotes from multiple contractors, verify their insurance and certifications, and ask for references. Always ensure you get a written contract that outlines the scope of work, timeline, and payment terms.
Check if a roofing company is legit by verifying their business license, insurance, and local certifications. Look for memberships in professional associations, read customer reviews, and ask for recent project references. A legitimate company will be transparent and provide all documentation upon request.
When choosing a roofing company, consider their experience, customer reviews, warranty offerings, and quality of materials. Make sure they provide clear communication, detailed estimates, and a solid portfolio of completed projects. Local expertise is also a major advantage for understanding regional roofing needs.
Warning signs that your roofing contractor might be ripping you off include vague contracts, pressure to pay large upfront deposits, lack of proper documentation, and unexplained price increases. Always ask for itemized estimates and written guarantees, and avoid contractors who avoid answering your questions directly.
