I have been pleased with Cross Timbers Roofing since they provided my original roof 10 years ago. Since that install, I had damge due to a storm and they were quite responsive in handling the repair in a timely fashion. Just this past week. I had them make a visit due to suspicion of water leakage and they found the problem and repaired it all in one visit. I can't say anything bad about them. Truly a professional firm in many ways.

Problem solving: my project was complicated by the original roof construction on my house. CTR came out twice for lengthy visits (thank you David and Carl) to determine the best roofing & venting plan. Discussed their recommendation with me in detail.

Installation: timely & clean up thorough. All materials as agreed to including underlayment, flashing, ridge vents, ice & water shield, TPO system, air vents, shingles etc.

Pricing: CTR alerted me of upcoming GAF price increase on materials. CTR purchased my job materials prior to increase to avoid additional costs to me.

Customer service: CTR worked with me (thank you Stacy) on the timing of the project working within time constraints I had.

Follow up: thorough post-installation inspection by CTR quality control (thank you Carl) is a great service provided by CTR. Any punch list items addressed at that time.

Upfront pricing and explanation of what to expect and when. Great communication. No surprises. Thought I had a roof leak. Scott and Justin right away found the gasket around our bath pipe had cracked and was responsible for leaking water. Replaced it with a new one that day. No scheduling to come back and fix. And VERY friendly staff from start to finish. Thanks especially to Justin for making sure everything was complete!

I found inside ceiling damage from a leak in my roof two days before going on vacation. Stacy, the Service Manager, called me back promptly. He had one of his crew, Carl, to stop by the next day. He was able to stop the leak and fix the problem which gave me piece of mind while on vacation. Stacy gave me a quote to repair the damage caused to the roof by the leak. Carl, who is very knowledgeable, experienced and helpful, came out today and completed the repair of the roof damage. I would use Cross Timbers again for any roofing needs. This was one of the most pleasant experiences I've ever had with getting repair work done on my home.
From the beginning..the inspector knew more about my roof, than any other company that came to give me an estimate. The next step was the inside person talked to me an scheduled the roofing job. He also called me the day before my new roof was to be installed...informing me of what to expect and when they should arrive and how long it should talk. The crew arrived on time..the crew chief was wonderful. I've never seen such efficiency!!!! They completed it in one day...and I don't have a small house..plus they had to replace some of the under boards. My house also has a cupola and lighting rods...so they had to remove and replace them. I also have many flowers and brushes around the house...not a flower or bush was broken. After the job was completed I received a call to inform me that an inspection would done , to verify that the job was done correctly. The inspector came several days later..such a nice person..he verified the job. I have nothing but great things to say about this company and have told everyone about them. My neighbors were very impressed also. Great job guys!!!!!!

Not sure about the business but the employees they have are a bit rough. I was driving on I64 in Waynesboro VA on 04/06/23 at 505pm and one of their trucks, a white F150 with ladder rack flew past me and cut me off. He was driving at an excessive rate of speed. He was cutting of traffic and cursing as he went by. He came up beside me and was hold up his phone as if he was taking a picture. His phone has a yellow case. Something needs to be done with this guy before he kills someone.

Have had them replace roofing on 3 houses and they have done excellent work. They are good people to deal with.

Cross Timbers installed the roof on my house when it was constructed 25 years ago. Though the roof is warranted for 25 more years, I thought it prudent to get a mid way inspection, which I learned Cross Timbers could do at a reasonable price. Before I set up the inspection though we had a sudden development of a bad leak over a window and through a walk. The Cross Timbers repair crew responded promptly and on the same visit repaired the leak and did the inspection. They found additional but non urgent work was needed and returned today to do that. At all times I found the team professional, friendly, on time, and proficient. I highly recommend them.

Quality material, quality installation is a must and this company did not fail to deliver. Every single person was AMAZING to work with. They are highly skilled in installation of all things related to roofs and left our home and yard spotless after completion. We LOVE the finished roof and we enjoy the sounds of silence as a result of the thick new shingles that block sound and save on utility bills as well. Thank you to all at CTR!

I was referred to Cross Timbers Roofing through a family member with a number of good experiences, and I’m very glad that I was.

My home had a nearly 30 year old roof in need of replacement and I selected CTR after being impressed with their estimator (Billy) and their pricing relative to the competitors. The communication leading up to the install was excellent: I knew what to expect, when to expect it, and how I needed to prepare.

The install went really smooth. The crew arrived as soon as there was daylight and got right to work. They had things wrapped up by 8:30 that same night and did a significant portion of the cleanup. The next day they came for another pass at cleaning and a different CTR associate came for an inspection and additional cleanup. There were a few areas I had to do some extra cleanup outside and inside (due to skylight and ridge vent install) but they were extremely minimal in nature, and very much expected.

Since the work was completed I’ve gotten another check in call just to ensure I was satisfied. Really appreciate the communication before, during, and after as well as the outstanding workmanship. Will absolutely use these folks in the future and will highly recommend to everyone.

Great group to work with. New roof looks amazing. Everyone was professional and the pricing was very reasonable. Had one area that needed a small repair and they took care of that. Delivered on everything that they promised. We have a large roof with several valleys, so it wasn’t a simple job. We also had them do a shed. You would never have known they were here except that it looks like a new house. Expected to find a bunch of nails in the yard, but no. Thank you Billy, Stacy and the entire staff. Grant and Stacy were excellent to work with. Grant was able to give me an estimate a few days after I first enquired about a quote. The price was about what I was expecting and so we agreed to move forward. Stacy kept me updated the whole time about a timeframe and how long it would take.
