From sales, to internal project coordinators, onsite supervisors, installation laborers and customer service personnel -- all were supremely courteous and performed at a high professional level. I was initially attracted to Cross Timbers Roofing because I witnessed the great work they did replacing my neighbor's roof. Their pricing was very fair and very competitive.
Kudos to the installation team for removing my old roof and completing the new roof all within one day. I know it was highly unusual and probably due to the fact that they had 12 people working on my roof, but besides that, you could tell that they were highly skilled and professional in the execution of their task at hand.
