We are grateful for the Crosby team’s commitment to excellence. They were patient with us and responded well to every question we had. Each member from Cole, to Sergio, to Jorge made us feel at ease with the entire process. We looked into Crosby due to their reputation for quality and generosity with local non-profits like Home Works of America. We chose Crosby for Cole’s honesty and personableness - it helped that he wasn’t “pushy,” as well as the competitive cost. Crosby proved themselves to us in the phenomenal final product after pictures every step of the way. I had a large tree branch fall and partially went through my roof. They came when promised, did a great job repairing the roof, and picked up everything before they left. Office staff was very pleasant and accommodating. I would definitely recommend them.

Absolutely great service! Very understanding & easy to get in touch with. Roof repair or replacement has been stressful but Crosby made it super easy & fast. I was worried about our leak in the mist of hurricane season, but now Im at ease about! When the time comes to do a full replacement, I will use Crosby Roofing!

Every step of the process was fantastic with the exception of the insurance company. (soon to be ex insurance company). Everyone from Brian in the sales department, who was on the roof at least twice To Sergio, Who scheduled our install were a pleasure to work with. They said the materials will be delivered at 2 PM. They were there at two on the dot. They said they would start at 6:30 AM. They started at 6:30 AM on the dot. Neat, efficient, professional. They even sent us aerial drone photos every couple of hours so that we could see the project progress. Highly recommended

Crosby Roofing has done such a wonderful job! There has been a few roofs lately that needed to be replaced and were able to get everything handled quickly!

I needed gutters on a small section of my home above my patio and Crosby Roofing was able to come out, quote me a reasonable price, and get the work done very quickly! The gutters are even better than I expected and they ran the downspout straight to my rain barrel for me.

This company has one of the most outstanding work ethics I have experienced. In my case I had numerous leaks in my roof in several locations throughout the house. Crosby Roofing examined the roof, diagnosed the problem, and replaced the vent boots. All was well for almost a year when my location received 7” of rainfall in a short time. I heard the dreaded drip, drip, drip in my ceiling.
I called and spoke with Chelsea who relayed my message to Cole Crosby. He and his site manager came to my house, carefully examined the problem and both agreed the problem was baffling. Cole informed me they would make the repairs at no charge! They returned with materials to make repairs, made the repairs which were more extensive than the original, cleaned up the site and told me to call if the problem continued.
Call Crosby Roofing if you need repairs or a new roof! Honesty and outstanding Work Ethics are so rare to find!!!!!

Crosby Roofing installed gutters for me. They were super quick to come out and give a free estimate. Received estimate that same day. They were very affordable, so I went with them. On the day of the install, the guys were SUPER quick and workmanship was solid. Seamless gutters are the way to go! Highly recommend these guys!

Recently, Crosby Roofing put a new roof on our building. They were reasonable, professional, worked steadily, friendly, and kept us up to date with each phase and if there were any problems they contacted us immediately. And even the problem was just a couple of rotten boards they readily replaced. I would highly recommend this team of roofers!

I had Crosby come out to unclog my gutters and install gutter guards to try to stop the stupid pine needles from clogging them up again. The drone used to make the estimate was cool and, as far as I can tell, the work was well done. The one issue they had was the communication from their install team which wasn't great. The first issue was that we had a 1PM appointment and they showed up at the house at 11:30 AM *without any prior warning or asking if it was okay to come early.* 1PM was selected for a reason - because I could not easily be there earlier. I get that it is summer and hot on the roof, especially in the afternoon, and I get wanting to be efficient, but I think you still need to call me and ask if it is O.K. to come a bit early. When I got the message at 11:30, I had to scramble to get someone to cover for me at work so I could leave early and go tearing home... only to find they had finished and left about 10 minutes before I got there at 12:27, having gotten the job signed off on by someone who was not the homeowner. When that person asked if they needed to be paid because I was on the way as they were packing up, they said (or we *think* they said) that the invoice was already paid. I didn't think that was true, so I was not surprised when I got an invoice in the mail a couple of days later. Like I said, the work seems fine, the price I paid seems decent if not a huge bargain, but if the crew who came out to do the work really had done a better job of communicating this would have been so much better.

Bryan did a great job at inspecting the damage on our roof. The crew that came out to do the work did an excellent job. We will be using them in the future to replace the entire roof and gutters.

I chose Crosby Roofing after seeing their great reviews, and they exceeded my expectations! They replaced my roof (insurance claim from hail/wind damage) in one day—13.5 hours on a large home. Communication was excellent, the team was professional, and the quality and cleanup were top-notch. The drone photo updates throughout the day were an awesome bonus. Highly recommend—I’d give 6 stars if I could!

What a wonderful experience! Bryan was great and kept in touch throughout the whole process. He dealt with my insurance company and always had me in the loop. I couldn't be more happy with the results!!

I am mostly happy with the service I received from Crosby. They communicated throughout the process and the quote was very clear. The gutters and rain guard look great, but I haven't been able to confirm installation as we haven't had any rain. We also had 3 shingles replaced as well as transitional flashing installed on our pergola. My main complaint is that the gates to my backyard were left open from both the salesman and the workers. My dogs did get out the first time! In addition, the workers emptied my old gutter debris right into my flower beds and walkway in addition to getting trash on a hillside I asked twice to be noted on my file not to walk on - a mess I now have to clean up. Overall, I am satisfied with the work, but for the amount paid I would expect more attention to detail with the customer's house and how to leave it after a job.

Crosby has been great! I worked with their sales rep Brian who has continued to be responsive and accommodating after the job started. My wife and I are very happy with their work. Its thurough and professional. Our home was built in 86 and needed some repairs to the seal and siding due to 50 years of weather and some termite damage. They fixed it all giving me peace of mind knowing that the house is safer structurally than before and the siding looks amazing!

Crosby installed gutters around my roof. My sales rep Cole was fantastic and walked me through the whole process and gave me plenty of options to help solve my drainage problems. Great experience and would absolutely reccomend!

I have been a Real Estate Broker for 50 years and have had many roofs installed for myself as well as clients. This roofing company is by far the best I have ever used. They were reasonable in price, on time, quick and left premises clean after completing the roof. Most roofs I have replaced go with flat tires due to nails left. So far no flat tires. I will be recommending them to clients.

Install was fine but they left a large amount of debris inside the attic. Apparently not part of the job but was not clearly stated in the contract. Either way they worked with me to get it resolved.

I was super impressed the Crosby roofing and our recent roof replacement that they did for us. All estimate were priced competitively and were delivered in a timely fashion. Scheduling was also a breeze. The day before the roof replacement and the day of, Crosby's on-site manager kept me updated throughout the process via text and progress.
Removal of the old roof and installation of the new roof took less than a day to accomplish and crew did an excellent job of cleanup after the work was complete.
I will happy reuse their services if we need and enthusiastically recommend them to anyone who needs roof work done.

Overall a good experience. I paid out of pocket for a new roof and found their prices to be competitive with others in the area. I picked Crosby because of their positive online reviews. The inspection and quote was quick, but I did have to follow up a few times to get on their schedule. Installation was very fast and the new roof looks great. They did a good job cleaning up outside of a few nail strips I found in the yard. There was some damage to a ceiling inside, I don't believe they directly caused it but it wasn't there prior to their work. It would have been nice if they offered to fix it, even if I had to pay for it.

We just had a new roof installed by Crosby Roofing on Wednesday. (A hailstorm damaged our previous roof). Dylan was fabulous and helped us navigate the process with our insurance company and the adjuster. He made the process very easy and his friendliness and professionalism made us go with Crosby. The installation process was quick and we were pleased with the cleanup as well. I liked that they texted drone footage of each step. We had a quick pop up shower as they were in the middle of the job and rain came thru and left water marks on a few spots on the ceilings. They had painters lined up on Friday to paint. I would recommend Crosby for any roofing needs!

Knowledgeable and courteous service. This was a correction on a new build that I was willing to pay for myself after a few failed attempts by the original roofer/gutter co. Crosby corrected and I was not disappointed! I have already referred them to my son-in-law which they have diagnosed and are in the process of solving his roofing issue.

Everything went seamless from our salesperson Dylan to the project manager Sergio and the owner Collen Crosby. They were available at anytime from start to finish. The work crew was excellent and the yard was left spotless when they left the first day to come and finish the next morning. We highly recommend them!!!!!

Late to two appointments. Common courtesy is to let someone know when you arrive and when leaving, they didn’t do that.

From the first phone call I was impressed with how responsive and professional they were. The communication was incredible. Text messages, e-mails, and phone calls. They never missed a beat. Project started early in the morning, worked all day, and came back on a Saturday to finish up, and the clean-up was every bit as good as the communication. The workmanship was top notch. They were on time started on my roof at 7 am and work all day. They replaced all the bad decking boards and when they more that needed to be replaced they call me to inform me the was more that needed replaced. They did a excellent job cleaning up after the job was done.

Had Crosby quote replacement of a portion of our gutter system. The process was simple- they were great to work with. Made the decision pretty easy. They were in and out quickly. The final result is good looking. Have yet to see it function but it's got to be better than what was there!

I contacted Crosby Roofing after discovering a few missing shingles on our roof. When Cole came out to assess the issue, he discovered a hole in the roof that also needed repairing. We contacted Crosby Roofing after our homeowners insurance wouldn’t cover a full roof replacement. The office contacted us within just a couple days to schedule an inspection. About a week later we were picking out our shingles and just waiting for the day our roof would get replaced. The day of our roof replacement, the crew arrived promptly at 0630, and got right to work. Sergio and Julio provided overview pictures throughout the process. The crew did a great job of protecting our property and items around the outside of our home. I highly recommend this company for anyone that is in need of a new roof!

Sergio came out the very next day after I posted the review below; I was able to communicate my needs about the leak to him. He was all over the problem & called the repair team; they came out that very afternoon to take another look at the previous repair & performed a "water test" in an attempt to try & find the leak.

Jesus & Gerardo ended up finding the leak; it was coming from a small hole that had been made by the screw holding the gutter onto the side of the roof. They caulked it & now, after a couple of thunderstorms & heavy rain events, I believe they have solved the leaking problem.

Roof still leaking where Crosby roofing worked it over in an attempt to fix it. Wish I could’ve spoken English to the Mexican worker, Jesus; wish someone from Crosby roofing would’ve came back to QA/ QC the job. Now I have to contact them again in order to get the leaking water to stop.

Crosby Roofing just replaced our roof and it looks beautiful. Dylan Mallory initially came out and spent about an hour and a half on our roof looking for damage and taking pictures. He then met the insurance company inspector and spent an equal amount of time back on the roof with him. I received the check the following week from my insurance company and Crosby Roofing started the roof within days and were here when they said they would be. We have a pool so they took extra precautions in tarping the yard and pool area so no debris would fall into the pool and damage the liner. We received updated pictures via drone of the step-by-step process. They were professional, friendly, and the roofers were very courteous and respectful. Bryan came out the same day we called to inspect. Explained they were very busy for our roof repair but we would be ok until Friday for the repair. On Friday His man showed up early morning and performed the repair flawlessly. We were very happy with Crosby and their team.

Crosby's crew did such a good job with my roof two years ago, I had them back to install new gutter guards. The crew today worked efficiently to install the guards, which look great, too.

My dining room ceiling collapsed due to a water leak last evening. I called last night and left a message. This morning at 8 am they called and set up time to survey the roof.
Sergio called and said he’d be at the house by 930am. Sergio and Jorge’ did the inspection. Ensured me the roof was not the issue and were able to point out the leak.
