Porterhouse Roofing and Construction LLC

I hired them to put up a pool, a retaining wall and lay some pavers. They sent a contract stating all supplies, labor and disposal was included.
They showed up on time at 8 AM this morning. An hour and 20 minutes later, I get a text message stating they cannot put up the pool. It’s too complex. Okay, I get that. I responded via text, “Can you complete the paver and retaining wall project?”

I then called Brittney on the telephone and she kept saying there was some type of miscommunication about this portion of the project and she would call me back.

It is now 12:28 and no return call, text or email. I sent an email asking if they were completing the job. No response. Very unprofessional.
