Austin and his team are excellent! Contracted to replace the roof on my mother's house. Very fair estimate. The team was prompt, courteous, and did a very thorough job – even removed a non-working chimney! Excellent work, I can’t thank them enough.

I had a leak in my roof that was dripping down onto the ceiling in my bathroom. I called Austin and he was at my house within 24 hours to check it out. Turned out it was the plumbing vent pipe leaking due to faulty installation. Austin was very responsive and helped me figure out exactly how to fix it. I will definitely call him for my roofing needs!

Integrity Roofing did an amazing job for us! My elderly mother’s detached garage roof had leaks and was in need of being replaced so I contacted a few roofers for quotes. The owner, Austin, personally came out and contacted her insurance company. He met the insurance adjuster at the house and was able to get not only the detached garage roof but the house roof replaced! My moms homeowners insurance company covered the cost and they had her new roofs on in a matter of 2 weeks from calling Integrity Roofing. Debris was taken away and her roofs look amazing! Being pleased with their service is an understatement! If you are needing a new roof, I highly recommend this company.

Integrity roofing was outstanding!! The sales rep worked very closely with my insurance agent and made the process incredibly smooth. The project manager checked in regularly from start to finish as the roof was being replaced. My experience with Integrity has been excellent. They are highly professional and are very knowledgeable about insurance and HOA requirements. They kept me informed, and they were present to be sure every detail of the job was completed.

Austin is amazing. Having never made a claim through my home owners insurance, he was very knowledgeable, flexible, and considerate. He walked through step by step what to expect prior to the roof replacement and even assisted me with the color selection of the shingles.

The roof was replaced in ONE DAY. I left for work and when I came back... I had a beautiful new roof. I have recommended Austin with Integrity Roofing to all of my family and friends.

John, the owner, provided excellent customer service. He was on site at least twice a day during the two days checking on things. Returned telephone calls promptly. The roofing crew was careful as much as possible with landscape. Very respectful even in 100 degree weather.

Great experience with these guys with our roof replacement. John worked very well with the insurance adjustor to get claim processed. Additionally, he also explained the process to me clearly. My wife and I did not have to worry about a thing. Highly recommended.

I rarely write reviews. However, Integrity Roofing has been truly exceptional. They helped me file a claim with my insurance company and met with the claims adjuster to point out specific areas of damage. Austin, took time to explain how my claim would be processed and how he and his workers would schedule and install my new roof. He was there at every step to answer any question. My claim was approved quickly and without a hitch.

When it came time to install the new roof, Integrity's workmen were prompt and professional. They were thorough, showed great attention to detail and were very courteous. My roof was installed in a single day and it looks better than it did when first constructed.

From initial inspection through instalation and cleanup they have exceeded my expectations - going above and beyond what I would expect. At one point Austin, the owner, even stopped his work to help my disabled wife find our dogs who had slipped out of the house. I could not be more satisfied.

Austin is amazing. I explained to him that we sold our home but the inspector found missing shingles from wind damage and this needed to be fixed immediately possibly delaying the closing. Austin had our shingles replaced by 1pm the very next day. This went as smooth as it gets and we will definitely recommend to everyone that needs your services. After we became aware of storm/hail damage to our roof and window screens we vetted a number of local roofing companies before choosing Integrity Roofing to replace the roof and other associated damage. The Integrity managers were quite easy to work with to include them being the "go between" between us and our home insurance company. After the initial phone call to our insurance company, Integrity Roofing stepped forward and made the entire process comfortable for us. Integrity's team was professional, congenial, followed through on every commitment, and showed excellent attention to detail. An example of their way of doing business was identifying damage to the roof of a backyard shed that had not been included in the initial insurance survey of damage - Integrity contacted the insurance company to insure it was covered as well.
