Scheduling a roof install was super easy and fast. From estimate to install was under a week. Upon install date the crew arrived early and started prepping everything.
Was very communicative throughout the entire process with issues discovered in the decking with photos taken overhead showing everything that needed addressed.

Lake Murray Roofing always does a fantastic job! They were so quick and efficient with our repairs recently, and last year during the hurricane they came out same day even though they were working nonstop. I won’t use anyone else.

First the changed the original scheduled time to another time then their guy shows up and says he doesn't have a ladder and didn't even get out of the truck,, just called and left!! Then I spoke to the owner who said even if they didn't have a ladder and as roofer you should have one but he tells me that they have drones incase anything but he reschedules with me and then proceeds to not only not show up but doesn't call or anything! Then I contacted the owner an hour after he was supposed to show up and he was so rude and disgusting with me cause he had a family emergency!! Ok but no call or no show or nothing after all that?!?! Not Cool At All!!

I have had trouble with the 40 year old dormers on my home. They have developed weakened areas over the years. Raccoons have tried to make a home in them. I called Justin and explained the problem. His coworker, Shawn, came to the house to see what might be done. An affordable solution was presented to me a few days later. And a few days after that the work was done. The weakened parts of the dormers have been repaired and painted. I sigh with relief to have this worry off my plate. The crew that came to the house worked quickly, safely, and effectively. Shawn Rainwater was crew leader. While he supervised the crew, went to Lowe’s with a piece of the rotted wood to match the paint, he was kind and professional. Very courteous. A delight to work with. He had the crew work with a few other areas that needed minimal intervention while they were at my house. I highly recommend the company.

My wife and I were blessed to have met Justin Reavis of Lake Murray Roofing in the aftermath of the recent storms which left my home in Aiken with roof damage. We had just arrived from our home in Alaska to assess the damage and deal with a family medical emergency while trying to find someone who could help us with our roofing needs, when we happened to see his truck up the street. We stopped and waited to see if we could speak with whomever was driving the Lake Murray Roofing truck about preparing an estimate for our insurance provider, knowing that our time was limited before having to fly back to Alaska and we had been unsuccessful in finding anyone willing to expedite an estimate. Justin Reavis opened the window of his truck as I pulled along side him, and I know he had to be running ragged with the number of calls in the area…He could have told us that he was too busy - just like all the others we had contacted, but he didn’t. He listened. I explained that my Father was very ill and living in the home and would be in and out of the hospital, but needed a clean, dry, safe home to facilitate his survival, and with the current damage, there were leaks developing inside and portions of the ceilings were getting wet. Justin listened respectfully to more than he needed to know, but never interrupted or tried to hasten the conversation. I saw that his company is Veteran owned, and it turned out that Justin is an Army Veteran - something that my wife and I could relate to because we both are, as well. Now his respectful, professional nature made perfect sense. Justin jumped through every hoop, having to deal with adjuster’s scheduling and rescheduling while dealing with so many other homeowners whose needs were just as important as ours and yet, he never missed an appointment and every request was met with a “Yes Sir.” Without even knowing if the roof would be approved for replacement and funding provided, when rain began to fall, Justin sent a crew out to tarp problem areas of the roof that could be detrimental to my home and my Father’s health. Lake Murray Roofing is a family of exceptional professionalism without a single doubt. Not only did Justin continue to deal with the details after my wife and I had to leave for Alaska, he kept us informed at every step and never left us hanging. Given my circumstances and the fact that I couldn’t be there to verify or coordinate anything that needed to be done, Lake Murray Roofing could have gouged me in absentia, but that is not the nature of their game. Not only were they fair in their pricing, they followed through on everything they said they would do and more. We couldn’t be happier to have found Lake Murray Roofing by pure chance, and we feel blessed to have met Justin. I will always recommend Lake Murray Roofing and our new roof is absolutely beautiful!

I'm very satisfied with the professional of Justin Reavis (owner) and his crew. We decided to hire this Veteran owned company lastweek, for our asphalt shingles roof replacement. Justin was very professional, patient, and helpful, as we were deciding to either do roof repairs or a full replacement.

I made contact with Justin in the morning, and he provided me with a free estimate by that afternoon. After we decided on the materials and the date of installation, this company was able to complete the job over two full days. They also provided me with drone photos throughout the project, which is excellent for those that maybe at work during the installation.

Lastly, this company did an excellent job and a great job with the cleanup of this major construction project. I would highly recommend this roofing company to anyone who needs a full roof replacement.

I did not want a roofer that would just get a signed contract and quickly install a new roof. I wanted all previous damaged wood and leak issues repaired, an excellent shingle roof and an exceptional installation. Lake Murray Roofing was the most reasonably price quote we received (of six companies). For the money we invested into our home, the finished product is fantastic. I am so pleased. The roofing is beautiful to look at, the workers were professional, and left our yard looking better than when they got here. Knowing that the insurance company was giving us a hard time, the owner gave us a letter stating what was really wrong with our roof (differed from what the insurance adjuster suggested). We are so happy we went with Lake Murray Roofing.

This review is a year in the making. I called Justin to have a new roof installed between December 28 and December 30 with about 5 days notice. The roof was installed in one day on December 29th as promised. A year later the roof still looks great.

Justin was great we called about a roof leak and he came out the next day to inspect it and 2 days later he had our roof repaired. Communication is important to me and he was very pleasant about keeping us informed. He was more than willing to make sure the job was done correctly and that we were pleased.

I Highly Recommend Lake Murray Roofing. We discovered an urgent issue with our roof recently and Justin, the owner, was able to come out the next day and assess the issue. He used a drone to show us detailed pictures of the damage and gave us a reasonable estimate. He lined up a crew for the following day. They arrived promptly and worked hard making the necessary repairs and were done in a matter of hours. Justin came later that day and showed us the repaired roofline via pictures from the drone. Everything was repaired beyond our expectations. They were even able to remove an unsightly satellite dish! Lake Murray Roofing will be who we call for any future roofing needs.

My wife called Lake Murray Roofing to let them know we had 1 or 2 boots needing replaced due ti squirrels... Justin happened to be in the area and came by within 20 minutes... only needed one replaced.
We agreed next day in the afternoon they could replace it.... I was shocked when his guys showed a couple hours later and replaced it within 30 minutes and didnt have to use any extra shingles.
I highly reccommend them for any roofing repairs anyone might need.

We had several roof leaks and Justin was quick to respond and send a crew out to repair our flashing and caulk areas of the roof. His prices were reasonable and he stood by his work. They went above and beyond by caulking areas that weren’t included in the original bid for no extra money.
