I had both an unknown shower leak behind the shower wall and an O-ring leak in my kitchen sink sprayer that caused some flooding & microbial growth on the walls in 3 rooms. Everyone at CRBR was very cheerful & client orientated. I was very impressed with the quality of work & thoroughness displayed by three workers in particular. Cassidy is one of the hardest workers I have ever seen in any line of work. She had a bit of an accident, but took full responsibility for it & had outstanding integrity which is a rare & valuable quality to find in workers these days. I was truly proud of her & impressed by her honesty & willingness to work extra hard and long to make things right. I really appreciated her great communication skills, constant hustle, cheerful attitude, impeccable work ethic, & great leadership skills. Bridget also worked incredibly hard & had the strength of at least two men- she was inspiring & amazing & very clear in explaining each step of the mitigation process so I always felt comfortable & knew exactly what was going on & what to expect next. She & Cassidy are two of the hardest workers I’ve ever had the pleasure of meeting . They are true professionals, & totally friendly & cheerful & kind as well. They did the majority of the work, but the others that assisted- Trei ( who never stopped smiling the entire time he was there, & had a very helpful & well mannered & uplifting attitude) & the project manager,Tammy, & Brian, the project coordinator, were also very pleasant to work with & explained things well & did quality work & were very thorough & all got answers for me very quickly, which is also very refreshing these days. I am very happy with the quality work they have performed & look forward to the restoration phase next.

Marshall Monticelli was the Superintendent on our extensive water damage claim and he was a true professional! He was easy to reach and had excellent communication skills with all of the different subcontrators. He was able to move all of the construction repairs to a final conclusion in a timely manner. We appreciate everything that he did to help us. The final outcome is so beautiful. We feel grateful that he was assigned to our job! Thanks CRBR for hiring high quality employees!

I recently had a fire 4/17/25 at my residence.
The fire started at 11:00pm and CRBR arrived on the scene that evening and called a crew in to board up the property about 12:30am. Spencer Meadows is my project coordinator that I have been working with for the past 2 months. He has been available 24/7 and has never failed to take my calls.
The whole company has helped me with plans, decisions and dealing with the insurance company.
My daughter in Yuba City had used them for water damage st her home and she was very pleased with their work. When she came the night of the fire and saw their trucks, she was glad to see that they were the ones helping me with the cleanup and restoration.
I would definitely recommend them to anyone who needs their services!!

While no one wants to go thru an emergency kitchen repair due to a water leak, from start to finish CRBR was patient and thorough, helping me through the process. This review is for the final closeout, Dave Griscom and Miles Radmall got me to the finish line. My dog always gives the best review and I trusted David and Miles to be at my house even when I wasn’t there because my dog enjoyed being with them. Miles was my point of contact for scheduling installs, warranty work and was present anytime I needed anything with the subcontractors. Miles was always available via phone or text and I have no reservations about the attention to detail for Miles’ eyes. Miles was my representative on getting contractors scheduled for minor detail quality control work and seemed to pop up and was available any time I had a question or concern. Everyone at CRBR, from start to finish, was professional and sympathetic and they walked a newbie through the process of coordinating with my insurance. While I’m happy to be done with the project, I consider everyone that I dealt with at CRBR as a friend.

Our Foundation building had extensive water damage in one or our utility rooms. Spencer Meadows at CRBR was our contact and he took great care of us. We appreciated how thorough he was in assessing damage and being up front with us about the cost. Very friendly, responsive and the kind of company you want behind you when you've got damage and you need to get back up and running.

Danny and Miles were extremely helpful during this not so fun time for me. Work was completed to my satisfaction and they answered all concerns that I had.

Aaron and Marshal are both wonderful to work with. We had massive wind damage to two of our buildings. They helped us navigate through thing insurance claim and always followed up with us if there were any delays or changes needed. It's understandable that with ordering materials there could be delays but they always followed up with us to make sure we knew what was happening. Thank you both!

The mitigation team was AMAZING! Because they showed up within an hour of the fire, they were able to begin cleanup immediately. Danny, Tammy and Bridget were the hardest working pros I’ve ever seen and worked with great care for my business and clients. I’m deeply grateful.

CRBR worst business ever! 13 months after house fire they over promised and under produced. Lack of communication, professionalism, and what progress that was made on the rebuild was horribly wrong and a nightmare. They made decisions without consulting customer. Their team was never in site. Their roofers and framers were a joke. Dean should be fired. Never got a budget. They never fought insurance for 1 dime. They are billing for more money for no product. Neighbors are embarrassed. Insurance isn't covering half, and CRBR blamed the homeowner. Still without a home and equity is now going back into rebuild. Things that should have been replaced or repaired, were not. They are an insurance scam!

The whole experience was great! Everyone on staff was extremely professional and understanding!! A situation like this is very hard, and with kids it makes it even harder! CRBR was all things thing we needed in this situation! Thank you all again for helping us get our home back!

It has been slightly over a month since we experienced a major fire in our warehouse. CRBR was consulted and we chose to proceed with the restoration and re-construction with them. Spencer Meadows was assigned our project and we could not say enough about how professional and helpful he has been. From day one he kept us in the loop with everything that would take place. His communication and assistance to date is rated a Big Star 5. We are now moving into the reconstruction phase and a team of 5 CRBR employees will take over for Spencer and our warehouse should be up and running in 8-12 months. I will write my final review at that time but I expect it to be as positive as it is today.

I have had an identical experience to Jordan Baghery. My house and property were damaged August 11, 2023. CRBR has done nothing but provide excuses not to do the work. Each time a "new team" came on board, they had to reassess the damage. I'm sorry, I thought they were professionals and the pictures, measurements and reports that were initially done would suffice. They have inflated their prices. Refused to provide line by line itemization for materials and labor. I wouldn't recommend this company to my worst enemy. I do not believe this company is reputable in any sense. STEER CLEAR OF CLEAN RIGHT BUILD RIGHT!!!!

In response to your response. You are correct. Except that, the work was approved in the beginning. Amazingly, your company didn't get to it for over a year.

Spencer Meadows, Dave, Eric and the CRBR team have been wonderful. Spencer helped negotiate with the insurance company to get our water loss covered. We had a separate property damage incident, and they immediately responded and contained the damage. When you go through a traumatic event, it is so nice to know CRBR is there to put the pieces back together. Dave and Eric put our cabin back together and helped us out so much. Brian, in billing, was a great help with making the estimates make sense for the project and insurance company.

CRBR has been great to work with since the day of my fire. Spencer followed up with me after another company came out initially. I wasn't being taken care of property, but he and his team came out right away and got things turn around quickly. Bridget, Kaleigha and Cassidy have been a big help. I gave a positive comment because Spencer was trying to get a promotion and I trusted what he said and oh boy do I regret it. Spencer never discussed cost with me and then when I would ask I was told my insurance would cover it and not to worry. I didnt even want to leave my home that night. But Spencer manipulated me and knew what to say to convince me it would be better for my kids and for me as a single mom. He told me my insurance would pay for everything. The hotel, food, clothes. Well no the dont Spencer. They only cover a portion. I was never told that my stuff would be packed into boxes especially in a unkind manner where Tammy's crew broke a $40 toy of my toddlers and when I noticed my laptop missing and asked Tammy about it she claimed her or her crew never saw a laptop. They put my $600 laptop at the bottom of a big tote with a bunch heavy of stuff on it like my toaster oven and many random stuff. Tammy was awful never did she communicate to me about anything. I would have to call Spencer to get information and Spencer would tell me this isn't his department. So Tammy wouldnt talk to me so I had to get a hold of a manager. Tammys team was unkind to my belongings and claimed her and her team wiped down and cleaned my home but it wasn't very noticeable and honestly a cleaning company would have charged less and done a better job. I still have to hire a cleaning company. Also the air purifier didnt work well it still smells like smoke and the device you used sky rocketed my electricity bill to $300!!!
I told Spencer we were moving in a week so I was hesitant to start this process with them but he said we should still move (even though later he claimed later we never had that discussion) After a week Tammy never finished deodorizing our soft goods or finished washing them so I was left with 5 large bags to do on my own. I feel manipulated, conned, lied to and scammed.
I didnt continue with your company because none of you communicate or share prices except the contractor for the external repair. It was going to cost $7000 to do 4 small steps, replace a door and a wall and for some reason Spencer wouldn't listen to me when I told him just the steps. He even told me well it would be better for the sell of your house. Spencer, that's low and money grabbing, you have no idea what the economy is like and I rather listen to my realtor. My insurance doesn't cover everything. I owe so much money to you and my parents credit cards because I trusted you. This was a very small external fire on 4 steps outside my home in the backyard and CRBR took advantage of my situation.
The cost of everything could of just been $800 at most if I did it all myself like I told Spencer I wanted to the night he showed up to my home, now I owe over $4000 just for your company alone. $300 for the electricity bill that I had completely stayed on top of until now. $100 for the laundromat to finish those 5 bags. $200 for new clothing for my kids because you all took everything to clean but never finished and $500 in food for my family while we weren't allowed to go home. $60 to the hotel to buy essentials like plates, bowls, utencils and drinks.
That's $5,160 that I owe that I don't have.
The stairs in front of my home cost me $200 to do on my own. The stairs where the fire was would cost less because they are so much smaller.

(since I owned a washer and dryer)

This would of cost me at least $470.

I am profoundly disappointed with my experience with this restoration company. What was supposed to be a straightforward project has now dragged on for over a year—something that a competent team could have easily completed in a month. Their level of professionalism is shockingly low; they often show up at their convenience and send only one worker at a time, which severely hampers progress.

Communication has been virtually non-existent. I haven't heard from them in over two months, and it's frustrating to be informed on the day of their arrival that they plan to "get to the list." It’s unacceptable. To make matters worse, I’ve encountered numerous instances of misinformation and multiple “project supervisors” on the job, leading to further confusion and disappointment.

I would strongly advise anyone considering their services to steer clear. This company has proven to be unreliable and untrustworthy, and my experience has been nothing short of a headache.

I was evacuated withy cat and my dog stayed in a parking.lot for 4 days thank you CRBR for your contribution to keep us fed, Daniela made amazing home made burritos and fed everyone I'm the parking lot.

I am grateful to CRBR for their unwavering support and care for their employees, who provided us with food while we huddled in our cars. Daniela's kindness was exceptional as she ensured we had blankets and food while my kids and I slept in the car due to the Davis fire. Although I met Daniela today to convey that my home didn't require assistance, the fact that your company was there to support me means a lot. I'm truly thankful for the food and blankets that your company provided during such a difficult time.

If you want a company that cares about tour emergency needs Call Daniela at CRBR, I met her at the Davis Fire event this past weekend. Daniela cared about our needs, and was very empathetic to our loss, I'm not in town this week but the minute I get back CRBR will be Smoke Cleaning my house. It's a nightmare for us while we're on vacation, our whole house flooded, because the water expansion tank leaked. So we called the insurance company right away & the representative gave us a number to call on June/12 & it's Servpro water damage dry out , they came two days later & took 6 1/2 weeks to do the dry out ( only one guy came & kept taking off, because he said had some personal stuff to do). So our adjuster gave us a number to call for the rebuild, finally we set up date for the rebuild ( Dave & Sam estimater from CRBR were good) , after awhile CRBR handed a contract for us to sign on Aug/8 , & rebuild will be started on August/12 to September/13, on August 8 we met Alberto ( Cruz Painting company), we figured out that CRBR handed the rebuild for the 3rd party, I asked Dave right away & said if they can finish the job on time & Alberto said : yes, if in a hurry he can sent 3-4 guys to do the work even on weekends, but the work not start till the 14, only one guy came & work probably 4-5 hours a day, drywall finally finished by two weeks , and CRBR sent us a rebuild schedule again , the rebuild delayed till September/26, but then Alberto said he couldn't send anyone come to do the work , already 11 days so far, we still didn't see anyone come........,and the "Cruz Painting company " just try to control CRBR so don't know when we can have our house back........

Yeah, I try to change it to 5 stars , but we got our house back on September/30, it just kept delaying but it's ok as long as we got it backed, and Sam didn't find the right person to do the after construction cleaning, insurance company set up $680 something for the cleaning, but the lady didn't do her job right, end up my husband and I had to do the cleaning ourselves , should we had some credit for it since we did the cleaning work, also for the toilet setup, Alberto said : he had to call Sam to buy the wax ring, and it's on Friday, we had to wait until Monday to had the toilet set up, so we went to buy the wax ring & hand the receipt to Sam but didn't hear anything about reimburse the money to us.
Also our adjuster said he will going to took care the rest of the payment, but we got letters and letters from Jenner about the rest of the payment, not only that she even called to request when we going to pay for the rest of the payment and also sent us a certified mail, and I kept calling our adjuster almost every single day about it, finally last week the adjuster said: payment already sent out two days ago and we did receive AAA letter about the balance of the payment, hopefully CRBR will straight it out, thank you!!!!!

I’ve been gave a 2 stars, because rebuild not came out that satisfied, but now We have the final balance paid in full, & thank you for CRBR took care everything , special thanks to Alberto Cruz’s crews, they did a excellent job, thanks to Dave , Sam & Jenner they always tried to solve problems for us, so we changed it to 5 stars, will recommend CRBR to our friends in the future !

I am impressed by Dani Z, came to speak to us about her Emergency services, very honest I own a local restaurant in town, Fortis Cafe on longley and now I know who I'm calling in case of An emergency. I rarely put reviews but she deserves it, she really cares about her customers

Daniela Zazueta is the best. She did an amazing job for my mother, Lena, with her water loss. She truly was the best advocate for my mom making sure she was informed and taken care of.

Daniela was attentive to our need for a biohazard clean up. Her follow through with us was timely, friendly and we had a successful conclusion to our business dealing. Great Work I would recommend them.

We called the best board up company in town, Met Daniela at a meeting she gave us her business card, she was able to dispatch Her employee Spencer within an hour to our site and now hiring CRBR to also reconstruct our damage to our store. We met with Danny and Daniela for Trauma cleaning, they were both Amazing and took care of all our needs they were sympathetic and patient with us, as it took us a minute to make a decision. My mother was selling her rental house and found that they had some standing water under the house so she called Daniela. we met her at the boys and girls Club monthly meeting she gave us a business card she was professional courteous, We spoke to her gave us all the information we needed, guided us through the process. This is a review of experiences with one associate, not that of the company because the experiences between the individual and the company vary widely.

This review is specific to experiences with associate Daniela Zazueta for going above and beyond to clear up a disturbing matter prior to the closure of my property damages services. A system generated statement of account was attached to a system generated generic email, under her name, asserting that i owed a large sum of money. This communication was sudden, alarming, ruined a weekend, and while true in numbers, was completely out of context and facts that had been included, wouldn't have caused concern or escalation to the branch manager.

Daniela was swift to phone me directly, was courteous and professional, and quickly banished the concerns. She confirmed everything that i felt was wrong and absent about the email and statement. In a matter of a few days following, all of the alleged monies due were settled or in the process of being settled, allowing closure of the work order after a 9 month bumpy ride. CRBR has some truly good workers, Daniela being one for swiftly correcting some poor company communication. She also, since the work order is closed, upon request, provided me with critical contract documents in the event of any materials, workmanship, or insurance issues in the future.

CRBR jumped to help replacing our roof and did a great job at it. The whole team stayed on top of everything and we had no surprises. Simply a job well done.

We had pipes leaking in our house. We contacted our insurance company who sent CRBR to evaluate and repair. They came out immediately. Were extremely thorough and professional. They determined the damages and immediately started the repairs. Everyone was very knowledgeable and was very respectful of completing the work with minimal disruption to our house. We are grateful for the company and would recommend CRBR for any property damage repairs.

We hired and began work with CRBR after fire and severe smoke damage to our home one week ago. From first contact at midnight the night of the fire, everyone here has been exceptional. Spencer, Steve, Abraham and Aaron and each of their teams have exceeded our expectations at every point. We're beginning a long restoration project, but their early efforts have been extraordinary. I had a water leak when I was away on vacation. CRBR came immediately when I called. I was very pleased with the cleaning and mitigation process. A big-time winter meant big-time damage to our home, following the 2022–2023 heavy snowfall we were in need of serious repairs. Initial negotiations with the insurance company were going nowhere, it became clear we needed help. Enter CRBR. Jason and his team handled all the communication with the insurance company and made sure our home was put back together exactly the way it was prior to the damage. A year later, it's as if nothing had ever happened. Without CRBR, we never would've had the amount of cooperation from the insurance company, we would not have had our home back.

The guys at CRBR are wonderful! They have been Johnny-on-the-spot for everything that we have needed. Steve, Spencer, Brien and all the other employees have relieved a lot of our stress during this extremely trying time.

You never want to experience a house fire. The CRBR team has made this long process a little more bearable. The packing team lead by Alexis have been amazing handling our belongings. The project leaders and crew are professional, compassionate, and keeping us updated in the reconstruction of our home.

Despite half of our house flooding and needing to quickly move out, we’ve had the most amazing experience with this team. Chance lead the charge, and was extremely professional, helpful, and readily available for questions as they cleaned up the damage to the home and mitigated the damage quickly. he arrived with his team within two hours of us calling. Orlando, Cassidy, and Brendan were the best! Could not have asked for better work and service!
The contents team of Alexis, Kaleigha, and Fernanda we are extremely delicate with all of our household, items and furniture, treated them with respect, logged and transported all of it to their secure location. All of our items were handled with care and we feel they they are in the safe hands. Abraham leads a terrific team and he has been timely and available for all of our questions and concerns. This was the best service we could have ever hoped for.

I can't say enough about the job that CRBR did for us at JLC Realty. We had a major flood at our private school in Reno, that covered about 3,000 square feet. CRBR came out on a Sunday to the building within 30 minutes from the time that I called them to inspect things. Their crew was there within 90 minutes from our initial call. Abraham and his team (along with Bridget/Chance) were quick and professional in getting the water out, doing their testing/demo and drying out the structure and mitigating the damages. They were amazing and took great care of our contents and the building.

The construction team worked fast behind the mitigation crew to produce a contract and do all of the repairs in a week. Our school was shut down during this time and we had daily communication, workers were on time and they even worked over 2 weekends to get our school up and running. Carlos and Nicole did an amazing job from beginning to end. The work was clean, efficient and good quality. I was surprised how much damage was done and how quickly the repairs were produced. I thought that we would be shut down for a month.

I've worked with other restoration companies in the past but CRBR is at the top of our list with our other properties now. I've had a great experience with them and would recommend them.

I just had a pleasant experience with estimator, Jason G. He was upfront and honest on timelines and what it would take to complete the work at my home. I appreciated that so much because in this industry I am finding that other companies would promise an estimate and never deliver and then you would not hear from them again. I did not get this feeling about CRBR and felt that the appointment went so well it was worthy of a great review.

This company is extremely unprofessional and unresponsive. We had to dealt with the project manger Dale and he would straight ignore his customers. I never put negative reviews but I'm still dealing with a room under construction after several months. A simple job but just can't teach someone how to care. If you are seeking a remodel I would recommend anyone else.

I'm responding to the comments below by CRBR- This doesn't explain why calls were not returned. I literally had to pin down Dale and my HOA on the same email to get a response. I had to forward change orders that the HOA claimed you received prior.This is still currently going on with no update or urgency .I got to tell you if this wasn't a review I know you wouldn't even care.
When Donovan contracting did my kitchen and living room they were in and out in less then 10 days.
So explain to me what's getting in the way of the paint? Still no paint and that was a part of the initial deal.

This company was used to lay flooring after water damage to our home. They were not responsive to calls, emails, or in person visits to their office. They were not professional with any sort of follow through or follow up for an employee that started in the contract with us and left their employ halfway through the contract. They have no honor or integrity, to do the right thing and review the contract with us and instead decided to threaten and bully when asked about the contract that got dropped halfway through The process with them. The wait they had us on was unreasonable and rude. Do not use this business if you have a choice.

Your showroom is well organized and perfectly fills the space. Erica is absolutely amazing to work with. she is professional, organized and responsive.

This business is not good about getting things done. It took 7 months to get someone to come out to see if they could do the work needed -- after a review was left and several emails with someone in their corporate office. We were told by the guy who came out that an estimator would need to come out to give us an estimate. This was 2 months ago!!! We are running out of time to get this done before the insurance will not cover.

In terms of the work done and personnel involved, they were excellent. Were it not for the pandemic that greatly affected the schedule, I would have rated them five stars. I consider them pricey but I have no experience with the type of kitchen remodel they did, so that opinion may be unfair

Matthew and his crew did a great job in cleanup of a water issue and left the site as clean as possible.

This company is amazing.Tony, Chase and Tye (?) were wonderful with my mother-in-law. They went above and beyond to make sure Mom was safe (ceiling fell through from water damage), and her needs met, even when she called in a panic. Thank you for you service.

Being a commercial property manager, the last thing I ever want to deal with is a property emergency such as a water heater leak over a 4-day holiday weekend or smoke damage in a medical office building.
Not only does Cleanrite-Buildrite perform excellent carpet cleaning they are also a restoration company AND one of the few that actually can reconstruct the building repairs without having to sub-contract it out. One stop shopping is a time saver for me.
Their team is very professional and knowledgeable and they handle all the details and stress of the job. And the added plus is they work with my insurance adjuster to ensure all the work is performed within the guidelines of the policy.
