Dealing with water damage in your home is no joke but when you have a great company that comes and handles your situation, it takes off a great amount of stress. My husband and I were first timers on dealing with mold & water damage in our home so we had no idea how things went about but when our insurance company subcontracted out to Sierra Group and we met Nikki and Jose, my stress lowered significantly. Nikki answered all my insurance questions and not once gave me any attitude or made me feel dumb for not knowing something. That’s always a plus to work with a company that you know is there for you. When it came time to handle the remodeling part if I could I would give Jose a trophy for dealing with me Jose was great and knowledgeable when he answered my questions because again I had a million questions and when I would ask for his opinion he actually gave it to me and gave me examples of other work he had done. Being out of our house for 2 months was hard but so worth it and that would have not been possible without Jose and his team.

Sierra Group is a one of kind construction company. They are absolutely amazing! We had a terrible storm come through and the Team were here in a matter of minutes. They stopped all the water coming in by putting a drain on the roof in the pouring rain. They are so professional. Great people, great advise. Our home has been flooded 3 times in 2 years. The other companies that came in the past were never able to figure out the problem, it was a mess. Sierra Team came in and solved the problem in a matter a minutes. Sierra Group, We suffered a water damage incident in the kitchen ceiling, We called Sierra Group and they responded within an hour. I had very serious water damage in my house I called Sierra group LLC they arrived in a matter of minutes to access the damage they work quick and efficiently and in a couple months I had a incredible new house Jose Avila was very helpful throughout the whole process; his team of workers did a really good job; I would definitely recommend them for any home improvement.

We had a water leak in our guest suite and our insurance carrier provided us with Sierra Group's number. Within a few hours we were contacted and the following morning, Jose and his team, led by Fred, started the recovery process. A few days later, after investigation, photos, etc, the tear out process began. The entire rebuild of our Multi-gen suite, living, bath, granite shower, and bath, and re-tile of the entire living and bedroom area took only 6 weeks. Fred and his team started the tear out process, along with the trades, and finished up by Aaron, a superior tradesman who really is proud of his work.

Sierra group is a very efficient company, they did an amazing job & very quick too. They help you with everything they can & are very professional. Jose Avila & all of his crew remodeled my home completely & I am very happy & pleased with the results. If I ever need anything done again in the future they will be the ones I call without a doubt. The first thing Jose Avila said to me was, "I make sure we do things right, otherwise we won't do it!" That statement stayed true throughout the whole project.....and there were surprise issues along the way. He made it right! Communication was clear and prompt and Jose always answered or made sure to get back to me when available. Highly recommended Jose Avila if you need great work done.

When I contacted Sierra Group for exterior stone installation and exterior painting and pool deck resurfacing in 2019 and 2020, I received a courteous and prompt reply from Jose Avila with every call or text or email. Jose gave me quotes and managed the work. I felt I received a competitive price and quality work. I am very satisfied and would call on Jose again in the future.

Sierra Group did a great job of handling my insurance claim for a bathroom leak and remodeled and repaired the bathroom. I will definitely go back to them when I need more work done!

Sierra Group LLC is a very professional company who does excellent work. I have had a few projects done by them namely a privacy wall in our back yard, replaced our concrete patio with pavers and just recently had our driveway and walkway done with pavers. Every job that was done the crews worked very hard and the cleanup was immaculate. I highly recommend Sierra Group LLC for all your masonry needs. Jose the project manager is very professional honest and trustworthy.

Our neighbors were having a wall extended, so we asked about doing some work at the same time. Frankie and his crew did a very nice job, and we very respectful of our property. We wanted to make our home curb beautiful and easy to keep clean.Sierra Group made that dream come true. First, Jose and Anna were joys to work with. They took care of all the needed permits, made sure all the colors we picked out we the colors that were used, their workers were the best we've ever seen here in Vegas. They are true craftsman. They used top quality materials that will last long after we're gone. I would and have recommended them to anyone who wants quality and professionalism for any job. I did not know they did artificial grass.(much to my dismay) We had our artificial grass installed by another company, it looks good but, the crew was no where near the professionals Sierra Group uses. From estimate to installation, Jose Avila and the Sierra Group team made the whole experience as painless as possible. They did our entire home remodeling from full kitchen, baths and floors. Jose helped me choose all materials needed for the project based on his expertise. He was available to answer all questions during the project. The installers were prompt, polite and left my home neat and clean. The flooring looks perfect and I wouldn't hesitate for a second to call them again for any future work.
