Nelson did a great job of updating me about the progress of the construction and sending me before/after pictures about the remodeling

Nelson and his crew did a great job with my roof. He sent me photos of all the before and after work. Crushed it like tomatoes in a can. Ballers ball.

The only reason I’m even giving 2 starts is the actual guys who did the work in my home were amazing. The company itself I wouldn’t say the same. Terrible communication. They give no notification of what time they’ll be coming & when asked about eta no response. They also dropped materials dead middle of my driveway & blocked my car in. When I called to hopefully have it moved to be able to leave my house I was told there was nothing they could do because everyone had gone home for the day, causing me to be unable to leave & having to cancel my work obligations because I could not get out. A representative from the actual company never came out to met me or see the property for himself just sent people he subcontracts. Would recommend going with someone smaller who will offer better communication & customer service since that’s what they’re getting paid for (the subcontractors do all of the actual work). Very disappointing.
