About the Business
What people say about “Fortifiber Building Systems Group”?
Customer feedback is mixed regarding the service and experience at this location. Many reviews highlight the efficiency of the loading process and the friendliness of the staff, with several users appreciating the clear signage and check-in procedures. However, there are serious concerns about inappropriate comments made by staff, which cast a shadow over the overall experience. Delivery service appears to operate smoothly, but communication about the location and loading procedures can be confusing for first-time visitors. Overall, while some customers have had positive interactions, the negative experiences raise significant concerns.

- It's perty tight back here! Enjoy.
- They will direct you to either wait for another dry van to exit first or let you enter right away if you're the only one.

- This is really not acceptable... Please don’t hire them. It is a racist comment which is not acceptable in USA.

Park on street walk into Shipping/Recieving Check in ! Got sent to the back dock ! That’s where the Fun begins! It’s perty tight back here ! Enjoy
It's a little confusing for dry van live-unloads especially if it's your first time. First of all it doesn't say Fortifiber anywhere on the building, but it is the correct address. I believe the building says "Henry". It's best to park on the street, and walk in to check in. They also load flatbeds in the entrance driveway, so you can't wait there or you'll be blocking a flatbed from getting loaded. They will direct you to either wait for another dry van to exit first or let you enter right away if you're the only one. It's very tight, and I believe they only use 1 dock door in the back, although it wasn't too difficult to back in. They unloaded me first and then signed my paperwork afterwards. Not very clear instructions from my trucking company or this business, but it wasn't too difficult to figure out, I just had to learn the hard way and back out onto the street after I pulled into the entrance.
