I'd recommend this company to anyone. Owen was nice enough to fix an active leak in my roof back in 2020, and then I recently hired C3 back to replace the entire roof. They charged me significantly less than what competitors quoted. Owen was professional, friendly, and responsive and was in touch with me throughout the entire process. His crew arrived on time, were finished in about 5 hours, and left my property spotless. Owen even went above and beyond to re-secure the gutter on my next door neighbor's house while they were here, which had been damaged in a windstorm the night before. I'm very happy with the entire experience!

C3 did a great job replacing a roof on my 2 story duplex apartment. Carnie gave a detailed quote so I knew what my total cost was. They brought a large crew and completed the entire shingle replacement in 1/2 of a day. They did a great job protecting the area around the house with tarps and cleaned everything up before leaving. I purchased a rental earlier this year and needed to replace the windows. It had the original windows still from 1958. I set out to find a company that would allow for financing and would provide quality work. We have a gazebo on the Deep Creek Lake front that needed a new roof. Because it is a small job several roofing companies weren't interested/priced it high/didn't respond. C3 responded and scheduled the work so it was done when some other work was also happening in the area. They accomplished the job within the timeframe we discussed and the work appears to be a quality installation.

C3 American Exteriors is a very customer friendly company to obtain roofing services from. In particular Keaton Sanders who was my point of contact in obtaining the services was very friendly and helpful in explaining the entire process of how the roof installation process would be performed. Owen Rill and the team of roofing installers were also very helpful and friendly in explaining to me the detailed process of how the roof would be replaced. The new roof looks beautiful and will provide many decades of vital protection to my home from the weather elements.

Had roof replaced at 2 properties. Work on first was ok, but service needed improvement. Skylight replacement resulted in debris inside house. Different workers made different excuses but it never got cleaned up until I did it. Second house went smoothly but had to get beyond what was quoted as they didn’t see issue until old roof was removed. The work overall was good and price reasonable.

Update: downgrading my review. Roof installed 1/2022 leaked in less than a year. After multiple complaints and phone calls they scheduled the repair. I wish I had chosen a different contractor because this one lacks customer service skills and does not instill confidence from me.

Tyler came out to inspect my roof for a leak. Tyler's very knowledgeable and provided pictures of the leak and was very transparent on his operation. His crew and himself came out today to put a new roof on and I can't be any more pleased

Okay I had to select no to be able to write a comment, The workers were on time they were quick they were efficient my team supervisor who made the sale had an emergency that I didn’t know about until another young man knocked on my door and he advised me of such and I think part of customer service would’ve been even if he could’ve called me right then because of emergency sometime within the last week he could’ve called and and apologized for not being on site as he promised and make sure everything went accordingly I was satisfied with the work however my shingles are still curled and they keep saying when the weather gets warm when the weather gets warmer we’ve had some pretty good days and it’s still curled so I’m gonna watch it when the spring comes and make sure my edges a flattened out in addition while picking up sticks and doing some yardwork I found pieces of the old roof throughout my yard I just saw how thorough the workers were but they still with some remnants in my front and backyard this is the first time anyone has reached out to me to see if I was satisfied with the work and virtual customer service is not like picking up the phone customer service would I recommend this company yes but I’m on the fence because again my shingles have not flattened out and I’m apprehensive and waiting for the final result

Great company! Very professional and I cannot say enough good things about them. They replaced our huge window in the living room that had three door panels and two smaller windows. The big slider they put in for us was huge and took a lot of work. Our home is now tight and leak free. We also now have 49 percent more light in our living room which is a huge plus for me. The windows are all very high quality. No mess was left. The workers were friendly and extremely great at their job! I highly recommend this company. They do great high quality work and they do not leave any stone unturned.

I was referred to C3 by a neighbor, so I had seen their recent roof replacement work. From the start, Dalton kept in touch and did not try to "sell" me anything. While I'm sure without a doubt this is a very good and reputable company. However, I was made promises that were not kept, also a window was damaged. It was the sales pitch that the lie came into play. I was told the company would pay me 1,000.00 for advertisement in the form of a check, now it has turned into a credit, which I'm ok with but explain better. None of this is in writting so I don't expect that to happen either. I will find someone to repair my window and submit the bill to company, again verbal nothing in writting.

Replacing old shingles on a 1920 house is a big and costly job and the search for a trusted contractor is the most important part of it.
Fortunately, with the input of a good friend's recommendation, I contacted C3 American Exteriors of Hunt Valley.
I met the Sales Professional, Jared Forry at the job site, mid-June, going over what will be done and included in the remodeling process. In just a few days, the estimate was ready.
Taking a closer look at the first pick of shingles, my wife and I decided to make some changes, forcing Jared to redo the cost estimate. After handing him a sample of the new shingles, Jared was able to locate the product, along with and updated cost.
Once the agreement was reached, we signed the contract.
Due to the shortage of material, the work was scheduled to start in late August, early September, hoping that there will be no delays due to Covid.
During that time, Jared kept in touch, informing me of any changes.
As originally planned, I received a confirmation call from Jared that the work will begin September 7 and that the crew will be at the job site by 7:30 am.
A crew of four men headed by Mr. Chan, a Chinese man, did an exceptional work. Besides being crafted in their work, making sure that everything was done correctly, everyone behave as a professional with respect to the neighbors and the environment, leaving the site after work, clean and neat.
It took less than a week to complete the work, turning an old townhouse into a beautiful new building.
I couldn't say enough about my total satisfaction having hired C3 American Exteriors for this job and the personal concerns from Jared Forry for his attention to details and friendly communication skills, making sure that the client is always satisfied.

I called C3 when I woke up to a fairly major roof leak. The person with whom I spoke at the office could not have been nicer and immediately put me in touch with Matt (project manager). He was out to my house within two hours and made the repair on the spot, not to mention being very nice and professional. I will definitely be going to C3 for all future related work, and would highly recommend to others… and while I’m sure all of their PMs are good to work with, definitely ask for Matt!

The staff came on time and did a great job! I recommended C3 to several neighbors who asked about my roof. They were professional and cleaned up well afterward, rechecked and returned to correct a dent in some flashing they noticed. The price was in line with other estimates I had received.
