1/5 due to disrespect of property, as we have no soliciting signs posted at the driveway and near the sidewalk by front door, not to mention our roof is brand new (DePalma, who also uses GAF products did 2000 sq ft house for under $20k March-April just before tariffs), so there’s no reason to leave anything at our door. A roofing company should be able to tell that a roof has yet to experience a winter. Also, any company that the suggests “we have gotten… fully approved… through their insurance” is most likely predatory through the use of suggestive passive marketing.

Danny was the easiest person to work with from start to finish. Danny handled the insurance claim, scheduling and anything else that came about. Roof was completed in 1 day due to replacing plywood. Cleanup was done very well and nothing was left in my yard. This company is awesome!

I am always skeptical of door knockers after a storm. But i figured i would here them out. so Jordan Knaub was my point of contact.
Let me first say that i was not pressured at all, or i would have ended it quick. Jordan was very communicative and thorough. The process was surprisingly easy. He was in constant contact and flexible due to my work shift. Just had driveway paved and was worried that the information would not get relayed properly to contractors. Jordan made sure it did and replacement went very smooth.

Danny did an awesome job handling everything with my ins company. Guys did a great job! I definitely would recommend them for any roof work!

Danny arrived and did our Inspection. He worked thru the issues we had with our Insurance Company. He stayed on top of all the issues with getting the Roof crew here. The issues with the Siding crew not coming on days it would rain in Maryland and not up here in Pennsylvania. He helped me work thru the issue of having our Gutter above the Front entrance. The roof had now been done twice in 25 years. With his diligence. We now have the Gutter replaced. He also helped us keep the Insurance Company on track to make their payments. It took us a total of 7 months plus to get everything done. Really appreciate the time and effort he put in.

We're selling our house and needed a new roof. Fortunately I met Eric just a year beforehand, and reached out in request for a quick turn-around. Not only was Mint able to beat the competition's (buyer's) quote, but Mint was able to do it within a couple weeks and provide the warranty to the new home owners. Mint remodeling group worked with our insurance company to get our house a new roof after storm damage. Eric helped guide us through the process and was available 24/7 to answer questions. About 3 weeks after the initial damage, our new roof was installed with a 25 year craftsmanship and 50 year parts warranty. About a week before our install, a new storm caused new damage and blew a large portion of our ridge cap off the house. Eric was at our door within 20 minutes to make emergency repairs to ensure our house didn't experience any excess damage due to the storm. The new roof is excellent and we are very happy with the service provided by Eric and Mint!

They do not take “NO” for an answer! They attempted to get us a new roof 2 years ago and our insurance said no. Mint did not even offer to fix the 15 shingles that were missing. If they can’t get a whole roof replacement, they don’t care about your roof. They have continued to come to our house, month after month, with new sales men. We have told them that we are not interested and insurance said no. It is becoming border line harassment at this point. STOP coming to my house.

Curiosity, maybe not legit, Ill tell you straight up, Representative Chris B. did an absolutely Great job in negotiating with our Homeowners Insurance, Reps were out in 3 days, reviewed damage from wind to roof, crew was here in 10 days and roof was done in ONE DAY!!! 2,800 sq ft!! The crew was impeccable in detail,arrival,cleanup,protection of all shrubs, ! I would HIGHLY recommend! Neighbors are in awe!! The whole process of getting a new insurance approved roof was completely seamless from the knock on the door to the insurance guy coming out to meet Danny for inspection, (We had major hail and wind damage) To the day this past week when the crew showed up to put the new roof on and voila, i got home from work and our roof was beautiful, the yard was cleaned impeccably and my wife and I are happy campers. I saw a Mint sign in my neighborhood and called them to get an estimate. Daniel call and was very nice and polite. He explained everything to me. It was like talking to an old friend. He explained everything and asked if I understood. He didn't rush me or put any pressure on me. After he left I didn't have any regrets and the roof job was excellent. They cleaned up as if they never came. I am very happy. Later Daniel called to see if I was satisfied or if I had any complaints. I worked with Scott and the guy know his stuff , really professional and everything was coverd by my ensurence like they told me. Great workers and will recommend them to anyone.

I pretty much never say yes to door to door people, but I knew we needed a new roof soon, so I said yes for an inspection to see if the insurance would cover a new roof. When David came out, he was super knowledge and related it all very simply for me to understand. He was on the phone with me with the insurance (USAA) and walked me through every little step of the way. He was very familair with them, which was reasurring. He was there to meet the adjuster, even after they changed times on us 3 times. He was always available for a text and patient with me giving me answers. The roof was fully covered by insurance! 20,000+ roof, all we had to pay was the deductible and plywood. The plywood did end up costing us, but over all David worked with us and it was the deductible plus 800. Not bad for a whole new roof with a lifetime contractor warranty and 50 year manufactor warrenty! The guys did all the work in one day with us out of the house and if I hadn't come back to see them working on it, you wouldn't have known they were there! David said he's still available should we have any need going forward. I'm totally happy with them and will definitely recommend them to anyone who needs a new roof and recommend David specifically. I was hesitant at first because I didn't call them in. A salesman just showed up. They took care of the insurance claim for me because of unforseen hale damage. I dealt with a salesperson named David, who was very punctual, professional, and very honest. He knew his stuff and always was transparent with cost. They're installers showed up on time, covered everything up to keep the cleanliness, and got the job done within no time at all. They cleaned up the job site, you would never have known they were here. I recommend this company to anyone that needs roofing done. They definitely earn their five-star rating.

Dan Larkin is a great salesman, the problem is if they don't get the money from insurance right away they just become very pushy.the crew left a mess a threw away some of my gutter guards when they were told not to.roof looks good .plus when they tell you they need a nailible surface be ready for them to start tearing alot of you roof off and charge you 100.00 per piece of osb not plywood. I'm glad this will be my last roof.plus mr Larkin needs to atleast stop by in person when roof was going on not just when he gets the check.

Quenten did a great job handling the insurance company for me.The roofers were very fast and did a good job. They also cleaned up very well not leaving anything undone.Overall very pleased with the job.

In January of this year we had a really bad ice and wind storm that tore shingles off my roof. I wasn't sure how to i was going to fix our home. I take care of everything for our home and with prices going up. It was a blessing in disguise that mint remodeling knocked on our door. I was pleased with my experience with Mint Remodeling Group. A door-to-door representative stopped by my home and scheduled an appointment with Danny to assess storm damage. I had missing shingles and roof damage.

This was my first homeowner insurance claim and MRG walked me through the steps to file it and have an adjuster come out to inspect.

After my claim was approved I was able to schedule an appointment for the removal and installation within a week or so. Everything was completed in one day.

The only out-of-pocket costs were my deductible and replacing any damaged wood sheets. They also installed an ice and water barrier underneath to meet Code requirements and provided the photos needed to submit to my insurance company for supplemental reimbursement.

Everything looks great and I am happy with my new roof.

We knew we had to think about fixing our roof soon with the wind and trees that we had around us next to the river but we weren't ready for the cost.
