We just had to have a new roof put on our house in Dickson Tennessee we had a metal roof put on 8 years ago and it was not installed properly cr3 American exteriors came in and repaired damage in our attic and house put the new roof on. We are very pleased with the roof. Joe rushing and his team Linda rushing , James kuykendal Justin Spaulding and Jenn lasalle. CR3 put on a brand new metal roof on our 4 year old house that the original contractor did a horrendous job on! From the first phone call to CR3 to the finish product, this company is a trustworthy 5-Star contractor!

The salesman, Paul, is by far superior in his communication skills and knowledge of roofing than any other contractor we've ever dealt with in state of Tennessee. He always kept us apprised of how and when things would happen. Paul also answered all our questions immediately via telephone calls and/or texts!

After signing our work order contract via the internet, the owner of the company, Joe, visited our residence and also explained the complete process to my wife and I. This made my wife feel confident we made the right choice to use CR3! We would highly recommend this company for any of your roofing needs!! Joe, the owner of TriStar Roofing Solutions, personally met with me to assess my wind damaged roof shingles. He came to see my roof very quickly after reaching out to him and accommodated my busy work schedule to meet at a convenient time. Joe was extremely knowledgeable and professional throughout the meeting and afterwards communicating with me and my insurance company about the wind damage claim. We purchased a home in Erin TN that needed extensive repairs to roof and wall structures. After contacting several companies and receiving bids, I contacted Tristar Roofing in Dickson TN, Joe the owner answered and scheduled a walk down and review of project for 2 days later.
Joe arrived as scheduled and checked the roof and structure very carefully and spotted all the problems that I saw right a way, plus a few more.
The repair plan to correct the water entry and roof rot issues that had become quite extreme was easily agreed upon. The repairs were completed exactly as discussed to prevent future leaks of structure causing damage.
After the repairs were completed Tristar installed the most beautiful roof on this unique home, allowing for interior repairs to begin.
I can say that with all the high winds and heavy rain we have had in Middle TN during March 2023, the building is water tight with NO LEAKS anywhere, with the shingles holding up perfectly.
Joe`s solution and roofing installation was on time and professionally completed as promised. Hiring the right company that stands by their work, sure is comforting, knowing that we hired the best roofing contractor in the area.

Tri-star did a fantastic job fixing our roof after a tree fell on our house. We were able to upgrade to a metal roof and add gutters to home. Their prices were very reasonable and they did the work when they said they would. I would highly recommend them.

I called Tristar Roofing last week. I chose them because of their five star rating from happy customers and Joe R.(the owner of Co) called me back to set a time to come to my home. I felt I was a priority immediately and he had a new roof put on within a week of him coming out to see me and my home. And clean up afterwards looks like they were never there. After calling 4 or 5 other companies, I finally got an answer with Tristar. They took my call right then and had Joe come out same day to give us an estimate. He was very nice and answered all my questions, this is our first time putting gutters on a home. Our gutters are finished and absolutely beautiful!

I used TriStar for my repairs from the December 11 tornado. I had been ghosted by two other contractors, and one day I was awoken by repairs being done on my neighbors house. I was so impressed with what they did and how fast they did it. The next morning they were over there finishing up so I went and got their name/number off their van in the driveway and called and asked them to send someone over for an estimate. It was like the beginning of Mary Poppins where they ask them to send a policeman over, the owner Joe showed up pretty much instantly.

He was VERY good at working with the insurance company, I credit him with getting the insurance to pay for siding on the entire house which they weren’t originally going to do.

I had them install siding, gutters, a new roof, a new exterior door and some repairs on the inside of my house.

They were also very good at cleaning up after the repairs.

They are great to work with, on time and very professional!
I will defiantly use them again and refer them to others :)

I had found this company through the Better Business Bureau of Nashville. Joe gave me a call, came out. I needed my 1970s brown metal replaced with hardy siding. The gutters, soffits also needed replacing. Joe and his crew were very professional, efficient and a great process! TriStar installed a new roof on my mother-in-law's house. They were very respectful and honest. The roof was installed professionally and is very good quality work. The crew removed the old roof and installed a new one in one day. They cleaned all construction material leaving no trace of construction. Joe was great at communicating the process of installing a new roof on our house. He had excellent follow up and communication from start to finish. My yard ended up getting some tire marks from a car and without even saying anything about it Joe recognized it and went out and bought dirt to fill in. My née roof was great and the old roof was taken off and new put on in 1 day. I highly recommend Tristar!
