CR3 American Exteriors - Phoenix, AZ

I'm posting this review to give some insight on the experience I had with CR3 American Exteriors. I built my home in 1999 and after all these years it was time to upgrade and renew the roofing materials that was currently on it with a newer and better product. I had selected CR3 to come and do the inspection and was done very thoroughly by a roof tech named Steve Johnson. After the inspection it was determined that I basically needed a roof repaired and definitely upgraded. Steve provided me with Detailed info with pics showing me exactly what I needed. So we set a date and was contacted by a gentleman named Dorian right after my inspection. He was very informative with info an scheduling. The workers they hired were amazing ,they basically took personal pride in there work, and basically put extra effort in their workmanship. Their work reflected on their ethic and pride they put on my house and treated as if it was their own house they were workin on. Very hard working and very thorough. Since CR3 are exterior specialist, I highly recommend them for exterior work. Thank You

Hello, Met CR3 American at the recent AZ home show. Jacob was able to come to my home, inspect my roof and gave me a couple of estimates. He was on-time (a big plus for me), knowledgeable about his company and products and was very easy to work with.

Just met with Bobby and Matt…awesome experience. Very helpful and we learned a lot! Looking forward to working with them.

Jacob did a roof inspection today to give us a price on possible roof replacement. We can wait a couple years but the “sign today” deal was great. They can expect a call from us when we are ready! Worth the Home show visit!

Bobby and Steven from CR3 Roofing were exceptional! I can't thank them enough. They came over to inspect our roof and started out very straight forward. We were under the impression that our roof was the original from the 90s. They inspected, then shared with us that they thought our roof was only about 6-7 years old. After looking deeper into it, it turns out that our roof was replaced seven years ago. They were spot on! CR3 was very honest, polite and incredibly curious. Thank you very much!
