Matt Rencxykowski did a fantastic job helping us order this vehicle with the options we wanted. He kept us informed while it was being built and subsequently transported. He spent three hours with me the day I purchased the vehicle, teaching me how the many new features operated and helping me activate services with SXM and Onstar, working through Warranty options, and completing the business transaction. I can’t say enough about the incredible service I received from Matt and the entire team at Country Chevrolet. From the moment we walked in, Matt went above and beyond to make sure we felt comfortable and cared for- even opening doors for me and giving me the honor (despite my sweaty palms and his zero knowledge of my driving skills) the opportunity to drive the vehicle off the show room floor. With the perfect blend of patience and encouragement, he and his lovely assistant ( I didn’t get his name) “airport directed” me out safely-a moment I’ll never forget.

This is the 4th vehicle my wife and I have purchased from Country Chev. My truck broke down in Duluth. Pat drove up the next day and hauled it to the delaership. I picked up a loaner the next day. I want to sing and shout to the world! I didn't want to go to another auto dealer with my wife, but from the moment that we met Matt, it was like we were given the red carpet treatment!!!! I can't say enough about the special treatment he gave us! We were referred by a customer of my wife, an airline pilot who frequents the dealership.
We were shown this beautiful dark blue 2017 Chevy Equinox LT with just a few miles owned once by an older couple. They kept it in immaculate condition. When we took a test drive, our new SUV handled like a dream! It has a little get-up-and-go! When I examined the running engine, it sounded really smooth. It has toasty seat warmers for the Winter! There is a large radio over the heating system controls in the middle console. The tires were in good condition at about 40% wear and the rims were in perfect condition. It had those cute little built-in mud guards all around. It was spotless; there wasn't a single mark on the body!
Matt took at least 2 hours to work with my Chinese wife and our friend "teach" who is a professor from the University of Minnesota and has owned many cars in his lifetime. He was her translator explaining and assisting in our sale. Matt gave us several thousand dollars off at the request of our referral friend and we walked out of there for a little over $10,000! He even took it down the road to fill it up with gas before he handed us both sets of keys!
His business card says: "Mark of Excellence award winner!" He told me that he's been there for 22 years in one place! It makes me feel sad that we discovered this place so late in life. Everybody: go see Matt, he'll take care of you!!!!!
