I can’t say enough positive things about Bauer! I had a devastating house fire and I’m so thankful I went with them. They have been so kind, responsive and are doing such an wonderful job. My primary contacts have been Don and Trevor, both amazing guys. They are experienced and their suggestions as we rebuild have been spot on. I’m so grateful.

I got hit with a double whammy of a hail claim and a fire claim within 30 days. After struggling to find a contractor willing to take on the repairs Bauer jumped right in and got the repairs done in less than a week. Don and Trevor were hands on and communicated through the process. The crews were detailed proficient and efficient. They cleaned up the debris and my yard looked like they were never there. Would recommend them to anyone.

I had interior Ice damn damage in January 2024. Everyone from management through the mitigation and repair team provided excellent customer service and workmanship! They are very honest, patient, reasonably priced and willing to work with you to make sure you have an outstanding experience. The quality of work is top notch! The end result turned out beautiful! I highly recommend!!

I don’t think I could have picked a worse company for repairs…

This company and its workers are a complete joke. Were hired to repair my garage after my neighbor caused water damage (townhome). They dragged their feet from start to finish, ruined $250 in freezer goods by unplugging it, allowed drywall sheet dust to come into the home, left screws and nails all over the driveway after they left and not to mention the job itself is beyond piss poor. 10 out of 10 do not recommend.

Don and his team are absolutely incredible. I dealt with a fire in a condo unit I owned and though it was overwhelming with insurance, Bauer did such a spectacular job. I can not find enough good things to say. Don was always available to answer questions or provide updates, and was extremely professional. I would highly recommend Don and his team for any project!

Bauer Services were recommended to me by an acquaintance who used their services. My house had catastrophic damage due to frozen pipes. Don and his team were well organized and handled the repair from A - Z. They worked directly with the insurance adjuster. Their employees are truly skilled craftsmen who worked diligently to get my house habitable again. I was kept informed throughout the process and the bills were clearly explained. Very pleasant and professional people to work with.

Bauer Services Inc was able to come out the day after my water damage occurred, and remove our soggy ceiling. This gave me so much peace of mind, knowing the dangers of mold when it comes to future health implications. Don had excellent communication through the whole process, which included working around our schedules. The repair looks perfect!

I strongly recommend avoiding this company. Their website falsely advertises over 20 years of experience, which led me to expect top-notch customer service. However, their actual performance failed to meet my expectations. The old adage holds true that you never really know someone until you have had personal experience with them. I spent $100,000 on fire damage repairs, and the outcome was underwhelming. They were also responsible for repairing my roof, and the attached image shows the issues. Our ceiling did not exhibit these problems before their repairs. The company is now attempting to deflect responsibility, claiming that humidity is the cause, which I believe is a direct result of their poor sealing job.
