Worth the trip to get a fair deal and personal interaction. We’ve gotten a few vehicles there and haven’t been disappointed yet. Rob will treat you as a person and not just another sale.

I recently purchased a vehicle from Brau Motors. I anticipated the typical dealership atmosphere, but I couldn't have been more wrong. The quick transaction was very up front with no hidden issues. Thanks to Rob, Justin and Mark. This small town dealership is worth the drive.

I want to give a big shout out to Rob Brau and the crew at Brau Motors in downtown Arlington. I had an unexpected issue with my Equinox over the holidays. I didn’t want to chance a lot of traveling with this issue and called Rob Brau. He told me to drop off my vehicle and his service team would take care of it. I did and within one hour the issue was resolved and I was good to go! That spur of the moment service doesn’t happen in big towns. It pays to shop and support local.

Had a great experience purchasing a new vehicle here. Drove from an hour and a half away to pick up the vehicle, and they had the vehicle and all the paperwork ready to go.

I will never go to brau in arlington mn again. Took my 2022 equinox there for its first ever oil change and they never even tightened the oil filter! Started leaking oil on the street... thanks to weelborg in glencoe, they were able to identify and fix the problem brau created! To the people at brau, I expected better from you. You didn't even make the bare minimum for service

Do not bring your business here. Did a repair of a vehicle under warranty. Could not figure it out after multiple attempts. Ended up blaming it on a headrest TV I installed. I paid for repairs weeks later it happened again. So the problem was not fixed by removing my wiring. Refused to refund me and after I got upset and hung up he called my wife and began bad mouthing me to my wife. She finally had to ask him to stop and he told me I was never allowed to being a vehicle there again. Problem still isn't fixed GM involved now.

In response to the dealership response. If so saddened by the review then why about a month or 2 ago when my wife called for records on the vehicle why did the OWNER again start bad mouthing again and calling me names to my wife over the phone. He will ask you a question and before you can answer cut you off over and over again. Yeah apparently your arrogance is far more important to you then your customers. This owner acts like a toddler throwing a fit if you dont listen to him and agree. You have my number and I will answer if you ever feel the need to apologize. Which in your response you still didn't do.

Also another great update they were the last people to touch my tires when we had them rotated during a oil change. We'll guess what just had the oil changed again and tires rotated and the mechanic at Brau over torqued my locking lugs so they broke while taking them off this time. It just never ends at that dealership

And stop with the 70 plus years stuff YOU haven't owned it for 70 years personally. But from all the people I have talked to from the area it sounds you treat alot of people like you treated me on the phone and behind my back.

We recently bought a vehicle from Brau. Rob was great at helping us work through some logistics to ensure we got a great deal. He was patient with our concerns and questions, and made sure we understood what we were getting. Mark helped us get all the paperwork done in a timely fashion, even when the internet didn't cooperate. Angie helped us celebrate the purchase with a burst of her ever present joy and enthusiasm! Thanks guys for a great experience!!

This was my first and will be my only experience at Brau. THE ONLY reason it's 2 stars instead of one is because the Technician was knowledgeable and very thorough in making sure his diagnosis was 100% the cause for my problems. (Plugged cat, causing no start condition). That was appreciated.

Management however, is a completely different story. My truck was only in that parking lot for 2 nights, which in that time the entire passenger side was keyed. I had just bought this truck 2 weeks prior and it was my baby. I photographed and took videos of the damage before I took the truck from the lot. I also called from the lot and notified Brau of the damage and requested they check the cameras. Well it turns out they don't have cameras. I was met with a very cold unsympathetic tone implying the damage was done before it arrived, though unable to confirm it.
Well unfortunately for them, I was able to confirm it. I have photos of the truck on my home security as the tow truck picked it up showing no damage to the passenger side. Then I also met the tow truck out at Brau so I would have also noticed if the tow driver had somehow damaged it in the 5 miles he towed it . Though none of this matters to Brau. Apparently they don't feel the need to take responsibility for damage done to customer vehicles while in their possession on their property, even if proof is provided. The fact that they don't even have cameras monitoring where they park customer owned vehicles really frustrates me and their entire "not our problem" approach to the situation was unacceptable and very unprofessional.

They didn't even offer to take a look at it or see if maybe it could potentially be buffed out.

This place doesn't care about you or your vehicle.

Take your business elsewhere.

Honestly the best car buying experience I have ever had.
Rob was amazing! I called him from Utah ready to put a deposit down on a truck, and he said he had promised to show it to someone on Saturday, keeping to his word he put my offer of a deposit on hold to honor the appoint he had two days later.
Two days later he called me first thing in the morning to say his appointment diddnt take the truck.
I told him to pull the trigger and minutes later he had me financed at an incredible rate.
So I scheduled to fly out to Minnesota and drive the truck home. I was flying in at noon, Rob arranged a ride to pick me up (an hour away!)

Then our flight was delayed 7 HOURS. When I told Rob he offered to drive out to the air port personally and pick us up at 7:30 at night on a Friday night.
We pulled up to the dealership at 8:30 at night and everyone was all smiles and hi fives. His lovely wife was even there to welcome us.
He then even took another 30 minuites to make sure I understood every single feature of the truck.
Oh and by the way, I got a great deal on the truck. I could not recommend this business any more. 5 stars! Thank you so much!!!!

Rob was so helpful and knowledgeable! He made the buying process simple and stress free. Will be coming here again for our future purchases!

Great hometown chevy dealer. They have a great service department and a very comfortable waiting area. The owners are very personable and take the time needed to answer any questions you have, whether your are looking or are going to make a purchase of a new or used vehicle.

Don't recommend getting parts here. I needed a GM only made part for my car. I looked on Amazon for the exact part, it was $20 including the shipping and handling. I called Brau to find out if they had it on hand. They did not and quoted the parts price at $41. I called Harpel Bros in Glencoe not only did they have the part it was only $21....I like to help the community businesses but I don't wish to be taken advantage of.

Had my oil changed there was very fast they were very courteous had pop and water for free and delicious coffee would definitely go back again

We have purchased and leased our vehicles from Brau Motors for more than twenty years. They offer Buick and Chevy cars and trucks. The also have used cars and trucks. Two Chevy trucks both went over 300,000 miles hauling horses and commuting. They offer service and body work. I recommend them highly
