Country Chevrolet - Colville, WA

We purchased a 2013 Rav4 about almost 2 years ago and with in months we noticed the paint started peeling and contacted them and that was a waste of time and more stress. Now I found out there was a RECALL ON THE PEELING PAINT ON 2013 TOYOTA RA4.
So with that being said they knew we were purchasing a LEMON and now Im really pissed. This is so very sad that a small town dealer ship can take advantage of the people like this in the community very sad. I guess I could waste money and just get a lawyer for the hell of it.They cant say they didnt know about the recall when selling us the car and thats what we get for trusting in them.

The service department is very friendly and tries hard to accommodate. But they are not very versed in the recall that is on my truck (gm-24v797000) for the momentary rear wheel lockup situation that has caused accidents. They did a bandaid software fix that limits the truck from shifting any higher than fifth gear, so the rear wheels don't lock up, but did not know why or how it works, it scared the service tech after he did the software bandaid and test drove it, he did not have any idea about how it worked and it scared him when he test drove and when the hard shift activated the truck to go into the power loss mode! He was not sure it was write so he did it again with the same results. Bad thing is I have to go through this every time I start my truck and not being able to shift above fifth gear is killing my gas mileage and I cannot even go the speed limit! GM should make this a top priority with the dangerous situation it puts you in, or now the extra money I have to spend on diesel!
FIX YOUR PROBLEMS GM OR I WILL NEVER BUY A GM PRODUCT AGAIN!!!

Bought a truck from Mikael Hendrix, all the staff I interacted with was professional, kind, understanding, and straightforward. I was apprehensive about something on the truck so they let me take it to a private mechanic to give it a check before purchasing and I found they were honest and accurate. Tammy in service was beyond helpful when I took the truck in later to get some things fixed. Overall best dealership experience I’ve ever had and I’d recommend them to anyone.

Had oil change service today. The approx 1 hr service took 2 hrs. They claimed they were having staffing issues, that's okay but I still never had an oil change take 2 hrs. I'm glad that I hadn't any other appointments scheduled while I was in town so there was no stress. Now here's where the 2 star rating comes in: as I was driving away I glanced up to see my new oil change sticker, which informed me my next oil change was due in 3 months or 3,000 miles. There is not a modern car on the road that needs its oil changed at 3,000 miles! I'd be surprised if there were more than a few that needed it at 5,000. Some cars intervals are at 10,000 miles!
I have a 3/4 ton truck with a diesel engine and the owners manual calls for an oil change interval of 7,500 miles. Do the math, that's 2 and a half times more miles than what they're trying to get me back in for. At $116 per oil change with no add-ons. Now, my owner manual does call for a 5,000 mile oil change interval if I'm using my truck for severe duty, and that's the interval I've always adhered to but that's still significantly farther than this dealer's recommendations. I didn't notice the sticker until I was already on the highway headed home (65 miles away) or I'd have confronted them on the matter as I have other dealers in the past, because as far as I'm concerned this could be considered a form of theft by coercion. So if you're one of those trusting souls who always takes their vehicle to the dealership for service because they use OEM parts and perform maintenance in accordance with the manufacturers recommendations, you pay a bit more but that's fine, especially if it gives you peace of mind. But be prepared that they'll try to upcharge you at every opportunity, and if you're like me you'll never go back to that dealer.

This was the easiest vehicle purchase I have ever had. Keep in mind that I am in another state and it was all done by text and phone. Ivan in Sales, Jesse in management, and Cody in finance were all superior. The best part was the free delivery within 500 miles !! My truck showed up on their lot and within one day it was prepped and they had a plan to deliver it the next day, that was customer service at its best. I highly recommend Country Chevrolet to anyone close or even in another state !! Oh, and the vehicle registration and sales tax was done for me, couldn’t have been an easier process.

She fully understood where we had concerns and would like to get the dealership to help make this right. She always was willing to help point us in the right direction of who to speak with. Corey the owner is also a phenomenal person to deal with. He called us after hearing about the run around we were getting and wanted full details from day one of our purchase, and was wanting to make it as right as possible. After a good visit with him he made this entire situation less stressful and helped make it right. I bought A truck. I worked with Hailey and she was great and so was the rest of the country Chevrolet team. One day, plus I like my rig.

I got into a car crash on Sunday and I reached out to the Country Chevy to let them know to start the Gap insurance policy on my old car. Kody reached out to me that day to help me get into a new car that day. Not only was Kody very helpful in the application process but also very on top on keeping me updated on if they were driving out to drop off my car. Kody also send me videos of my car since I was unable to get in to take a look at it in person.

Customer service, ASE mechanic, parts, and billing associates handled the coordination and repairs with the second party warranty company with absolute professionalism. I have had several warranty claim repairs on my vehicle and didn't even buy it from Country Chevrolet. The customer service, mechanic, parts and billing employees need a huge shout out! Thank you!

The vehicle purchase was easy and the staff polite. Chris, the sales manager, is very professuonal and helpful with any questions you may have.

The staff was efficient with check in, but there was no one available to shuttle me back to work. Then, when I came back to pick up the car, I discovered they had not marked which wheel was on each position on the car for the snowtire swap. That will make it more difficult to rotate the tires and they will have to measure the tred depth to put them back on properly. I was informed a new tech had done the swap and forgot to mark the tires. They did apologize, but no compensation for the error was given and it was pretty expensive to have them swapped ($50).

Update: the service manager, Andrew, called me and apologized. He said they were making positive changes based upon this review and offered to comp my next oil change. I appreciated his candor and communication.

Always great service and sales staff at this dealership. Large dealership that still has the small town feel. I have always recieved good and competent service and good deals on vehicles here.

I scheduled an oil change, fuel filter change, and tire rotation. I also brought my recall letter regarding air bags and asked to be put on the list / schedule. They said they had a few in stock and would try to just get it done now, even though I hadn't included that when I scheduled my appointment. They fit it in! All done! They even washed my dusty, pollen covered truck, which needed that for sure! Always get good service here, thanks!

Update: Took my wife's car in for service. Something happened to my appointment on their schedule....wasn't there. However, they squeezed me in anyway and got it done! By the time we walked to lunch and back, it was ready to go! Good people work here, and I appreciate their positive attitude and willingness to help!

I took my truck in to be serviced for an oil change and to check it out for an upcoming road trip. The service was fast, efficient, and the people were pleasant. In fact, I had also asked for a transmission fluid change but I was told I didn't need it. They could have changed it and increased my bill but they didn't. Very honest. I highly recommend Country Chevrolet for service!
