Have been in Convoy several times the last couple months to buy roofing products for miscellaneous projects. Staff has always been helpful always been friendly seem to go above and beyond to give me what I wanted when I wanted it including follow up phone calls if something didn’t come in to save me a trip
Order at your own risk, or go elsewhere. I have been trying to order Dec-Tec vinyl deck membrane from Convoy supply. Aug 25th 2020 I called and made an order and talked to Shelly. She said the warehouse nearby has the items in stock and can be brought to Bellingham in a few days. They would email me with an invoice in the next couple days. I didn't hear from them so called a week later. Same story "will call you in a few days". Fast forward a month, many phone calls later with basically identical conversation each time. Yesterday (Sept 25th) one month after my order was placed Shelly again put me off until Monday. I now assume Monday is code for "never". I told her not to bother with the order. I think I made her day she seemed very pleased.
