My original supplier for roofing material fell through so Jordan and the team were able to get me taken care of including delivery with less than a week heads up. Very grateful for the great customer service!

There was a miscommunication with the roofing company regarding the unloading zone, driver/operator was beyond patient as it got sorted.

Prompt, friendly service you can count on. Jordan, Steve and the rest of the team at Convoy have always gone above and beyond getting everything we need right where it’s needed. Don’t bother calling anywhere else for all your roofing supply needs!

My husband called Friday morning and placed a small order for me to pick up and pay for that afternoon. I arrived at 3:45 (they told him they were open until 5), when I got there the sign on the door said due to COVID the public was not allowed inside and to call their number. I called repeatedly, no answer... I left a message stating I was in the parking lot ready to get my order and then got my kids out of the car, walked around, looked through windows, knocked on doors. Nothing. We waited 30 minutes and left.
That was last Friday it's now Tuesday and I have never received a call back, nor has my husband.
We'll get our order elsewhere.

The best riding supply place in town. I'm a contractor and this is where I and most all other local contractors shop for roofing materials.

Had THREE forklifts goin at a time unloading trucks, got me and 4 other trucks done in an hour and when I complimented them they said “oh this is actually a slow day for us”

Id be such a happier person if every place I went to was as fast and friendly as this one.

Satisfied, the only thing is they should communicate more with costumers.
Like let them know when the materials are being delivered.

Service questions
1. Should I stay home during roof replacement?
+-

It's not necessary to stay home during roof replacement. Roofing work is noisy and can cause vibrations inside the house, which might be uncomfortable. Most homeowners choose to leave during major parts of the project, but our team ensures safety and keeps you updated, whether you're home or not.

2. How long does roof replacement take?
+-

The timeline for a roof replacement typically ranges from one to three days, depending on the size and complexity of the roof, weather conditions, and material type. Larger or more intricate roofs may take a bit longer, but we always aim for efficient, timely completion.

3. How to hire a roofing contractor?
+-

To hire a roofing contractor, start by researching local companies with good reviews and proper licensing. Request quotes from multiple contractors, verify their insurance and certifications, and ask for references. Always ensure you get a written contract that outlines the scope of work, timeline, and payment terms.

4. How to check if a roofing company is legit?
+-

Check if a roofing company is legit by verifying their business license, insurance, and local certifications. Look for memberships in professional associations, read customer reviews, and ask for recent project references. A legitimate company will be transparent and provide all documentation upon request.

5. How to choose a roofing company?
+-

When choosing a roofing company, consider their experience, customer reviews, warranty offerings, and quality of materials. Make sure they provide clear communication, detailed estimates, and a solid portfolio of completed projects. Local expertise is also a major advantage for understanding regional roofing needs.

6. How do you know if your roofing contractor is ripping you off?
+-

Warning signs that your roofing contractor might be ripping you off include vague contracts, pressure to pay large upfront deposits, lack of proper documentation, and unexplained price increases. Always ask for itemized estimates and written guarantees, and avoid contractors who avoid answering your questions directly.
