5 man crew showed up, set immediately to work and 40 minutes later our tree was gone. They ground the stump and cleaned the area thoroughly. Amazing job by an incredibly talented team. Everyone, especially my husband, doubted that I could rid us of our Nightmare Pin Oak! 80 foot monster that dropped thousands of pounds of falling leaves, acorns, spider web like strings of fly larvae embedded into our cars like the plague every year. He said “It will cost a fortune and there will be a mess everywhere”
Well, Ha! I started my research and found my Unicorn in Shining Armor! Ben Rawls! Strapping young man, honest as the day is long, answers his calls quickly, responds to texts like a businessman on FIRE ! He was THE ONLY BID I SOUGHT, (cause Mama does her homework). Boom, he came out next day, gave his bid to my very happy husband, shook hands, and before we knew it, we had a crane, a fine set of sinewy lumberjacks with adrenaline flowing, plenty of equipment on a tight culdesac taking the Beast down. Ground up, huge limb by limb, VERY SAFELY, and 4 hours later, nothing left but sunshine and rainbows and cash in pockets! PS It was waaaaay less than my husband ever would have guessed!

I called Rawls for an estimate to remove some large birch trees that were starting to die. I received a quick response by phone, Ben was here with a bid the next day. The crew arrived a few days later at 8am and were done by 10:30am. The crew was efficient, fast, and extremely careful of my plantings that were close by. They avoided any damage to the driveway which they also kept clear for the neighbor to use.

We were left a nice pile of firewood and a big pile of mulch for our gardens. They left the area ready for new plantings, looks better than when they started. Highly recommend!!!

Wow! The efficiency and professionalism of Rawls Tree Service is unmatched! We had a large job with a big obstacle, requiring the use of a crane. We were given an estimate and the work was underway within a couple of days of the estimate. After completing several hours of work - half if it during heavy rainfall - the crew cleaned up every twig and stray leaf. I was contacted the next day with the final tab, which matched the estimate. Very happy with the work and the extra effort. Highly recommend!

I have used Rawls a few times, once was for an emergency and they saved the day. Once was for routine limb clean up, and they did wonderful. AND once was for a nonprofit organization that needed an "out of the box" fix for a theater curtain in a historic building. They MORE than saved the day there. In all cases, their employees were kind, courteous, and very knowledgeable. I have referred them to 3 of my friends and all of them had wonderful things to say.

The crew came on time and did a very professional job on removing three big trees. The crew was very careful limbing the trees and made sure the branches did no damage to my house and my surrounding shrubs. One tree was over 130’ and Rawls was able to use a crane to remove long sections so that the wood could be processed. All material was collected and removed.

This crew blew my mind. They have a tone of 100% taking care of the customer. Rawls cut down three or our large cedars, a complicated maple cluster, and ground out four stumps. They were professional, took safety seriously, kind, courteous, friendly, and did an absolutely phenomenal job from start to finish, going the extra mile to take and blow the driveway of debris. We had about 10 pine trees that had to be removed. We got estimates from a few places. Rawls had a great price for wonderful service. Ben’s team was incredibly hardworking & efficient. This service is tops! We had a tree that was poorly pruned for years before we purchased our house. In the past week it started leaning significantly towards our house. We called Rawls Tree service, he came out within the hour, called his crew and the tree was taken out within 3 hours of my initial call. He even showed us where the roots were starting to pull up from the ground, we got it just in time. They were quick, efficient, cleaned up all the branches and leaves. I cannot recommend them highly enough, they are great!

The crew showed up when promised. They did excellent work, performed the work as promised and restored our property to its condition at the time of their arrival! I will definitely call them again should I need more trees taken down.

After a Hemlock decided to relocate itself on top of our garage, I immediately called Rawls, and their crew were at the house in less than an hour. Within a few hours, they were cleaning up and pulling out. Ben Rawls not only found a new home for the Hemlock, but also set us up with a demo crew who reached out the following day. Rawls tree service is professional, clean, quick, and very knowledgable. I can now say "I've got a tree guy!"

I can't say enough good things. The work was excellent, quick, and the cleanup made it look like nothing had ever happened. This was my second time with a tree on my house in 3 years and they reduced my stress greatly. Every employee had great people skills too. What a wonderful crew.

The 120 foot tall tree in our front yard was moving so much during the Bomb cyclone that it ruptured the underground waterline near the street. The resulting water leak undermined the tree and it was in immediate danger of falling (possibly into our house). Even with a high demand of calls, Rawls Tree Service was able to come out and take the tree down more quickly than I ever imagined. They had a crew come with a crane and they took it down without damaging any of the smaller trees I had in my yard. And they left my yard and driveway cleaner than it was before they came. Professional, timely, and experienced. If they hadn't come so quickly, I might have had a tree come through my roof...would definitely recommend them!

I texted Rawl's Tree Service at 10:25 PM the night of the big storm. A large tree had just fallen against my house and hit my roof. They responded back almost immediately. The gentleman asked whether I needed them to come out that night. I said it didn't appear that it had gone through my roof, so I thought I'd be OK until morning. He said he'd have someone out in the morning. (I also asked him about insurance coverage, and he assured me that they had worked with insurance companies in the past and it would all be OK.) I called him back the next morning after I'd had time to look things over and told him my place wasn't emergent so it would be OK if he had more emergent work to do. He said they'd come the next day as they had had a number of calls. But they showed up later that same afternoon. Matt, the foreman and the entire crew were incredible! Matt answered all my questions, explained what they were going to do and asked me where I would like the wood placed (I use a woodburning stove). They had the tree removed, the entire area cleaned, the wood stacked AND the roof patched in an amazingly short period of time. I was soooo very grateful for everything but especially grateful that they'd taken the time and care to patch multiple holes in my roof which would keep the inside dry until the appraiser arrived. (I had really not expected that last part and had been trying to think of what I was going to do to secure the roof until it could be repaired.) I have other trees that came down the same night (but missed my house) I will certainly be using Rawls again to take care of the rest of the work. My deepest thanks to the entire Rawls team!

Ben and his crew were so responsive to our request to get some rotten trees taken down. We had just moved in July 12 and the following week two large branches came down in the yard where we were going to be working to put up a fence. I called Ben. He scheduled us in quickly. The guys in the trees were so careful not to drop limbs on our shed or in the creek. He was also so kind to recommend some other people for us who could do work in other areas. WOW! If there were more than five stars, I’d give them. During the recent sustained heavy winds in the Bellingham area, we had two large trees fall across the driveway. A third, was cracking ominously, but did not fall, and was beyond the do-it-yourself capability of family members. We contacted Rawls Tree Service, not expecting a quick response because of urgent tree issues throughout the area. However, within half an hour, a Rawls expert arrived at the house, assessed the tree, and dropped it immediately! We are extremely grateful for his timely professional service and will most certainly call Rawls next time we need help with trees.

Ben and his team are incredibly skilled at their trade. They are also great people who care deeply about doing the right thing. A large doug fir destroyed my home in a storm and Ben responded on a holiday to do an emergency tree removal. Not only did they take care of a difficult situation with no notice, Ben went the extra mile to come back out several times and inspect other trees on the property (and surrounding property) to ensure the safety of the home going forward. He raised concerns about another large tree on a neighboring property (owned by the HOA). He took those concerns directly to the HOA and fought for its removal until they agreed. Rest assured, this was no easy task, but he made it happen knowing how difficult the previous incident was on me and my family. They came out a few days later and made light work of that tree, as well. Top notch professionals with a passion for taking care of people. This is the only tree removal company I’ll be working with or recommending in the future.

We hired Rawls Tree Service to take down several trees on our property including a huge old Alder tree that surely would’ve crashed down in a fall windstorm & caused a lot of damage. The Rawls team quickly impressed me with the speed, efficiency and great teamwork in getting the big job done safely with amazing quality. These guys are experts at what they do! Ben and crew do an excellent job. The most recent job was a tight fir tree with huge limbs wedged between our fence and our neighbors hedges. They roped all the massive limbs down avoiding damage to the fence and the hedges, got the tree down and cleaned everything up nicely. Start to finish they were done in an hour. If you need fast professional tree guys, this crew is top notch.

The crew came in and made short work of a 75 foot cedar. No goofing around, just showed up, did the job, cleaned up and gone in no time at all. Very professional and friendly. I would recommend them to anyone.

These guys were doing some work near my house. I approached them about a large cottonwood tree too close to my house. They took up the challenge and got right too it.. A whole crew showed up. Some brave soul climbed that thing and took it down in sections. He had a man working the lines to guide the chunks to the ground. T; the rest swarmed the debris and took it to a huge shredder. They were upbeat, professional and fast.,
The real test of the company came when a large chunk of branch got away from them and smashed a hole in my deck. The owner showed up right away. Took a look at the damage and said we'll fix it. Don't pay us for the work until you are satisfied. He sent one of his men to fix the deck and he repaired it better than new.
No fuss and definitely no mess, The tree is gone and I have a giant pile of chips for my garden paths.

WOW!! Highly recommend!! Immediately after reaching out about clearing a half acre of old alders and blackberries, Ben responded with a same day estimate. The next day he and ten of his crew showed up with equipment and expertise to open up an area we intend to use as a native tree nursery. The crew were SO talented, friendly, hardworking and professional. What we thought would take a week for a professional crew took Ben and his team about 4-5 HOURS! They cleared and wood-chipped all the trees and brush, removed all stumps and leveled out the area. They even used rakes and leaf blowers to clean up the entire site. Ben arrived promptly onsite following our inquiry to go over the scope of work, and was almost immediately back on site to complete work two days later with his full crew. We had a lot of tree and shrub removal done in July 2023. The crew showed up early to prep, and at 8:00 they all went into action. They all worked hard, and nobody was slacking. They finished the job quickly, and cleaned up after themselves. We are completely satisfied and will hire them for future jobs.

Ben and his crew came over to remove a tree for us while we were away for the day. They went above and beyond what we expected. They took down some string lights that we had in the trees, carefully protected our hot tub while they worked, were thoughtful about moving flower planters we had on the deck and we were shocked when we came home to find that there was no mess and no debris. Ben, Marty, and crew did an awesome job cutting down 9 hazardous 50-100 ft evergreen trees on our property. They came with a big crew and knocked out the job in just 2 hours! They were knowledgeable and respectful taking care not to crush any new seedlings we had planted in the area and also made recommendations on which trees to cut to the ground vs cut partway as habitat snags. Before the visit, they also walked us through options and pricing for disposal of the wood and stump grinding.

This company was so awesome to work with. They came out on a Saturday, gave us a quote on the spot, and removed a giant dead cedar tree on Tuesday. So professional and super kind. You cant even tell there was a 30 food dead tree here! There were so careful with our existing landscape and did a fantastic job!

I was shocked at how fast they responded & acted as it so rare to see that kind of service these days. Not only did they act quick and do a phenomenal job, they also provided a ton of valuable information with the surrounding trees and tips to ensure no future problems. The rates for what they did was very reasonable and I’d highly recommend them !

I needed three medium sized stumps and a handful of shrubs removed from my backyard. The Rawls Tree Service crew mad everything removed and raked out in a half hour! They were very easy to communicate with and fit us in last second on the day we called to schedule. Overall, they provided great service!
