BAC Roofing is an exceptional company. It started from the time I spoke to Bruce to completing my roof all within a week. Everyone was timely, courteous, hard working, and knowledgeable.

Brian did a great job beginning to end keeping us informed and up to date on every aspect of the work to be done. Very consciousness and a great asset to your company.

Taylor did an excellent job. Took care of everything from start to finish. Did everything he said he would and more. Extremely satisfied!!

I've had BAC handle 2 different jobs for us. Brad worked directly with the claims adjuster on some storm damage and then gave us what I felt was a very fair price on some additional work we had done. I would highly recommend BAC for all of your roofing and siding needs.

For what they did do looks pretty good but they damaged some stuff that I brought to their attention and they said I would have to pay out of pocket to repair if I had them do it bc it wasn't on the contract. They 100 percent were the ones to blame bc I seen them do it. They don't communicate very well and will go elsewhere to get the rest of my house fixed.

Working with BAC was a dream. It only took 14 months to complete the job. Beyond that they worked directly with my insurance company. And amazingly after I already received a bill from BAC I got another payment from my insurance. So once BAC got word that I got more money luckily they sent me a new bill and increased the bill to what insurance gave me. I guess the original bill wasn't quite high enough! Thanks again BAC for your prompt, timely, reasonably priced service!

BAC Roofing and Brian Kokes and their roofing crew (Julio, crew leader) did a great reroofing on our home. Materials ordered, delivered on schedule. Reroofing was completed in one day. Very good at clean up and following up on the final details. Brian also followed up with the grill combing of my AC condenser. We are very happy with our decision to have BAC Roofing replace our roof.

Brian went out of his way to make sure the home was covered from all the hail damage...when he had his crew out they went to town on the house they work awesome together and do excellent work they even came on a Saturday for about 11hrs even when they were about done a big storm was brewing. They are excellent at what they do

Do not recommend. People they contracted out to do my siding did a horrible job didn’t finish putting electrical box and other boxes on the house. People they had do the gutters didn’t put the new ones on properly. Left the old drip edge flashing on took some off and didn’t replace it. Didn’t seal between trim and windows.

I connected with BAC last year (2/22) to repair the awning at my store. Despite asking them back again and again, the awning still leaks as much as before. After 3 attempts from BAC, they stop responding to my emails and calls. When I emailed the owner in 2/23, (Brad Arends) he promised to lix the awning. Despite several emails from myself, I haven't received another communication from him.

I performed a service for Brad Arends owner of BAC Roofing Inc located at 802 S Locust St, Grand Island, NE 68801, we provided his company with 23 roof appointments for the amount of 1525.00 dollars and he send me a check for 200.00 he told me that his sales guy told him that the leads were no good that it wasn't working out and I was ok with that and that he didn't go to some of the appointments so I called the homeowners to see which ones he didn't go to so I can give them to another roofer it turns out that 16 out of the 23 appointments were inspected by his sales guy Micheal and that they had damage on the home and were working with BAC he lie to me so he didn't have to pay me so either Micheal is stealing from BAC or Brad is a dishonest company

I wanted an estimate for a few shingles that had blown off my roof. Zane noticed I had a bigger problem and immediately left to get supplies. He came back and fixed my roof right away in less than an hour! Excellent customer service!!!!!!

Super happy with this company, they were in constant communication with me and answered all of my questions as they arose. I appreciated the time they took to not only meet with my insurance adjuster, but to sit down and explain everything to me. They had my roof and gutters done within a week and everything looks great! Highly recommend.

Great work. Great communication. Very professional. Had roofers come in. They had to haul out my roofing trash by hand. They did a great job of keeping things clean. Did not damage my yard. Gutter crew came in did a wonderful job put up what appears to be very high quality product. Very impressed with their work.

BAC Roofing is a great company to work with! The staff is very polite and strive to please you and help you make best choices! Our roof was damaged by the hailstorm on 12/16/21 and the sooner the weather permitted in March 2022, a new one was installed in one day, debris removed and thorough walk-trough with magnetic devices was conducted to remove the hidden nails. Very pleased with the services of this company!

Extremely impressed with Bobby, Michael, and the BAC team! They came out on a Friday to inspect the storm damage to our home, and by Monday evening, we had a brand new roof fully installed. Their team swept our entire lawn with magnets to ensure there were no left over nails. On Tuesday, another team completely replaced our damaged gutters on the entire house. Both teams were prompt, polite, professional, cleaned up after themselves, and their work looks great. I highly recommend BAC for any general contract work!

This company must write their own reviews, they did my roof, lied about a discount, ruined some lilac bushes, found nails in many places and still am finding some, Did not apparently have anyone to do the gutters, now they state if I want them done it will be next spring to do them. I don't know how they survived twenty plus years and do the terrible job and lie to the customers. Would not recommend this company to anyone.

We purchased our house last year and it was in need of windows ASAP! BAC was there in the nick of time! The staff is very courteous and work very independently. I almost didn't know they were there most of the time. I'm very happy I called BAC and, when I'm financially ready to get my siding replaced, I'm going to call them again.

Absolutely amazing! We had significant storm damage to the roof, gutters and garage doors. Brad stopped by the same day we called and went through every detail of the process and insurance paperwork. Then he said I'll take care of it and they did! Every last tiny detail. Professional, clean, punctual, helpful and friendly. Highly recommend them to anyone.
