We hired Compass to replace the roofing last fall due to a hail storm. Rather than replacing shake shingles we went with Brava Aspen hybrid shake shingles. Todd and Craig were excellent communicators throughout the entire process. Even with the touch and go weather they made it a point to get the team here to install the new roof. Wow !!!! What an amazing job Craig Carter and his crew did putting siding on my house. Craig was so great to work with !!! He was so kind and helpful with all of my questions and explained every step along the way. During the process they were very tidy with the supplies and tools. Working with Compass Roofing to replace the roof of my home was seamless because of the experience & expertise Sean Sabin provided. As a young homeowner, the headache of working with insurance, gathering estimates, and even choosing the color of shingle I wanted was made easy because of Sean. Additionally, the crew that was sent out to replace our roof were professional, kind, and personable.

Sean was incredibly efficient from Day 1. He completed the inspection the same day I called. After the inspection, he called me personally about concerns he had with the shape of the roof, and was upfront and professional with possible additional costs (other companies did not even mention these issues and did not include the cost in the quotes). He reached out several times while we waited on our insurance company, and after signing the contract, he remained in contact with me. His team was incredibly quick and our roof turned out beautifully! Will absolutely recommend to anyone who needs repairs!

I can’t recommend Sean enough. From explaining the insurance claim to filling out paperwork, he made the process quick and easy. He made sure that my questions were answered and worked quickly to get my roof on within a week of choosing what I wanted. He kept me updated throughout the process and was straight forward. The roof was put on in a day and looks great!

We couldn't have asked for a better company to replace the shingles on the roof. Sean came and gave us an estimate Friday and was awesome at explaining everything with insurance and answering any questions. The job was done very quickly and very fast! We talked to Sean Saturday, Materials were delivered Monday and the job was done Tuesday. So happy to get it done before the weather changes! Sean came and did the final inspection and everything was perfect. Great guy! It was quick and so easy. We couldn't be more thankful to Sean and Todd in North Platte. The highest praise I can give Chad is that he followed through on everything he said he would do for our house at our first meeting. We were trying to sell our house in the spring, but had bad storm and hail damage that winter. Business was crazy. There were delays everywhere, but Chad fought for us to make sure we could get our house in shape to be sold in a timely manner so we could make a move that was best for our family. He answered every phone call, and took care of our house like it was his own. I will definitely go back to Compass next time.

I called another city and they forwarded my request for an inspection of my roof shingles and type. I received a call shortly afterwards from Todd in North Platte and he was very prompt and asked me the right questions. He told me he would get back to me in a few days when he got back to town and he did so promptly.

Todd's due diligence is very much appreciated and we will be using Compass Roofing for all our future needs as they arise.

I can honestly say I did reach out to other companies and none of them wanted to put in the time or any effort for my request. That goes a long ways in determining who we do business with from here on out.
