I highly recommend working with this roofing company. We had a challenge of finding a contractor that was willing to work out of escrow, strict budget, and had a tight deadline to meet. The work was done quick and was such a stress free process. Roof looks fantastic!

Dan at Columbia Plateau roofing happened to be visiting us during the January 2025 winds that wreaked so much havoc here in Southern California. He was definitely the right man at the right time, because parts of our aluminum roof blew off, and we had no idea where to go to replace our over 30 year uncommon type of roof. He got right to work and found the company that manufactures a similar product. I was able to contact the company and find a roofer in our area that could do the job. Dan really knows his stuff and was quite detailed in what made the roof fail in those 85-100 mph winds. The roofer we contracted with detailed exactly what Dan had said about the cause of the failure. Thanks, Dan, for all the help. We probably would have struggled through several roofers before finding the right one. We are grateful for your expertise.

These people are absolutely amazing!!! From my salesman Mike walking me through everything and explaining/communicating every detail to the crew that Mundo directed. These men were clean, kind and super informative. I would recommend them to anyone.

Took down my gutters, bent them by just dropping them on the ground and when I called to get them put back up, they never did it correctly. I'm 68 and can't climb around on the roof, they still haven't done it. They never put my heat cable back in place, although they said they would during the estimate. One of the workers put his foot through the roof while taking the old roof off and was just going to cover it up. I paid $ 17,000 you'd think that the work would be better. My Bad!!

When I met with Mike he went over all the details regarding the materials they use and why. There were pricing options based on the type of shingles you wanted so it was nice to have choices to fit your budget. The crew worked very hard and finished the job early. They cleaned up very well each day. I did get a lower priced bid but I didn’t feel the quality of materials was as good and they didn’t offer financing options. He provided expertise and knowledge that comes from being in the industry and continuing learning about the latest products to provide customers. He shared information about the aging roof and advice on longevity and best options for repair.

After reading several reviews and talking to a couple neighbors, we had Zack out to look at the cedar shake roof on our shed. He climbed up and was so careful not to damage the shakes. After a thorough evaluation, he felt all we needed was a metal roof cap. The bid was very fair, so a couple days later Jose was here to do the install. He was very courteous and just as careful while up on the shakes installing the ridge cap. He literally put each old nail in his back pocket so none ended up on the ground for us to step on, and he hauled off all the old material. It was such a pleasure doing business with these two young men!!!

Dan came the day after I called to take measurements and he gave me a bid in a few days. I needed three sections of my garage roof replaced.. He brought a sample of the metal roof to my house make sure it matched some existing roofing. He came sooner than I expected and completed the job in one day. I called several roofing companies and Dan was the only that returned my phone call. Thank you for that.

Salesman Zack offered practical insights as former repair manager, site-manager Mundo brought decades of hands-on expertise with a fast efficient crew that got the entire roof replaced in about 5 days. Would recommend for sure. Honest company who worked to bandaid our roof after a storm versus try to sell us a new roof like the other roofer that stopped by for an estimate. We are planing to replace our roof in the next year or two but wanted to wait as we are doing an addition to our home and wanted a new roof all at the same time. Highly recommend.

The inspection was professional. I was able to tag along and got a good explanation of what the inspector was seeing. I was very comfortable with the recomendations...e.g. what i should do, could do and didnt need to do ...at least yet. The fixes were easily scheduled and completed as described. I would definitely recomend them.

Called Dan right after a wind storm in November. He came out the very next day to do some repairs on my roof as we were about to have a snow storm the next day. He wanted to ensure no damage inside due to the shingles that had flown off in the wind storm. I couldn't believe he came out the very next day from me calling and did the repairs in the freezing cold. Then first thing when he had an appt open he re-roofed my entire shop in one day with a crew of 3! I appreciate him and his crew; they cleaned up and took all old roof. Dan and his crew were AWESOME. I had him come out to do an estimate on replacing my shingles. While inspecting the roof for the estimate he noticed some severe damage that need to be corrected. Thanks to Dan's through inspection for the estimate I have had my roof repaired (saving me from far more damage happening in the future) and re-roofed.

Columbia Plateau, Inc. put a new roof on our 110-year-old barn, in coordination with WA Dept. of Archaeology & Historic Preservation (DAHP) Barn Rehabilitation Project grant program. Despite the challenges of the 2020 Covid-19 regulations and restrictions, they kept us informed on unavoidable delays and complications, and did an excellent job of the highest quality, fast and for a reasonable price. They get my highest recommendation.
