Zach and his crew with Columbia Plateau Roofing recently performed a roof leak diagnosis for our commercial building. They arrived on time to the scheduled appointment and provided plenty of detail and background on the type of roof system we had. They were able to find the source of the problem and provided a timely response with options of how to resolve our issue. We will definitely be choosing them again when needs arise. They went above and beyond.

Dan from Columbia Plateau Roofing is first rate, just like his company! Everything he said that he was going to do he fulfilled, on time, and in spec. Too bad there's only 5 stars, he and his guys deserve 10!

We called Columbia Plateau in the late winter after our roof failed during an ice dam event. Zack came out, did a thorough inspection, found the root cause of the problem, and put together a couple different quotes. They were juggling a couple different jobs and kept me up to date on their timing so I knew what to expect. I really appreciated their clear communication. When they came to the house, they were in and out real quickly and cleaned up really well after they were done. Throughout the whole process, Zack was very communicative and clear about their timing and what our options were. I highly recommend them for your roofing job.

We had our 28 year old comp roof replaced by Columbia Plateau, and are very pleased with the results. Mundo and his crew of 3 did a meticulous job without rushing, and took care to keep the area tidy and organized over the 5 day job. The project manager Mike explained all aspects of the quotes, materials, vents, etc. and answered any questions we had. The owner Dan came out to work on an unusual skylight framing. Mundo and his crew were professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. We appreciate their work and recommend them.

We recently worked with Zack at Columbia Plateau to address snow and ice buildup issues on our complicated roof. Zack was informative and his expertise in installing gutters and a heat tape system was evident. Zack partnered with us on a complex project and has assured us he'll review the work this winter to ensure it's working as planned. Highly recommend!

Just had Zack and his team do our roof this fall and it’s great! Job stayed in line with the bid, they gave us several options to accommodate our budget, the communication was excellent, and the work done was great efficient, effective, and beautiful. Very kind, friendly, and FAST crew. Will be recommending CP to any and all neighbors that ask, since with the work that was done I don’t expect to need their service on our own home for a long time to come.

Columbia Plateau really came through for us. We had a roof leak during the snow season, and they were able to come out and jerry-rig a fix within a day or two when nobody else was willing to. Then in Summer they returned and fixed the leak permanently--they had to replace part of the roof that was added after the fact and wasn't up to spec (too level, inferior construction).

Zack walked me through the details of the permanent fix, and it was extremely well thought out: added a slope with a new base layer deck, added three-layer roofing for extra leak protection, made sure the roofing wrapped around all of the edges with plenty of margin (this required cutting the roofing up into lots of fiddly pieces to conform to the contours), etc. There's no way it'll leak now!

It was a full-day job for three guys, and they stayed late. And the price was very reasonable.

Columbia Plateau did a a great job of repairing my roof after a small leak was discovered. They were skilled and extremely competent, leaving my roof in much better shape than prior to their coming. They clearly explained the situation & the problems they found, and what they could do to alleviate the issues. They did what they said they would do in a timely and expeditious manner. In addition they recommended and applied a RoofMax treatment that will extend the life of my roof beyond what I was expecting at a rate much more reasonable than I thought. We had a roof repair on our house in Ellensburg and were very satisfied with the process of dealing with Columbia Plateau. Significant ice dams had formed on one section of roof. No water intrusion, but I was concerned. Columbia Plateau melted the ice dams and installed temporary heat tape to prevent further ice from forming. Will address the heat loss causing the ice dams when weather improves.

These guys are awesome, I had a roof tune up and roofmax put on. They were professional, responsive and just good people. Highly recommend.

Dan was very professional and took pictures to put in the report and estimate. He worked with Certa Pro Painters representative and CMC Construction, to determine who would do what work to help facilitate the total project.

In this area, I can't understate the value of responsiveness. It's hard to get contractors to respond to phone calls and emails, let alone come out. But these guys got back to me, came out, and got the job done and done well for a reasonable price. I know that's generally just the job, but I appreciate it a great deal.

Zack, from Columbia Plateau, came out to inspect a leak in my garage roof. He was extremely friendly, professional, and clear in explaining what exactly was causing the issue. He even suggested a DIY solution that I could first attempt myself to remedy the problem before trying a more expensive repair. Definitely recommend Columbia Plateau. These guys know what they are doing, and will try to help you save money if a full-blown professional repair isn't necessary.

Very timely, courteous, and professional. Columbia Plateau did a great job repairing our roof last Fall. This Spring we had some extremely high winds and a piece of the non-repaired section blew off. Zac came out and replaced it at no charge. I highly recommend them!

Columbia Plateau put a new roof on our home in mid-March this year (2022). Excellent job. Dan had come out to the house sometime earlier and spent considerable time taking measurements, making an assessment of our roofing needs, and providing a detailed breakdown of estimated costs. We were presented with a variety of options for materials, provided samples, and were able to take a look completed projects in the area. Once the work began we found the roofers to be outstanding in their work while being friendly, professional and considerate. We own an older house which had a very old roof, so the job required some additional work beyond the typical "tear off and replace". As a retired couple we also were at home much of the time the work was occurring. The Columbia Plateau team took great care to ensure a minimum of disruption and did a great job of clean-up. We would highly recommend Columbia Plateau for your roofing needs.

We had Dan's crew do multiple repairs due to wind damage on our old roof. We were very satisfied with the quick response and the work that was done so we had Dad install a new roof for us last spring. We couldn't be happier with his service and his crew. UNLIKE so many businesses these days, Dad kept us informed daily of the crews progress. We had virtually no issues during the entire process. Our property was cleaned up each day before the crew left. Our new roof is spectacular and we thank Dan for making the entire process a pleasant one!

I was expecting a callback from Columbia Plateau regarding their appointment outlook for repairs on my roof, as I was worried about additional damage after the ridge cap was torn loose. Instead, Dan showed up, went up a ladder and fixed it on the spot. I can't say enough good things about his experience and he'll be the first I call for future roof stuff.

Dan's company re-roofed and replaced 2 skylights two and a half years ago.
Then Dan's company did some sort of restructuring that I was unaware of.
While in Arizona this winter, mu sister-in-law called and said that it was snowing in our kitchen through one of the skylights.
I immediately called Dan. He went out the next day and repaired the skylight that had been improperly installed the first time. His current company wasn't responsible for the poorly installed skylight, but Dan felt that it was. HE found the problem, repaired it quickly and correctly and we no longer have snow falling in the kitchen. THANK YOU DAN for your quick response, repair and follow-up phone call and NO CHARGE TO US!

Definatley went above and beyond for me. After selling my house I needed a roof inspection. Too small of a job for the others that I called. Dan was booked solid but made time to get me in to inspect and repair my roof in just a couple days. With that kind of service I'll use them everytime and always recommend them to my family and friends.

I used Columbia Plateau Roofing to tear off the old roof and replace with a new. I was very pleased with the product recommendations, the up front assessments to ensure venting and structure was up to code, and the good communication on scheduling the work. When the team came to do the replacement, they tore off the old roof in one day and put the new on the following day. It was fast and unobtrusive. They did an outstanding job of clean up when they were done. I plan to call them to do another house within the next year.

We had an excellent experience with Dan and his crew. Timelines were met when promised and his communication with us was always professional. Our thirty year old roof was removed and the new roof installed within the time promised. We are very pleased with the product and would highly recommend Dan to anyone needing quality roofing.

Dan replaced my roof 1 year ago and the roof was done poorly. There were multiple leaks and I contacted him multiple times to get him to come back out and fix the problems but never did. Since then he sold the company and I my roof still has problems. All in all they did terrible work and I gave him too much for a roof that doesn’t function properly.

After waiting for a YEAR for the owner, Dan, to replace my roof (said he was going to, I was in his schedule, next week, next month, blah blah blah), he just flat-out disappeared. I am very angry, as it’s now October and I could have gotten a different roofer long before now but I’m probably out of luck for yet another year. By the way, this company is now Rodeo Roofing, and rbis review applies to them!

I've used Columbia Plateau Roofing on four projects to date with the most recent completed this week. The first project was a complex standing seam metal roof. The owner "Dan" took the time to explain everything and I never once felt pressured. The project went flawlessly! The next two projects were multi-family income properties that were fully occupied during the work. As the property owner / landlord I fully expected to get tenant complaints but it did not occur. On both multi-family projects the work was high caliber from start to finish. The project completed this week was the most sensitive off all so far......my primary residence! The company owner "Dan" was accommodating, sincere and the consummate professional. As on the previous three projects he provided me several options and was patient in explaining each one and left me to make an informed decision without attitude or pressure. I got to know his crew on my primary residence project and was impressed with their attention to details that most of us never give a thought to. The foreman "Alex" found a broken roof rafter and after telling him I can no longer get on a roof (I'm old!) he went back up and took pictures for me to better understand!

It's not my objective to write a book on this company and I'm generally not one to bother with reviews but after using them on four separate projects I felt compelled based on the overall experience. I give Columbia Plateau Roofing, Dan and his crews the highest marks for quality and professionalism.
