Jesus and his team did an awesome job identifying/fixing the source of the flooding in my basement and repairing the damage. They answered all my questions and were great on keeping me updated. I really appreciate how quickly they got me on the schedule because I was warned by other people my type of repairs could take weeks. Amazing customer service! Unfortunately, unfortunately he was fully booked and couldn’t come out for a few days, I explained my issues to him and he stayed on the phone with me for a few minutes and gave me some troubleshooting scenario to help me out! From the short interaction I had, I would highly recommend them! Him staying on the phone with me for a few minutes and walking me through the situation speaks a lot about their character.

I’ve never been compelled to write a review for a company…..but on this occasion I just had too. We recently suffer an unexpected water loss in our home and didn’t even know where to begin. We started to ask our friend and family and Complete Restoration and Constructions continued to come up and wow, we are glad we decided to call them. Jesus and his crew are top notch. They respond fast. They are here to help you, not to take advantage of you. They know how insurances work and they help with the claim process related to their services. Please do yourself a favor, keep their number with your emergency contacts, because when the emergency comes there are companies that have big names but they are only after your money. They handle your property like it it was theirs. All employees are very respectful, help the property owner, responsible and hard working. We used their services due to a water break.

Jesus is very professional and caring. He explained every step they were doing and answered my questions. He came to the house promptly and was able to start immediately. His staff was also professional and polite. They were careful about removing baseboards and affected drywall. At the end of the day they cleaned the floor, picked up any debris, hauled it out of the house and took it with them. He checked on the fans and dehumidifiers everyday as well as texting me to let me know when to expect him. I am more than satisfied with his work and will certainly recommend his service.

Jesus and his crew were our saving grace. When we got home from a family get together half of our house was flooded with water do to a burst pipe. Jesus and his crew sprung into action and quickly started to remove the water and set up drying equipment. The claims process was smooth and without a hitch as Jesus helped us navigate the process. Jesus and his team were absolutely great to work with, from detailed estimates to ontime arrival, efficient work processes, and hepa filter vacuuming for cleanup! The staff had all PPE and tyvek suits in insulation removal and replacement in crawlspace (which had issues from animal nesting) and garage insulation removal and vent installation. I will definitely use CRC in the future when/if needed!

Jesus did a great job getting the damage to our kitchen floor and cabinets mitigated and ready for repair. Very timely in his response and I appreciate his recommendations for local contractors to bring us back to normal function.

CRC is amazing! There is a reason why they have such great reviews. Jesus and his crew did a great job! We had a hot water pipe crack and leaked in our crawl space for probably 2 to 3 weeks before it was noticed. There was some significant water damage. I turned off the water and called CRC. It was well after hours, Jesus answered, and started coaching me on what I could do until he could arrive. He completely put me at ease. He proceeded to informed me of their plan with the information I was able to give them. He also was very knowledgeable about the process we were going to experience with our insurance. He arrived the next day, presented his plan again, and started setting up equipment. I was amazed at CRC's fast response, professionalism, and dedication to the job. I felt that Jesus genuinely cared about our issue and was determined to restore our house. CRC proved to be trustworthy, and we felt comfortable giving them access to our home while we were at work so we could get back to "normal" as soon as possible. They were able to dry out the damaged area, respond and clean a related mold issue, and replaced soiled insulation. I absolutely recommend CRC!

When our upstairs bathroom flooded, and leaked through the kitchen ceiling, I panicked and didn’t know what to do. I reached out to this company at 8o’clock at night and they offered to come take a look at it the very next morning. They were super responsive and very knowledgeable. The very next day they got machines set up in the upstairs and downstairs areas and were able to get it completely dried out. I would definitely use this company again.

24 year old roof, significant wind damage. Spent weeks calling contractors, too busy or just getting blown off. Called Jesus, quick callback. Came out to inspect, showed me the extent of the damage, recommended replacing the roof and wrote up the estimate. Insurance adjuster came out, spent 10 minutes max on the roof and said it just needed some repairs.

Jesus contacted the insurance company and arranged for the adjuster to come back out to do a joint inspection. After that, insurance agreed to cover the cost.

Jesus was very professional, provided great information and support. Very accessible for communication.

Jesus was so nice!. When I called about possible mold issue in a closet, Jesus was able to make time in his schedule to come look at the damage. Jesus and the contractors he lined up did an excellent job for us. Having a tree fall on our house in the middle of a pandemic was an unpleasant surprise to say the least. He had the tree removed quickly and communicated with the contractors and our insurance company to get the repairs to our home done quickly too. I highly recommend Jesus and CRC to everyone!

Jesus and his team were absolutely wonderful. This was our first experience with a major home crisis (washing machine flood), and I don’t think we could’ve gotten luckier with these guys. Jesus always responded within 5 minutes of a text and was not only helpful put punctual, respectful, and got the work done gorgeously. Anything we needed or asked for, we got the day of. Jesus is the best!! We had a water emergency in our house on a Saturday afternoon. I called him and he answered on the first ring and was able to walk me through the situation without ever having met me. He even called to follow up a few hours later and the next day with tips and advice for me and my wife even though we hadn’t officially hired him. He is so knowledgeable about his craft and the business end of working with insurance. He took the time to walk us through and explain every step of our emergency repairs and restoration. I would highly recommend these guys. They really do everything they can to help their customers and are extremely transparent and trustworthy.
