Jeremy and his crew recently did a job for me. They were awesome! They were all very friendly from start to finish and very informative. I was not afraid to ask questions either. Definitely glad I called them for help! Hope you enjoyed your Brewed Awakening!!

I only gave them one star because you have to leave at least one to leave a review. The technician showed up to our house after we called because my daughter had removed the cover from her memory foam mattress which contains fiberglass inside. We had no idea that the fiberglass was in there and it got everywhere. She had fiberglass all over her room and didn’t know what to do. We called Servpro and the gal that answered the phone acted like they had done this many times before. They sent out the technician. He looked around with a UV flashlight and he said it was all over the carpet. He acted like he had never done this before. In fact, he said he had never done this before. He had to call his boss multiple times for information on what to do. He ended up vacuuming a small section of the carpet and saying that there wasn’t anything they could do to get it out. He said the vacuum that he had wasn’t even the right one to use and that it was more for vacuuming walls. We got a statement for $400 for the cleaning fee and when my wife called and spoke to the gal in the office, she said that she would see what she could do to get it lower since there wasn’t really any work performed. After no response, my wife reached out to them and the office gal sent an email in return saying the lowest they could reduce the fee was to $250 which was their “ Service fee”. We ended up calling a company local to us named ZeroRez and they came out, looked around the room with the appropriate UV flashlight with a filter and saw there was still fiberglass particles in the carpet. He used a special vacuum and then proceeded to clean the carpets thoroughly and removed the fiberglass. He felt bad that they were charging us 175 for that small area so he even did our hallway outside my daughter’s room. I would never recommend Servpro as they are price gougers and took advantage of someone that was in a tough spot.

Servpro really saved the day! When an ancient water heater tank flooded our new home, I was at a complete loss for what to do. Servpro has been extremely communicative and worked seamlessly with my insurance company to assess and mitigate the damage. Chad & Jeremy were especially experienced and reassuring—I felt like we were in very capable hands, and they explained the whole process with great patience. Grateful for the help in this stressful time!

Jeremy and Chad did a fantastic job addressing a water damage issue in our bathroom. They were incredibly polite and respectful of our home throughout the process. The bathroom had recently been renovated, and aside from the tile and tub, everything was brand new. Jeremy and Chad skillfully removed all necessary fixtures—except the bathtub surround—with great care. They also removed the floor tile that had been damaged by the water, doing so cleanly and efficiently. Thanks to their thoughtful approach, we’ll be able to reuse the vanity and toilet, which were just installed. We truly appreciate their professionalism and attention to detail.

The best customer service I've received in a long time! I had a problem with a fiberglass mattress in my sons' room, and this whole thing happened early Sunday morning, and they were still able to help me with my problem. Jeremy and Chad came to my house to help me, and I am grateful for the service. They were very friendly and very professional in their work. I highly recommend Jeremy and Chad, they are the best.

Best customer service I've encountered in a long time! Had a little disaster with a mattress being ruined by someone staying in my guest room for a few months...Cigarette smoke stink! It is a Tempur-pedic mattress and I was afraid it was going to be permanently ruined. These wonderful people came and got the mattress for me and put it in their ozone chamber for a few days and then delivered it back to my home today. So far, The smell seems to be gone! So not only does their service work, but the four individuals that I met here (that picked up the mattress as well as delivered it) were absolutely kind and charming. Also the office staff that I spoke with on the phone are wonderful as well. I would refer this company to anyone anytime! Hopefully I never have such a problem again, but if I do, I won't waste any time anywhere else...I will go directly Servpro again!

Such an amazing group of people! We have had them out twice now for flooding and they go above and beyond with their customers! I feel like I could trust them with any project! Will for sure be using them anytime we need demo or remodeling. When we flooded this time I told insurance I wouldn’t use anyone but Servpro of Yakima! I trust them so much I was like, house is unlocked just go do your thing!

I will start off by saying that I worked for this company for 2 years and just recently moved on for my own growth. Now that I am at my new job we had a situation in which a customer we were doing a remodel for has Microbial Growth covering the walls after a water leak. I called in Servpro to assess and address the severity of the job after Ben the Marketing Manager previously had met with the Owner at my new company and we wanted to be able to use them when needed. It was different being on the customer side of things. They addressed our needs friendly and promptly and were able to send me the documents via email since I wouldn't be on site. Pictures with communication was sent promptly from Nickie. Knowing the work ethics of this company I will continue to call them for any needs that we have in the future as well! For those who read reviews just know I would trust them in my home and my place of employment!

I had Nickie and Bob out to my house to assess damage in two of my bathrooms. They worked together so well and Nickie explained all her findings to me in a way I could understand plus she even showed me pictures from her findings in my crawl space. I felt comfortable having them in my home, they cleaned up after themselves and gave me a follow up call faster than expected. Highly recommend!

Chad Gardner and Senora came to my parents house they did an amazing job helping my step dad they were fantastic at putting boards up and cleaning before they set up amazing crew and group of people they understand urgency’s and respect definitely need a raise amazing people

On Monday 1/27/2025 I contacted Servpro from Yakima wa. And spoke to stefanie and she was wonderful and made me understand how Servpro works and steps and services they do. She is awesome and if you feel like you need mitigation on water damage give them a call she will explain and make you understand there services. Also there is 2 employees that were sent to my home to do mitigation work and let me tell you De’Andre and Chad they’re really hard workers and they get right to the point and get to work I mean really work. When I got home this guys were sweating and I felt bad and offered water but this guys don’t play they get right to work since day 1 till the end!! They don’t give up till your problem is fixed. And there the best on explaining everything and also making you understand the issues and process.

We live in Silverdale, WA but Chad and Jeremy were dispatched from Yakima to help out in the Kitsap county area. We suffered severe water damage to the majority of our home when a water valve broke while nobody was home. After the initial clean up from a local Servpro crew (who were also impressive), Chad and Jeremy took on most of the demo. They were thorough and accomplished an amazing amount of work in a very short time. They also took great care with our belongings, salvaging what they could, and keeping the livable spaces safe and comfortable. I was out town on July 1st trying to get back home with my children and unfortunately broke down with no cellphone service and no where near a place that would take Apple Pay.. Serv pro is fantastic! Chad came out to remove all the damaged material. He was great. SERVPRO of Yakima was very responsive to our need for remediation from a flood in our daylight basement area. Stephanie called me within an hour of receiving the claim information. Kilye and Dre showed up within 24 hours the claim to begin the clean-up. Kilye, the Remediation Project Manager was very professional, knowledgeable and hardworking. Dre, Ysidro and Andrew came with Kilye at various times and worked very hard to get the area cleaned up completely. I met with the Rebuild Manager Bob and Office Manager Sonya, they were both very helpful with the project bids, insurance and timelines. Ysidro and Andrew were on the rebuild team and both were very professional, hard working and helpful with every aspect of the project. Vince, the Project Manager, kept things moving as quickly as he could lining up staff, ordering materials and outside contractors when they became available. Nune came in to do the finish work, he was so good at what he did he finished in one day. There were some pieces of trim that looked a little worse for wear, Nune cleaned and repaired the trim and it looks like new! Everyone was professional, courteous and very respectful of our need to get the project done as quickly as we could. What was an unfortunate experience turned into a blessing in disguise.
Friends of ours, as well as ourselves, have in the past had to wait long periods of time for contractors to finish projects. I recommend SERVPRO of Yakima if you have any remediation/rebuild project in the future.

I can't say enough about the excellent clean-up work Senora and Dre (and their team) did on our basement flooding. They arrived at our house on very short notice and started the clean up process which took place over 10 days. They and team were there every day and gave my husband and I text updates daily on the status of the flooring and drywall. I can't say enough about the service we received (for not a fun job) and they also provided information to our insurance provider - keeping all of us connected. Thank you again Senora and Dre!!!

Kiyle and Sonara came out about 4pm on a Friday evening to assist at my grandparents house. I do not think there are enough words to describe how we all collectively as a family feel about the service they provided, but I will try. They took so much time being thorough, and careful of health needs/concerns, and they went through everything with a fine tooth comb. They took the time to explain everything to us and my grandma with so much care and patience, awnsering all of her questions and concerns were all addressed. Both girls carried themselves with professionalism but very friendly and inviting to approach. They came in and found areas we were concerned, and areas we didn't know or think to check were effected. And kept reassuring grandma she didn't need to come in and move the small stuff for them to work.
They had to leave equipment to dry out the room over night, and made sure it was not in a restriction to grandpa's limited mobility. Things like this that really stood out to us and showed us they truly cared about us and them as people, not just a paycheck.

Saturday Kiyle came back out to check the machines and due to an insurance hiccup (Nothing at all to do with Servepro,) they had to pack up and wait until another step was done before they could come back. Kiyle started making calls to try and get the issue resolved- but you know insurances move at their own pace, and being a weekend we were at a stand still. But she called everyone she possibly could to try and get the issue fixed, and was visibly bothered that she couldn't help.

We then received a follow up to see if we were able to get the situation with the insurance handled, and we hope we can use them once it is resolved.

We own a small business ourselves, and believe the type of employees you meet, reflect how the company is ran, their values, and their quality of work. And we can say with confidence Servepro is amazing! And we will recommend them to anyone!!

Wow! I had some significant water damage in my home - my insurance company sent a competitor to Servpro to our home to assess the damage. The competitor was more interested in follow on remodel repairs and attempted to force me into a remodel contract (with a lien on my home) as a component of flood damage. My business attorney and my business General Contractor recommended to reach out to Servpro. They were interested in flood damage mitigation first and foremost - and after talking to my insurance adjuster - they agreed to replace their competitor with Servpro. Servpro mediated mold issues and actually fixed some serious concerns that the competitor did not addressed that could have caused significant health issues. I cannot stress that this firm is certified, capable and possesses the equipment and professionalism needed to address flood and fire damage. Save yourself the stress and time loss that I faced by reaching out to Servpro. This is a real person not a made up review. Yakima based restauranteur with facilities in Yakima. I included a photo of the mitigation that this firm did at no cost when they did an inspection - just to ensure our safety!

So thankful for this company they were quick and so easy to work with. Would highly recommend them to everyone!

My name is Lesa Haddock..we had a water leak in our kitchen and a lot of water damage to floors, cupboards, and walls. Having never dealt with this before we were quite stressed. We called ServPro and just the calm person answering the phone was a delight! We were then transferred to Sonya who handled all our insurance needs and was always very helpful and friendly. Because she got the paperwork in a timely and professional manner we have had no problems. This may be lengthy but we are so impressed with every single person that we encountered during the clean up phase of our home.

SUPER thankful for this company!! After a few others left me waiting for a call back, they came out as soon as I called them!! Late Friday and quite the drive! But they knew I was a stressed Mama who's floor was bubbling from an old busted pipe and needed attention fast! THANK you Kylie and Nikki for your hard work and calming demeanor!!

My husband and I returned home after being gone for 4 days to a flooded basement due to a broken faucet outside. We called Servpro on a Sunday and Chad a CRC Certified Tech came out in about 45 minutes or less . He went over everything that he and the company would be doing to help us get through this disaster. Chad was very professional, friendly and he had a calming way about himself that made you feel that things were going to be ok even in a stressful time . He went to work on removing about 9 inches of water in a full basement. Once all the water was out of the basement Chad worked on removing all the wet carpet once that was done he brought in fans to start the dying process. Court the Production manager came out to do the paperwork and calls for insurance and to see how things were going . While he was here Chad and Court packed up all of the heavy wet furniture up the stairs to put it into the carport . Court as well was very professional ,friendly, and made you feel at ease in a stressful situation. These two men are a great asset to this company great customer service from start to finish. I would recommend this company anytime if you would ever have a need .

Working with ServPro Yakima has been a great experience. After trying two other companies who either couldn't do the work or wouldn't it was a real eye opener. From the first call to the final finish it was a truly professional job by all. Vincent who did the assessment and most of the construction management was a tireless worker trying to give the best job in all he did and succeeding beyond expectations. Allen was truly great to work with even made signing the contract to paying the bill a pleasure, a true people person. He was willing to help with the insurance and work with changes in materials to suit me.
Great job by all and would highly recommend them without any reservation.

Absolutely wonderful service. Honest company. After completing the job they charged us significantly less than the estimate due to the job not being as difficult as anticipated. Would recommend and will use again in the future.

I am writing this review in hopes that everyone will read it, the client, the boss, the CEO, so you can all know how amazing my experience was with Chad from Servpro. A house that we have poured our hearts and souls into for the last year recently flooded. A pipe on the 3rd floor broke, ran down the middle of the house, and created a 2ft swimming pool in the entire basement. We got Servpro in right away and due to Chad's quick thinking and hard work, he was able to save the majority of what we thought would be a total loss. We are now left with minimal repairs saving us A LOT of time and money! When you face a situation like this it is priceless to have someone so knowledgeable and reassuring to get you through. Chad has a calming demeanor,
he knows exactly what needs done, and he makes it happen. I have had a similar situation in the past, with a different company, and far different results. I don't wish a situation like this upon anyone, but should it happen to you, call Servpro and request Chad.

I have used other restorations companies in the Yakima valley and have had less than impressive results. This time, I called Servpro. I had never heard of their company before, but I knew I did not want to use the other listed companies.

3 days before Christmas a pipe broke in our wall while we were at work and flooded our whole house. This was devastating to my wife who had a Christmas planned at our house for the whole family.

Servpro arrived at our house within an hour and began work. They removed the water and whatever else needed to be removed to keep the problem from growing. The Servpro Staff was very professional and hard working, I was very impressed. They stayed until approx. 1am the next morning.

They set fans and equipment and informed me on the next step. Over the next 2 weeks the team called and arrived on a daily basis working around my schedule. They moved fans, removed flooring, drywall and etc.

The Servpro team worked directly with my insurance and briefed me daily and sometimes multiple times a day on what the next step was.

In the end they provided an estimate to me and my insurance to move everything from my house to their climate controlled facility, demo what needed and put my house back together. Servpro is a complete restoration company that will take care of your home from start to finish.

Servpro and their team made this process almost effortless for my wife and I. Oh, did I mention Servpro managers including their General manager visited my home on several occasion and even completed some of the work themselves. They kept us updated on every step of the process.
