The demo was okay. Some items were left outside in the elements, until Servpro got word from insurance what was to be kept and reused. Servpro didn't preserve them as required and they were all damaged beyond repair. Servpro was told by insurance to get a post-treatment mold test done and they never did that. A few employees were very nice but the owner was absolutely the worst person to work with as soon as you disagreed with anything he said.
The rebuild was a joke. Nothing turned out. The floors were improperly installed, they purchased the wrong floors, and the bathroom install was so bad, we hired different contractors to redo it all. Drywall work was awful with bad taping and zero texturing to match the existing walls. Paint was mismatched because they did not use a separate primer as paid for. We put down a 14k deposit for work that has to all be redone. The kicker is they used our 14k to buy cabinets. When we complained to them about the disaster and fired them, they kept the cabinets and sold them to someone else. We are out everything from Servpro rebuild. We did not know that Servpro was not on a list of contractors for rebuild, but only for the mitigation...not for rebuilds. Stay away from the rebuild side!!!! Give. The attitude of the owner, I highly recommend looking elsewhere all together. I didn't mention it's been over 2 years since our water damage and our restore is still months away from being settled. We are contemplating a lawsuit at this point to recover the money that was taken from us.

Servpro of Yakima was a lifesaver for us. Our basement was flooded on a Sunday and they were out within an hour and started sucking up all the water and they worked here till almost midnight and for the next week afterwards they came and moved fans and adjusted heaters and checked in with us, and their professionalism was stellar. Chad was so helpful and friendly and proficient in what he did. He made what was a disaster a very pleasant experience. He went out of his way to communicate with us and to go above and beyond in all that he did. I would recommend Chad and Servpro to anyone without any reservations.

ServPro of Yakima, and especially Chad and Dre, handled remediation of a flooded downstairs for us. They were highly responsive, including by coming out on a Sunday and staying until after 10 pm to get everything started drying out. After that time, they have stayed in touch daily, been at the house every day to work on it, removed all damaged belongings, and done so with professionalism and kindness. Highly recommend.
